**CELIAC DANGER**I ordered gluten free pasta for delivery because I am allergic and they have it on their menu. When I got my pasta I started eating it and got really suspicious so I called and was promptly told they didn't have gluten free pasta. When I spoke to the manager, he kept calling me young lady and told me that he saw the order said gluten free and told the delivery driver that they didn't have it, but the delivery driver told him it was okay make it anyway. NO ONE said anything to me, I got my food with the ticket that said gluten free. When I told him he should have refused to make it and just told the driver no, which would've the right thing to do instead of having me eat food I'm allergic to he told me he couldn't do anything about it and to take it up with DoorDash and hung up on me. Disappointing. Service was ok, these kids seemed to be doing the best they could. Our visit was late lunch, just before 2 pm on a Tuesday. First I ordered a water with lemon, and they were out of lemon. Then I ordered a mixed drink off their drink menu, only to be told there was "no one old enough working to serve alcohol." So, I had plain water and a grilled chicken sandwich. The grilled chicken sandwich was extremely bland and had shredded lettuce that wasn't very fresh, it was just kind of a mess. My husband had a fried chicken salad that was not much more than a little shredded lettuce with some chicken tenders on top. Overall, a little sad since I was really looking forward to trying out this location. Since they expanded their parking lot, there's plenty of parking, but I don't know how much they will actually need it, based on my experience, unfortunately. Might try it again some other time. Well, we went there for dinner around 9:30 mine you they don't close till 11.pm. We were rushed from beginning to end. No sooner than the meal came out 5 min later they came by to see if we wanted to go boxes and to d Go drinks.lol. We were like not quite yet, thanks..another five MI utes CA.e by and she brought us out ticket to pay. Sighs...then I heard her talk g to someone at the bar, saying they already paid... Garbage. Uncooked as in raw pizza, burnt Calamari and when I called to get the order corrected, I was told, no manager or owner was on sight! Meaning we threw the entire order out and my husband drove 40 minutes to Greensboro to get us food. Some of the worse tomato sauce I have ever tasted! It was just like it was out of a can & dumb over the pasta! And I ordered meat sauce couldn't even see any meat. Need to go back to the kitchen & learn how to make real pasta sauce. And it so happens friends had gone to eat there for lunch & ordered tomato soup & the soup was yellow and thick like it was cheese. Newly-opened Elizabeth's Pizza now in Reidsville, because what seven other pizza restaurants on the same strip that's really what we needed and really filled the hole in the market. The pasta's kind of expensive for what it is not being handmade or anything but that's pretty much all the Italian restaurants. I really like their just plain cheese pizza, nice and chewy crust lots of great melty gooey stringy cheese its the one thing I really think they do better than most restaurants of this style. The interior is really nice, good lighting comfortable seating and a bit elegant even. read more

Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning. I have eaten at other EP's, just the pizza, and never had any issues but the one in Reidsville is horrible. I had Pesto with Linguini and it wasn't pesto. First, it had cooked tomatoes in it which wasn't on the menu and the sauce was thick and nasty, not like pesto should be. My bf got a Veal sub and said the veal tasted rancid. When we told our Waitress, Kaleigh (or however she spells it), she had a little attitude and said "Well, sorry it wasn't up to your tastebuds' likin'" Well, the food was foul, I threw up all night and will be reporting them to the BBB and Food Safety Board for an evaluation. read more

I really, really wanted my takeout order to be good last night. My family is especially picky about food in general, so takeout has to be spot-on if I'm going to go back on another night. Sadly, that won't be happening... I've been to several of the EP locations and have rarely been disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Marsala last night here in Reidsville. I don't know what it was that I received, but it didn't remotely taste like Marsala sauce. The chicken itself wasn't awful, it just didn't taste like anything. Literally anything... My daughter ordered the Linguini with Mussels. The look on her face told most of the story. That most of her dinner went uneaten told me the rest. And my significant other who ordered the Shrimp Scampi said, "I really wanted to like it, but..." I've been to this EP about 3-4 times. It's been open now for more than 8 months. Certainly long enough to iron out any kinks. At lunch, I had only ordered the two slice special. The pizza wasn't and hasn't been all that bad. But if you're looking to venture out and try some of the other Italian dishes, you'll need to look elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately had very bad experience. Place was busy and they clearly forgot order we called in. Was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. After an hour simply asked for money back so could leave and was ignored. 5 minutes later asked for manager and was ignored. 15 minutes later they call my number only to find out they forgot the wings. Only ordered a pizza, dozen wings and mozzarella sticks. Not a big order. Left with just pizza which was not fully cooked and 5 mozzarella sticks. They didn't even apologize for the service. This is first negative review I've ever written. Yes it was that disappointing. When I called in the order the guy on phone said "best wings in town ". Ordered takeout. Told me it would be 15-20 minutes but ended up being 45 mins. Someone who ordered while I was waiting somehow received their food before me despite ordering 3x the amount of food. Went there early Saturday around 4 , there was 4 or 5 people there.Woman seated us we waited 10 mins no one even came and took our drink order so we got up and left .The woman didn't even look up at us. About 3 weeks before that my wife called in a order and told them it would be an hour before she picked it up.When she got there it was not even made yet.She waited another hour and it was still not ready.And other customers were getting their money back too so she left.When you open up a pizzia business on freeway drive in Reidsville you better have good food and good service or you won't make it long.Too much competition. read more

My kids and I waited very impatiently for this location to open as we love going to the one in Wentworth.. First order here and it was ok.. I mean how hard is it to order a specialty with everything and then they forget half of the everything?? Wasn't bad but wasn't great.. I'll make the drive to Wentworth though! read more
