Im a second time buying with jose roacha. Been happy with my furniture i bought. I recommed jose to everyone.

After assembling, it turned out that the cabinet door was too heavy and when the door was opened, the entire cabinet tilted forward and rests on a partially glass door. After turning the cabinet to the wall, after mounting, there were only holes left in the wall. I contacted the manufacturer and was informed that they do not accept returns after the product has been assembled. I asked how I could tell that the door was too heavy for the cabinet if the item was in a box. The seller keeps coming up with new reasons not to refund my money. I have small children and I am worried about their and my safety because the cabinet keeps tilting. Poor quality compared to the price read more

My sister and I were looking for a dining room table for our place. The warehouse is pretty large with several items to choose from. After looking around we saw two tables in particular we liked so we looked for an associate to assist and Allen came right over. We discussed the two options then decided on one. Unfortunately, it wouldn't fit in my car and to make the delivery fee worth it we impulsively got a floor length mirror, lol. While waiting for Allen to work out the numbers I circled back to this 4 piece bedroom set and decided I liked it and really wanted it, so we went ahead and tacked that on as well. Allen was personable and really helped us get done what we had set out to do that day. If you go, I def recommend Allen as your sales person. read more

I desperately needed furniture after moving here, so I came to FTG, because I saw them online. At first they seemed so friendly and helpful, but all they had were floor model on most of the ones I wanted. They said I could only sell them full price and in desperate need I took them getting home, no one mentioned needing a box spring, my head board is all scratched up, the foot board as well and when I mentioned no one told me about the box spring and how it was damaged. They could only sell me one for $25 off. My dresser drawers are also falling and my ottoman is missing a foot, once I mentioned about the drawers falling and the dresser handle ALSO being scratched, no txt back. I think that's ENOUGH damage to do more for so much damaged product. Not even delivery or a a free box spring, even a larger discount of some sort. Just stop answering! read more

Jake, Corey, and Anita were great!!! I highly recommend FTG The show room was massive, tons of furniture options to fit your style whatever that is. I'm moving to a smaller place and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to find a sectional to fit my living room, well let's just say that's wasn't a problem here!! I believe I seen about 8/10 sectionals that fit my small living room and looked bomb!! Every piece of furniture I saw was HIGH QUALITY, I mean I was seriously impressed with what I seen but most importantly I was blown away with their prices they were super affordable. I saw a bed set I saw at a different store and FTG was almost $200 cheaper! Corey and Jake wouldn't let me leave until I was satisfied, I got the best deal possible on my new beautiful sectional and the process was easy, quick and simply amazing!!! I went to this business to purchase 2 expresso storage cabinet units. I saw their ads on Facebook. Upon arrival, my daughter and I walked in and was looking around. After walking around the entire warehouse, I finally had to ask an employee for help. No one approached us to offer assistance. When I inquired about the units, I was told they had them in the store room "new in the box." I purchased 2 units, which were good prices. We got them loaded in the car and headed home. Once we got home, I started putting the units together. Upon opening the boxes, a person could immediately tell that these "new" units were either used or floor displays as part of the hardware was still in the boards and the wood around the holes was busted up. Giving the business a benefit of the doubt, I proceeded to put them together. One unit had a inch and half difference from being flush and holes that were stripped out. The other unit was FAR from new, but went together nicely and without issues. I contacted the company and was able to take the one unit back for replacement without any questions asked (although I had pics of everything for proof). Now on to the next problem....THE REPLACEMENT UNIT IS COMPLETE CRAP TOO!! The side boards are the same board which means I am unable to put the doors on and the unfinished side on one side would be turned outwards. I have called the phone number that comes up when you google the business and the one on Facebook over 10 times today alone and still have yet to get an answer. I was looking to purchase further units and have had numerous friends looking to purchase items from this company. I advise anyone to just pay the extra at local retailers or online (Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon, Ebay, Etc.) to make sure you get what you need instead of dealing with the hassle of having to drive back to this company. I live a little over an hour from this company and will soon be making my 3rd trip....one that should have stopped at the 1st trip!! read more

We were looking for a couch for our new house and during the pandemic it became very hard to find good furniture in stock . We dropped in here after my girlfriend recommended it and we found the couch we were looking for. Since we were in the middle of closing, the mortgage company did not want us spending any money. They were willing to hold the couch with a down payment and save it for us until we closed. They were great every step of the way and really helped out. They do not stand over you pressuring you into buying and let you find what you are looking for. They don't have everything, but if they do have it, it will be worth your time. read more

They don't sell what is online different products when you get there and they try to sell something else. Rosa is deceptive and not even onsite when you get there it was just sold. How do you just sell something when you just open and no customers are there yet making purchases. Unprofessional, deceptive, rude. Anyone shopping all the "cheaper" furniture places in Dallas need to make this your first stop. 100% best experience I've ever had. I like to call myself frugal, but I just refuse to pay more than I have to, so I shop around. And I HATE shopping. I went in 2 Saturday's ago 15 mins before closing time and felt as though I would be treated like crap bc I came so late. The place is HUGE, but unfortunately sold out of most things by that time on a Saturday (they can and will order you anything you've seen online if it's sold out and get new gigantic shipments in weekly)A worker named Jake immediately came up to me and was amazing friendly, and helped me for as long as I wanted with all the millions of questions. Then, after taking all that time w him I told him I wanted to check out Irving Blvd Furniture a few miles ago first. Not only did he not act annoyed about all the seemingly wasted time I took, but even gave me his cell number telling me to take pics of anything I saw there, and he would make sure to find me something similar if I wanted and give me a lower price. Needless to say, I did find something at Irving Blvd that I loved and quoted an amazing price, but also told it wouldn't be in for 2 weeks. I needed the furniture ASAP and they were not even willing to give me a discount to buy the floor model. They acted completely annoyed by me being there so late even though I was buying a huge bedroom set and paying in full. Acted like my business didn't matter and all but ignored me until I left distraught not to have taken home anything that day. I messaged Jake at FTG pics and the mattress and he said he would get it for me cheaper. By the following Monday, he called and said they didn't have that exact set but did have the exact mattress. He took the time to go around the store taking pics of everything I had told him I was looking for and sent to me. I was still set on the one from Irving furniture, so kept giving Jake the run around, and he never harassed me or bothered me like most furniture salesmen. I decided to buy the other one from Irving and just pay for the floor model full price, but was then quoted 1500 dollars more than originally and when I told them, they told me I'd have to come in and talk to the original person front the first time. I work constantly and live far away, so that wasn't going to happen. Furious with their dishonesty and lack of giving a crap about my business, I messaged Jake again at FTG. He again took pics of everything he had in stock available that day. Quoted me a price, less than what the other place newly quoted me by far, and one day later I am getting my furniture. Not only that, but he is coming himself to my house to deliver, and setting it up off work hours at 9pm tonight bc that's the only time I had available. They do NOT ever set up whole bedroom sets for customers and certainly not on a Friday night at 9pm when I literally agreed to finally get it at 5:30pm today. That is how much they care at FTG. I Payed over the phone, and will now have my bed and all my furniture brought up to the second story of my house personally by Jake, and set up to sleep in tonight. I am going through a separation with my husband and have no handyman skills or time to get off and go to the store, and he did it all for me simply bc an honest person had compassion for me and my circumstances. High end furniture at reasonable prices that they will match anyone else combined with all of the personalized extra effort to help a random stranger is something you DO NOT find these days with any company. THE BEST Customer service without being pushy at all, and the most amazing experience I've had buying anything. Don't even think twice about getting your stuff at FTG, and even if you do wanna shop around, just ask for Jake and tell them about Ambers review and I'm 100% confident you will end up purchasing from him. We recently purchased a dresser, which we had to assemble ourselves and after an hour of assembly, discovered the drawers didn't line up and there were missing pieces so the whole dresser couldn't be put together. Jake was completely awesome! We came in looking for bunk beds, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The deal was such a good one that I asked him about some other items for was looking for, and he was able to find exactly what I was discussing ( said they have access to 600 plus items) and beat even prices like Discount retailers (that sell more than furniture), plus the quality of the items we bought was high since they sell real furniture. On top of all of that, his first question when I told him what I was looking for and that I had gotten information from ads was about what other associates I had spoken to so they would get the credit instead of him. Nowhere do you hear that kind of integrity. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE or if you do get your own movers!!!!! This moving company, owned by Clint Anderson is the worst ever. They represent Furniture 2 Go because they were hired by them to move your furniture with the promise of same day delivery. We were told Tuesday that our item would be delivered between 7-8:30pm. I received a text at 6:38pm that my furniture would arrive between 9:30-10pm that night. I was very patient and understanding that it would late. 10pm for a furniture delivery is terrible! I sent a text around 9:56pm because they still hadn't arrived. No response!!! So my husband and I decided to just go to bed. I get a call around 11:15pm the driver is trying to locate my house!!! They arrive around 11:30pm. We were tired and decided to just have them not worry about setting it up. It's 11:30pm! We have to be up for work at 5:30am!!! They leave after I pay them 75.00. The item is turned on it's side and sitting up. So my husband and decide maybe we can open it and just set the pieces to the side for assembly tomorrow. We open the box to find that the item is already semi assembled and weighs close to 200lbs. We can't lift that! That's what we paid you for! I sent a message to them asking for them to come and place the item in the correct space because it's too heavy! I get a reply that someone would come today between 5:30pm-7pm at no charge!! I waited! At 8pm I sent a message! No response! It's 9pm no response! This is terrible service! Clint the owner blocked our calls and sent us to voicemail! read more
