Now there were quite a few items that are made for very large homes but there is an equal amount of items for smaller homes. Everything is beautiful and would definitely look great in some house, though it depends on your decorating style and theme. One of the problems I had was when you call to place an order, the staff are using something like a walkie-talkie, so you hear a lot of background noise and have difficulty hearing them. I was able to arrange delivery for an added cost. Originally it looked likeI was going to have to pick up the transitions separately because they would not be able to deliver them together, but they did manage to do that. Luckily, they always have a three day window for deliveries, because the delivery truck broke down and it was two days later that I got my delivery. They did not mention that the delivery would just be dumped on the street in front of the house, such that I would have to carry everything on myself! I was also a little annoyed that the top planks in the packaging were damaged. We had extra planks so it wasn't so bad. Therefore, I would strongly recommend going to the store and picking up your own flooring if possible. If it hadn't been for this, it would've been a five star review.

What stood out to me was that when I asked a few detailed questions, he didn't just guess or give a generic answer. A couple of times he actually called the manufacturer while we were there to make sure we had the exact information. That level of transparency impressed me. We were able to try multiple mattresses and take our time comparing them, and there was zero pressure. Carl also shared some background on where the mattresses are made and the materials used, which helped us understand the quality differences. Another thing I appreciated was the communication. He even sent a quick text later to let us know when the mattress shipment would be arriving, which made the whole process smooth. Price-wise, we were also pleasantly surprised. After visiting a few other places, the value here ended up being better than both the big chain stores and some of the smaller local shops we had checked out. Overall it was just a really straightforward, helpful buying experience, which is not something I expected when mattress shopping.
