Lisa made sure that someone - just a few hours after I contacted her - would drive me and my dog to the vet for what turned out to be a neck problem. She assured me that she would find someone to help! Ordinarily, I would have just walked him, but he seemed to be in pain and I didn't want to risk it. And it turned out to be a great thing, because the vet suggested I never use a neck collar to walk him again! Samantha drove me and was incredibly nice and sympathetic and patient, even though she had to wait a while during my appointment. My wife and I can't say enough about how professional and patient Lisa and Tail-A-Cab service was. We had our puppy flown from Omaha, Nebraska to LAX. It was a late flight (arrival time 5:45pm). When Murphy's Law dropped right in on this situation. The flight was one hour late and since the dog was under 15 lbs. she was not dropped off at the cargo area. Instead she was taken to the arrival desk of the airlines she arrived on. Lisa, adjusted to the situation picked up the puppy at the desk, after contacting cargo and took the long trip to our home in the Antelope Valley. Lisa handled it like a true professional that she is. The puppy was in good spirits and so was Lisa.
