Four months ago i took my beautiful West Highland White Terrier, Millie, to be groomed and hand stripped. I made an appointment for Margie. When i picked Millie up, she had been stripped down to the skin. Her skin was BRIGHT RED like a burn. It turned out that Margie was not available and they turned my beauriful dog over to an unskilled employee---charged me for a professional master groomer but that is NOT what we got. We have now found out that the damage to her was so extensive that part of her fur will NEVER grow back.They have permanently ruined Millie's coat---which for the last 9 years has been beautiful and healthy. I reached out to tell them of the situation and---crickets!! Do not EVER take a beautiful dog there and expect anything but damage. I wish i didn't have to add a star to this review!!! read more

They did a great job with both of my dogs, they did exactly what I was expecting on my dogs I loved the service

This started out ok but I was running 10 minutes behind... because my small dog ran off... got him in the car... and this was for my 20 year old poodle who has been with me with our lifes happy and sad... he has been my best friend forever... we had him since birth.... well apologized as and the little gal at the front needs more customer service experience no personality at all... sorry but true been in the business forever... so they said we can't do a full trim I said ok 45 minutes I understand but please do his face butt and feet.... and if you can trim some down... I hit a call at 8:45 to be there at 8:55 to pick him up as she didn't want her regular cust to see him...why is my 20 year old not good enough ... sorry to say I was mad he us my child and I love him... I ended up cutting this much off him for 53.00 dollars she did not do crap but a bath and face part butt... read more

These guys are the greatest. I always seem to remember to get my dog's nails trimmed (dremmeled) at the last minute, and despite not having an appointment, they are always able to work me in. They seem to always be busy with other animals. The staff are always friendly and you can tell by the way they're interacting with the animals that they want them to have a positive experience. This is and will remain my go-to place for animal grooming. read more

Really appreciate the group here (animals included). I've been here multiple times and can typically get an appointment in within the week to get my dog's nails trimmed (around Halloween moving into the holidays it's a bit more difficult). They're fast, affordable, and great with my old lady. read more

I cannot say enough good about this Groomer! We have two Goldendoodles and they are truly gorgeous when they are done being groomed. We are super picky about how they look, but after their first appointment, we now 100% trust Izzy and Malibu are in the very best hands. When she asks what we'd like done with their grooming at each appointment, my answer is always, "do what you do!" Our dogs are so happy and well-taken care of in their care, and we get top-notch service every time. We've made the mistake of forgetting to prebook an appointment and slipped them into a different groomer...we will NEVER do that again! We've never found such a great place...and great, loving people to trust our fur-babies with. Consider us "lifers"! read more

I have a terrier that needs a good cut about three times a year, but when I moved to Bountiful a year ago, I just took him to the first place that could take him. I didn't do my research. He seemed miserable. I decided he needed a little more TLC. So I gave All Pet Grooming a try. I am SO glad that I did! They got me in quickly, they only kept my pup for about two hours, and the little scrappy looking dog that I left with them was transformed into a proud, clean and dashing little fellow. He seemed so much happier than he did with his previous groomer. I could tell they were very kind to him. They sang his praises when I picked him up, and we both left very happy. The price tag was a little steep. 12 lb dog. Wash, trim, nails. $36 plus tax and tip. That's more than I spend on my own haircuts. But for my pup, it was pretty well worth it. I'm confident I'll be returning for his summer grooming. read more

This message is directly to the owner of the business. The only reason you are getting 1 star is because you have a very friendly staff. If you are planning on accommodating both dog and cat grooming, please build a separate room with thick walls for you cat grooming. I had an appointment all 11am and dropped of my cat and was told it would take 3 hrs. I looked into your grooming stations and saw that you groom all animals in the same small room. The holding cages are right next to where the grooming is done. Your vacuums sound like a construction site they are so loud. This is coming from a grown man who worked construction for years. This might be fine for dogs due to the average dog not getting anxiety or scared like a cat. I can only imagine what was going through my cats mind and should have never left him. The place was loud as hell and dogs were going crazy after my cat I'm sure the whole time it was in there. When I came back, 3 of your staff were trying to calm my cat down because it was so stressed. Again you staff was very friendly and good comforting my cat but this is not the right business model to be running. You need to make a grown decision and reevaluate your business model. If you are going to do both cat and dog grooming, that is fine but the two need to be kept in separate rooms for their well being. It looks to me that you are more worried about earning that dollar then the well being of the animals. You wouldn't put a male and female changing room together, it just doesn't go right. I highly suggest anyone with a cat to not bring them here unless you want them to have a near hell experience. Again this is directly to the business owner and operator. Switch it up otherwise you will get angry customers just like myself. If the staff is reading this, thank you for your kindness of my cat and this is not directed towards you. read more

I took my Coton de Tulear puppy for her first haircut today at All Pet Grooming. The staff is very friendly and treated her like one of their own. They were a little busy so she was there 3 hours, but the end result was worth the wait. They did her nails, glands, and all-over teddy cut. They did a great job, and I'll definitely take her there again. They also mentioned they would do touch-ups for free in between cuts. My pup's hair grows fast, and gets into her eyes, so it's fantastic they will do that for free. read more

I wanted All Pet Grooming to work out for us because we used to take my family dog, Sas, there. And I'm nostalgic like that. They literally took no inches off when I asked them to shave her, didn't clip her nails, and her sanitary area was not done. It was as expensive as other places that do all these things. She did smell like sugar cookies when she was done though, so I got that going for me. Maybe my experience was a one off, but I have not been back. read more

I was pretty satisfied with the Lions cut they gave my Dad's kittie. I wasn't too pleased when they accidentally charged me for someone else's fee, however, they waved the tip I originally gave for the inconvenience. Kiersten and Margie always do a wonderful job on our little Shih Tzu, Max. When we pick him up, they are always singing his praises, and they love up on him just like he likes it. He usually looks just perfect and spiffy, but if anything got missed, they happily trim it up. He hates having his feet touched, but his nails are always very nicely trimmed and he teeth cleaned, nice and shiny. Their rates are not the cheapest, but they aren't the most we've paid either. I have a lil dog for 1st time at 53, when previously myself and my family only had 75-100 lb + dogs I pinned & trimmed their nails myself. But my lil guy freaks & hides the second I grab clippers & avoids me for days, shakes, guitls after I attempted trim 3-4 times, breaks my heart so needed another way. I have been to pretty much every dog grooming place from Btfl thru NSL & I will only come back to these skilled & caring ladies. After watching them over this last year, I'm no longer needing to look for a different grooming shop. They care about what each pet is going thru and talk to them trying to calm them thru whole process. Plus!! How cool is it that they have a couple cats that live at the shop who are friendly and not afraid or antagonistic to the dogs, at least every time I've been there... cracks me up. REAL Good People!!
