They listened to me and my wife's concerns about what needed to be done until they knew what we wanted, and then promptly got to work. Amazing! From very-hairy-indistinguishable-breed to a strikingly dashing schnauzer/scottie mix! No tranquilizer required. Wow! Aussie performed a miracle, and we're going to have them back! After multiple attempts to get our sweet girl on the books we have been left unread yet again. Such a bummer because I've provided tons of times and dates that I would love to have her groomed but they simply won't respond. Being ghosted multiple times is really quite a bummer. Onto the next one.

I wouldn't recommend him! I am honestly soooo upset right now. He cut her paw badly enough that it's bleeding all over my house--and then still charged me $90. She's a 3-pound, elderly Yorkie. I understand accidents can happen, but if you injure someone's dog to the point it's bleeding at home. Her whole paw pad is cut off and they don't grow back, she can't even walk on her paw. Don't you think the absolute bare minimum would be not charging them . Charging nearly $100 after hurting her feels completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated. I wouldn't have wrote a bad review if they would've just offered a refund. I asked and they said NO. A discount to me is not acceptable. If it was me I'd offer a refund if I cut someone's dog. I don't think you should charge someone if you cut their dog really badly, that just doesn't seem right at all. Plus they charge more than other places . Do better guys ! don't be greedy . The staff is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the dogs they work with. I really appreciate how transparent they are about grooming. They set realistic expectations and explain when a haircut might need to be shorter because of mats or tangles--they're groomers, not magicians! I'd much rather have honest communication and know my dog is being cared for safely and comfortably. A special shoutout to Bree for always making Archie look absolutely fantastic! He comes home looking great every time. I highly recommend Brush, Bath, and Beyond to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring grooming salon.

Better than PetSmart!…read more We were referred by our friend who has a 17-yr-old terrier mix. At first we were leery and wary of a "school" where "students" are just starting out and learning. We love our little 6-lb shih tzu Sofie and of course want what's best for her. After some not great experiences with PetSmart (nothing terrible, Sofie just didn't like them and they weren't as detailed with her cuts), we decided to try USPG. When they asked us how we wanted her full groom, they showed photos of different face shapes, different cuts, etc. I am a visual person and enjoyed seeing examples. I wanted to keep the black on her ears and the white/black on her tail. The receptionist made notes of everything! Sofie loved them and her first cut was a success! They gave her a full teddy bear face and kept her ears how I like them (black tips just lightly trimmed), and cleaned up her tail. Overall, it was a very positive experience! Would definitely take Sofie there again.

I was notified when groomer was 20 minutes away. Groomer came to the door and familiarized himself with Maverick and allowed Maverick to get comfortable with him. One hour later, handsome Maverick was delivered to the front door. Fully groomed, smelling good, nails clipped, teeth brushed and his very own yellow tie.
