He's loving the new low fat food!

I couldnt thank enough the lady who works here today! Thank you again very much Jessica for helping me and my dog. He loves the dog food very much and he ate it all and ask for more! I am happy to see he finally eats. Hoping that he will gain some weight because he lost it due to pancreatitis. Thank you very much again! God bless you! You guys have an amazing worker and a very good heart!!

We are from out of town & our dog, Toby, needed to be groomed. I was able get the day & time I needed and was very pleasantly pleased. He has had the same groomer, at home for 13 years but Aisha has surpassed all our expectations. He looks great! Thank you PetSmart & Aisha. Toby

A $.40 goldfish, because Victoria wouldn't sell me the oranda that I wanted.

Went to get a fish. Victoria "helped" my 4 year old daughter and I. She was not very friendly, though, and tried to walk past us quickly without making eye contact. Then she acted like we were bothering her when I said, "When you get a second, could you help us"? "What do you need?" :| "...a fish..?" I knew exactly what kind of Oranda I wanted. But she wouldn't sell it to me, because she said my tank wasn't big enough. Isn't that my problem??? If I want to spend $7.99 on a fish, sell me the fish, and don't act like a jerk or grill me on my talk size. My daughter was very excited and happy to see the fish so she was excitedly going from tank to tank. I guess that irritated her and when my daughter got closer she said, "Excuse you!" This is totally unacceptable, and rudeness should not be tolerated. My daughter has great manners, and everyone tells me so. If you don't like children, you should not live in Utah!! Be kind, or stay home! We won't be back to this PetSmart.

Sierra is the best. Always friendly and courteous . I drive from Draper to take my dogs to Sierra and staff.

Please check your dog thoroughly before you pick them up. Ours was covered in another dog's urine.

I wasn't going to write anything, but the manager tonight was absolutely brainless. We took our dog to the grooming salon here a couple months ago and when we picked her up she was covered in pee from another dog peeing on her while she was waiting to be picked up! We called and complained and the manager we spoke to on the phone promised us a nice discount and some goodies, she said she left a note on our account for next time we came in. Tonight when we picked her up, the note was no where in the system. Apparently they got a new system and everything got wiped away. (When we dropped off our dog they had no record of her rabies shot even though we had been there fairly recently, luckily we had the papers in the car) We had to talk to a manager who said "It's your lucky day". Meaning he didn't believe our story and was saying it was our lucky day because they got a new system and couldn't see if we were lying. I wish they hadn't gotten a new system so this idiot could see that we weren't lying. They would've seen the note! He ended up giving us $6 off... We would've never come back to get our dog groomed here if we knew this is how we would be treated. Especially by management.

This location is consistently good overall. Each time I stop by to get some dog food, a walk-in nail trim, or a Banfield check up it's pretty smooth sailing. The exceptions would be long lines at the checkout or needing to buy some fish. That's really about all. Some great things about PetSmart in general is that (1) they have honored competitor coupons before and (2) they regularly adopt cats and dogs. I actually got one of my dogs from this exact location thanks to such benevolent deeds.

Luckily, we worked through 4 sessions with Steven Myers and I'm fairly convinced he could train Cerberus given enough patience and owner effort. He listened to my specific concerns (biting, barking, using the house as a port-a-potty) and addressed each one through training - training of both myself and the new dog. With his training and following "homework" training at home, my little guy has gone from violating most of the Geneva Convention to being a happy gentleman. I cannot recommend the Canine Mind enough, and if the other trainers are even in the same ballpark as Steven, then all of them will do absolute wonders for any dog!

Alex was so great at addressing everyone in the class and their specific concerns. I felt like even though it was a group setting, the trainings were still specific for each dog. The difference I saw with my dog after just 6 weeks was amazing. I was able to learn how to more effectively communicate with my dog. You can really tell they care so much about dogs and what they are doing. I look forward to continuing with some group classes.

Over several week-long board and train sessions, he has improved significantly, and the change in his confidence and self-regulation has been remarkable to watch. The proof is in Ruben himself. He perks up in the car about a quarter mile out, before we have even pulled in. This is a dog who loves his time here, and that tells me everything about how he is treated when I am not the one holding the leash. He is smart, and this is exactly the kind of structured, positive work that lets a dog like him build real confidence instead of just learning to cope. What sets them apart for me is the daily report cards and the tips the trainer shares. They do not just send him home polished and leave me to guess. I learn from those notes and carry the same work forward at home, which is what actually makes the progress stick. That partnership matters enormously when you are fostering a dog who needs consistency to thrive. And here is the part that means the most: Train Walk Poop donates their services to some of CAWS's least-adoptable foster dogs. These are the dogs who need help the most and have the hardest time finding it. Investing their skill and their time in dogs like Ruben, with no expectation of payment, changes outcomes and changes lives. I am deeply grateful. If you have a dog who needs more than the basics, especially a nervous or reactive one, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything you have done for Ruben and for so many others.

When he…read morefirst started at TWP, I was trying out another daycare facility at the same time to see which I was going to continue using. Well Goose got hurt twice within two weeks at the other facility (it was a bit of a free for all with all the "energetic" dogs in one space, which I think is more common than not), so I stuck with TWP. At first Goose was very nervous, and the updates I got didn't sound like my dog at all. He was about a year old and a highly energetic cattle dog mix, so it surprised me he was so anxious. Turns out once he learned the rules, he thrived! Now he's a "teacher" (hilarious). He helps new dogs feel comfortable playing in a new place. He has a blast whenever he goes for daycare, and I trust he is safe when I board him there as well. The staff are great and make sure to give him extra cuddles and pets when he's not playing with his dog friends. The training programs have always been outside my budget, but the socialization Goose has gotten from simply going to daycare 1-2x a week has been a game changer. The structure and staff's careful monitoring helped him learn how to appropriately interact with other dogs. It's a great place. I plan to keep coming here for years to come.

And honestly, words don't do justice to expressing how grateful I am to have found Superhero Dogs. Libby has given (and continues to give) my family the skills and encouragement we need to provide the best life for our very challenging dog. As a rescue, our Willie came to us with quite a few very undesirable and dangerous behaviors that felt overwhelming and unmanageable; however, through our work with Superhero Dogs, we've been able to better understand his unique personality and needs, as well create an environment for him that allows for safety and an increased quality of life. After just one week, we saw a huge improvement in our ability to communicate with Willie and within two weeks Willie's behavior had rapidly shifted toward a calmer, more cooperative dog. Libby has been by our side every step of the way, even when we felt like we were failing and they truly feel like a member of our pack. They provide timely and tangible steps for helping us navigate the trenches of training a challenging dog, and have never made us feel anything but fully capable of doing the work and creating the life we want for ourselves and our fur-child. Through our work with Libby at Superhero Dogs, we've gained the opportunity to really enjoy our dog and for him to fully become the happy lab we always hoped he could be!

I love the positive re-enforcement for my pup and the gold stars for me! Best decision EVER!
