So flavorful, comforting, and consistently delicious. Today I woke up to snow covering the ground, everything white and peaceful, and I instantly knew I was making a call-in order. Perfect cozy-weather food! For about $19, I got their lasagna, a fresh salad with French dressing, garlic bread, and a sweet tea. Sure, it's a little on the pricey side, but that's inflation for you--and honestly, the quality makes it worth it. If you haven't been to Bona yet, I definitely urge you to stop by and grab something to eat. Besides the lasagna, I highly recommend their cheesesteak sub too. Furstys owner is a sorry excuse for a restaurant owner on 2 separate occasions I have had problems with the food or service and he is a grade A jacksss. He is rude his only purpose is to be as cheap on himself and over charge his customers for overpriced mediocre food. Houses his employees and has them post good reviews to help their grades on line. He had so many complaints on Facebook he blocked his page from accepting posts. read more

We kept trying over the next 15 minutes, thinking maybe the phone lines were tied up because they were busy taking orders. We eventually drove there to place the order in person, only to find they were not busy at all. When I mentioned the phone issue, they told me they "always have problems with the phones." I can only imagine how much business that costs them. I placed the order, and the lady with the thick dark-framed glasses read it back correctly: two large cheese pizzas, one large half cheese / half pepperoni and ham pizza, and one chicken calzone. We were told about a 30-minute wait. When we got home, the order was wrong. We received three large cheese pizzas, with no pepperoni or ham on the specialty pizza we paid extra for. The chicken calzone also had ham in it, which I assume was supposed to go on the pizza. Now I'm wondering where the pepperoni went. Unfortunately, the person who ordered the calzone does not eat ham, so that ended up going in the trash. On top of that, the quality of the pizza was disappointing. The middle of the pizzas seemed undercooked and sloppy. When you picked up a slice, all the cheese slid right off. It's a shame, because we really want to like this place.

But I am still given time to look over the menu, just in case. The pizza has a thin, crispy crust that was so good I managed to eat all but two slices! I highly recommend adding the glaze; it really makes the flavors pop. A lot of the specialty pizzas are named after neighborhood streets. The Elm, Bessemer, Hendrix, Leftwich, Isabel, and Magnolia. The Park and Fishers Finest are named after the area. The neighborhood bar has 14 rotating beer taps. There is a large selection of appetizers, including wings, grilled cheese, chicken tenders and some dips. If you aren't in the mood for pizza, they have a good variety of salads and subs. Service is top-notch here, and the staff is so welcoming and attentive. The prices are reasonable, too. I like that they brought out a plate and silverware with the pizza tray. I am already looking forward to my next margherita pizza. If I lived closer, I'd be eating here every week!
