Additionally I paid for baths for the dog, which were never done however still charged... Their initial response to this was a "future credit for a bath". They also claim to have a $500 pet care promise of which I am still unclear what this covers as they had no intention to cover my pets emergency vet visit. They did end up refunding the bath they never performed, however I would give this place NO recommendation and will never be back again.
