Instead, the only times that All Paws Express reached out to us was when payment(s) for their invoice was due. Other than their requests for payment(s), we have not heard from them, including our time-sensitive request to help us choose a flight to Japan. We are disappointed by All Paw's "worry-free" promise for the "highest level of care at all stages of the relocation process," given that we have not received any answers to our various inquiries since the beginning of 2024. Specifically, we were met with no responses when we reached out multiple times when time was of the essence.
