Then we were told the 2 nightstands and dresser and stools were all being custom ordered. And the 3 furniture pieces would be all stained to match the same color. We called numerous times after we were promised to have all items before February 22nd and did not. We got a 1 pc with the incorrect color. We were told the other 2 pieces were still being orderd. We first explained our concern that now if they were not coming in at the same time they would not match in stain. We were right, instead of ordering us new pieces so the stain matched. Tim the owner had his crew use 2 pieces in house and stain it them selves. They do not match even close in color. Hiw own workers and crew who know what they are talking about have agreed with us 100% that our furniture does not even come close to matching. He refuses to fix the 3 pieces to match or refund our money. So we will be taking them to court. Friday the 1st of April they delivered a piece almost 4 months after and it was a third color not matching the rest. We sent it back with the delivery guys who also got on the phone with the owner TIM and tried to explain that we, the customers were right and not crazy, all 3 pieces do not match at all. He then said they don't know what they are talking about. Argued with me, my husband and his own guys.

He explained things like coil gauge, foam density, and support, which most stores never really talk about. It felt more like an educational conversation than a sales pitch. What stood out to me was that when I asked a few detailed questions, he didn't just guess or give a generic answer. A couple of times he actually called the manufacturer while we were there to make sure we had the exact information. That level of transparency impressed me. We were able to try multiple mattresses and take our time comparing them, and there was zero pressure. Carl also shared some background on where the mattresses are made and the materials used, which helped us understand the quality differences. Another thing I appreciated was the communication. He even sent a quick text later to let us know when the mattress shipment would be arriving, which made the whole process smooth. Price-wise, we were also pleasantly surprised. After visiting a few other places, the value here ended up being better than both the big chain stores and some of the smaller local shops we had checked out.
