I love the reusable delivery bag!

Fushimi Bay Ridge combines traditional Japanese cuisine with inventive French-inspired dishes, all made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It is my go to place for sushi and my all time favorite dish, Rock shrimp tempura. The ambience is chill with comfy booths and great table service. However, I ordered delivery tonight for the first time. I was in the mood for the tempura, California roll, and Shrimp shumai. The delivery was packed very carefully in a cool Fushimi bag. Here's a brief recap: 1. Rock shrimp tempura;?a popular Japanese-American fusion appetizer featuring bite-sized pieces of rock shrimp that are lightly battered, deep-fried until crispy, and tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce. The sauce is the best, it's made from a Japanese mayonnaise ( probably Kewpie) chili garlic sauce, and rice vinegar. Absolutely delicious! 2. Shrimp shumai; a juicy filling of shrimp, mixed with Chinese black mushrooms and seasoned with rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. The soy sauce came in these adorable plastic bottles. 3. California Rolls; there was a mix up with my order and I received a crab roll instead. However, I have eaten the California rolls at the restaurant and they are also delicious. There are so many wonderful options to order from for example, Lobster salad, Tuna tapas and gyoza. The cocktails are smashing! If you are looking for delicious Japanese food in Bay Ridge, dining in or delivery, I highly recommend Fushimi.

Came on a Wednesday night for dinner. The menu provide was a pre fix option. The location is extremely spacious with several private rooms ideal for birthdays. The service and staff are attentive and friendly. The food was ok. I was told their lunch special is even better. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. The rib eye, crab cake and braised short rib were good. If you don't want to go all the way to Williamsburg their location in bay ridge is a great option.

Food and service Are perfect and when i order delivery it comes bery fast and very clean

Lunch special- avocado, salmon and yellow challenge scallion roll plus the tuna cracker. I also had a mushroom soup (no photo sorry)

I just LOVE Fushimi. Not only one of my favorite Japanese restaurants but actually one of my favorite in general. The food quality and presentation are absolutely amazing. The service is sometimes a bit slow but it's well worth the wait for the food. I always order from there and I also eat there and one of my favorite things. Is that lunch special for $25 it is the best deal ever.

Came back again, and everything was fantastic. The sushi was fresh, the espresso martini didn't disappoint, and the uni was fresh and delicious. Service was impeccable-- they seated us immediately on a Friday night, even though the restaurant was packed. Our waiter was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The sake was great too, with a perfect recommendation. Highly recommend this spot for great sushi and top-notch service!

Food: Sushi was excellent quality and delicious here. We ordered the Chef's Sushi and Sashimi set ($59). The sushi overall seemed a bit overpriced, but the quality is there. The calamari was freshly made and served hot but seemed a bit fishy. Not the best place to order calamari. Service: Service was exceptional! Staff was very friendly and attentive. They come by often to check if everything is okay throughout the whole meal. Ambiance: This place has a trendy vibe. It's good for small and large groups. The ambiance is great, and seating is comfortable.

We go to the Bayridge location often for their lunch special. My family enjoys the attentative services and the food is good. The decor of the restaurant is impressive and very spacious. Today they were doing the Halloween decorations. This is our usual spot for lunch. The lunch portion size was small for my son. However, it was a good amount for myself. Great ambiance and vibe.

Duck salad. Other than having to worry about checking on little tiny bones this was very tasty. See other pic with bones

Overall just disappointing we won't be back. Trying to enter was difficult as my mother in law could not climb the stairs and had to squeeze between a BMW and a Mercedes which were blocking the handicapped access ramp. I told the staff who did not seem to care and on the way out a rolls Royce was blocking the ramp all by itself. See pictures. They obviously could care less about people with disabilities. Place is a scene that is for sure. People dressed to the 9's Food was ok. Some just ok and some excellent Duck salad tasted amazing if it was not for tiny bones in the salad it would have been great. Eating a salad with little tiny bones to pick out was not fun. When we told the waiter he said it's because they cut it from the whole duck like that was a reasonable explanation for the lack of care in preparation. It wasn't just one bone but loads of tiny ones. Lobster roll - ehhhh. Ok. Nothing special don't do it Spider roll - my wife said it was ok but needs something. Not great Yellowtail sashimi was amazing. Nice large pieces. Probably some of the best I have ever had. Sushi pizza tasted like it had some discount guacamole on it which made the whole thing taste bitter. I would not do this again. Grilled Spanish octopus was very tender and flavorful. Hamachi kama - tasty but not alot of meat Gyoza - good Crispy Chilean sea bass rolls - notngood and not worth it at all Risotto balls - nope. No flavor Overall experience disappointing. There are many better sushi places in Bay ridge.

Lunch special was good but not that much food. Besides that no complaints though. A good neighbor spot.

Was looking for a new place to eat after my daughters graduation. Didn't want to leave the area, but since it was 11:30AM, it was hard to find a place that was open. I noticed they opened at 11:30- so it was perfect! We were immediately seated and the place was pretty much empty, but it quickly filled up with other patrons. I opted for the lunch special. Miso Soup (my first time) cucumber salad and Salmon. I liked everything that I ordered and thought it's a pretty good deal. I also went with the broccolini-- wish they had just regular broccoli or spinach, but it served it's purpose. We also ordered the teriyaki steak, mashed potatoes, California roll, Ribeye steak and molten cake. We all were very happy with the food here. The only thing I didn't care for was the sangria. The ambiance was great and perfect for a date or group birthday outing. I would recommend and return here in the future.

This was my first time visiting Fushimi and I had a really nice meal. I'd say try everything you can because the food is amazing no matter what.

    | No pictures, barely remember my drink... but THOSE WAGYU SLIDERS?!…read more Okay y'all, I'm gonna start this review off by saying... I HAVE NO PICTURES. I know. I know. I slacked on this one. But we went to La Marza back in June for my cousin's birthday, and honestly, we weren't even supposed to end up there. The place we originally planned on going to did some real trickery with our reservation, and it turned into this whole last-minute "Okay, so where are we going now?" situation. And that's how we ended up at La Marza. Honestly? It worked out. First of all, the hookah was AMAZING. Really, really good. They have a cute little list of flavors to choose from, and we definitely enjoyed ourselves with that. The drinks were good too. Don't ask me what mine was called. I'm sorry, y'all. I DON'T REMEMBER. I just know it was delicious. But what I DO remember... THOSE WAGYU SLIDERS. Baby. Those have to be some of the best Wagyu sliders I have ever had. HANDS DOWN. Juicy. Tender. Flavorful. DELICIOUS. They left me wanting more, and honestly, that's the part of the night my stomach apparently decided was important enough to commit to memory. We also got some French fries because... You're drinking. You have hookah. DUH. YOU NEED FRIES. Like, why wouldn't we get fries? We didn't really do a full dinner because, like I said, this was a last-minute change of plans. But we definitely looked through the menu, and I saw lamb chops. And y'all know I am a sucker for some lamb chops. So immediately I was like, Oh, we're gonna have to come back. The overall vibe was really cool. Good music, good service, good drinks, good hookah, good food, and we had a GOOD TIME. And sometimes that's really all you need. I wish I could give y'all pictures. I wish I could remember the name of my drink. I wish I had more food to tell you about. But I can't. What I CAN tell you is... The hookah hit. The drink hit. Those Wagyu sliders HIT. The music was good. The vibes were good. And a time was had. We'll definitely be going back and doing it properly next time because I still have my eye on those lamb chops. But for a place we ended up at completely by accident? La Marza understood the assignment. Good vibes. Good food. Good fun. Good time. I mean... What more can you ask for?

Service is top notch. Ambiance is nice. Good vibes. Full top shelf bar and the hookah hits!…read moreHighly recommend for a date night or girls night.

Everything was excellent, but the paella was the star of the meal my wife couldn't put her fork down. The drinks were cold, refreshing, and paired perfectly with the food. The only downside was the service at the front. The host seemed a little unfriendly, which wasn't the best first impression. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, was very welcoming, and seated us in the back, which ended up being the perfect spot for a quick bite and a couple of drinks. Overall, the food and drinks definitely outweigh the small hiccup at the beginning. We'll definitely be back for happy hour again.

My friend ordered the steak and shrimp skewers when they received the food the shrimp was raw was not cooked at all and they weren't gonna say anything so I had to step in and tell the server that the shrimp was raw which they recognized and they ended up bringing out cooked shrimp. Very weird. Doesn't seem like the healthiest thing to do for that. The fact that they didn't discount anything for that experience was wild too and it was hot as hell inside, I know it's summer but let's get a fan or something in to rotation. With that said our server was great and understanding. Will I come here again, maybe not top on my list but maybe sometime in the future. 3stars l

Strong, so many flavors, and you can smoke for hours and the flavor is still there. Not only is the hookah amazing but the service is outstanding. The owner is a sweetheart and makes sure the customer is 100% satisfied not only with the hookah but the environment. He gives his general opinion and doesn't want to take advantage of people. He literally told us not to waste money and to get the ice hose because the regular hose has ice in it. The people that smoke there are so sweet and yes, you will get carded so have a form of ID with your date of birth. The Moroccan tea is very good, and to smoke pomegranate mixed with anything is not going to disappoint. If you don't want to spend the five dollars on the ice hose there regular hookahs have a little ice cooler inside that makes the smoke come out cold. If you want it cold the whole time your there get the large ice and pay the five dollars. The guys are always coming around changing the coal. You can stay there as long as you want and you are not feeling rushed to leave. I always get hookah special on the fruit but this time I got regular and I LOVED it! This place is a must come to smoke hookah. The owner is an amazing cook too, cant wait to come back and try his Yemen style food! Highly recommend coming here.
