I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable. As soon as I sent them, he called me right back and patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue. He easily could have told me I needed a service visit, and I would've had no way of knowing otherwise since this isn't my area of expertise, but instead he was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. It turned out something was simply unplugged under my chair. Once I plugged it back in, the headrest worked perfectly. The leg recliner still has some issues, but Steve even suggested that I could just use it as a regular chair instead of pushing for a paid repair. I had worn blue jeans for all of that time watching TV. The one area had turned blue and the leather was worn out. As a stop gap measure I hired Armando prior to guests arriving to improve that area, I was embarrassed by the shoddy look. Armando and his son gave me a quote to not only repair the area but replace every piece of foam in the couch and repair broken zippers for the cushions. After a full day of work by Armando and his son I was amazed that my huge sectional couch looked like it did the day that I had purchased it. He saved me a fortune and I still have the couch that our family loves without having to find something that is similar. Last week a large fossil fell off my wall and damaged the couch. Obviously , I was not happy about losing the fossil or damaging my loved couch. Armando and his son instantly came over and rescued the couch and gave me a referral to rehabilitate my oak floor.
