Thank you , My 3 yr old Chow Chow has had the same lady grooming her since she was a baby. recently she retired well I began the search for a replacement for Nala. not a easy task most won't even work with the breed, some were way over priced . well I reached out to Furr lan made me a little nervous at first but, they were very friendly explaining how the service works so I booked the appointment. on the day of service I received a text telling me where they were and when the would arrive. very important for me as a business owner myself time is money. she arrived on time the grooming van was very nice a Mercedes my groomer Regan came in me Nala instantly made me feel comfortable she took Nala said if she needed anything she would text me. when she was finished she brought her to the door, she was cut perfect and she did the sanitary cut nails her coat was blown out shiny. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting a fair professional very experienced mobile grooming service. after having this I'm spoiled no stress on my Nala getting her in and out leaving her traveling across the valley, having to leave work again to pick her up. We loved Furry Land initially. The first two groomers were excellent. The problem is they can't keep their groomers. The next one cut our dog. Then we got Amber and her husband. They were amazing and we thought things were finally going to work. They were assigned to our area and we were promised we would have the same groomer from here on out. Well two grooms later here comes another groomer - who is brand new to grooming. He was very nice, but inexperienced. The manager Laura came out to help him. We soon discovered why they cannot keep groomers. She was so disrespectful, to us and to the groomer. She told the groomer to lie to us about why she was there. She told the groomer to "ignore the customer's concerns." Honestly it was a horrible experience. The grooming took over three and a half hours! Our poor pup was so stressed, exhausted and lethargic the entire night. We don't know what happened to her but she was pretty traumatized and even her bark was horse, once she started to communicate with us, hours later. Unless they get a new manager, we cannot recommend them. read more

Absolutely Amazing!! After having a bad experience with a previous groomer, here comes Furry Land to save the day and my dog. They came to my home and got her done in under an hour. She looks great and loves her new hair-do. Went into the van all shaggy and came out a brand new dog. Will definitely use their services again next time she needs a cut and will be referring to all my doggy friends. Staff is very professional and friendly. Regan was absolutely amazing, her professionalism and customer service is outstanding! She did a phenomenal job on both my dogs, the best we have ever had! Both my dogs were so happy and much more relaxed then when they go to a typical groomer, my dogs absolutely loved her and were so happy after being groomed. this was a great experience. I was able to get an appointment within the week. I have 2 kids under 2 years old, so scheduling anything around nap times/feedings is always complicated. having them come to my house was so nice, everything was very easy. they took great care of my dog and he came home so clean and excited.
