They accidentally sent Their pill pack home with my dogs things. They hand wrote the WRONG dosage on it & didnt have the correct pills in it for that night or the next day. They blocked me on FB, not a good sign of them taking responsibility at the end of the day. I'm pretty sure B&B is ghosting me. They need to make things right & reimburse me for Vet bills that were the result of Their mistakes.

We really hate when she needs to be boarded, because she is a pretty obstinate indoor-outdoor kitty and has no qualms about showing her displeasure when locked in small spaces for any length of time. One of the reasons these folks caught my eye is that they have nice big rooms available for only a few more dollars a day compared to the ubiquitous "cat condo". And while a 4x8 foot space is still kitty prison, at least there is room for impatient pacing. The girls I talked to were very friendly, kept the kennel spotless, and did their part to make the kitty feel at home. They didn't seem to have much of a crowd in residence at the time, but mid-September isn't exactly the peak of vacation season. We opted to bring our own food since the princess is picky, and the room had space for a couple of her personal items (not that those made her any happier about this adventure). Those bonuses and the extra attention she was able to coax out of the staff seemed to keep her stress level at bay. As is usually the case, she didn't speak to us (except to say things that would translate in to four-letter words in any human language) for a few days after picking her up. But she is definitely no worse for wear- no post-kennel PTSD or newfound distrust of the humans.

She has high anxiety, and though she hates being taken there, once she settles in she is very happy. She has a fair sized room to hang out in, with no dogs around to stress her. She has a window to look out, and kind, regular caretakers. However, now I find out they are suddenly closing - I had reservations this summer (2018), but they are closing in the next couple of weeks - permanently! I am very sad and upset about this, as there are no other comparable places nearby that take only cats, or have a cats-only building, except one place that is $39 a day!! Who can afford that?! Anyway, I wish someone would buy the Catnap Inn and keep it open!!

Once I finally got the pictures, one showed my dog with large amounts of drool and fluid/foam coming out of her mouth - which has never happened before. Called asap the next morning to be assured everything was OK...... Finally picked them up only to have the one dog have severe dehydration and diarrhea of which required an emergency vet visit on a Sunday morning (less then 24 hours from bringing them home). $400 later with fluids and meds the dog is getting back to normal. Additionally I paid for baths for the dog, which were never done however still charged... Their initial response to this was a "future credit for a bath". They also claim to have a $500 pet care promise of which I am still unclear what this covers as they had no intention to cover my pets emergency vet visit. They did end up refunding the bath they never performed, however I would give this place NO recommendation and will never be back again.
