What an interesting restaurant. It started off with complimentary chips and salsa. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from depending on what you were in the mood for. Between American, Mexican, and Indian maybe 5-10 dishes per cuisine type were offered. The turkey club was very cheese heavy, which took away from the sandwich. However, the samosas were quite delicious. I would recommend giving them a try. The employee who served us was great! A friendly young man, quick to help and provided a pleasant experience. I was excited to try Fusion. On this visit I tried the Indian cuisine. It was pretty good overall. Otgers had the cheeseburgers and both said they were really good. The server could not have been sweeter. However, we waited quite a while for them to take our order. Drinks didn't come until the meal was served. Asked for additional chips and never did receive them. I would not hesitate to go again. Hopefully they were just short handed on this visit. read more

I go here for the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala, but I do want to try their Chimichangas. The Plain and Garlic Butter Naan are good, and the Chicken Street Tacos were the best I've had. The employees are very nice and friendly. read more

Food is very tasty and exceptionally good for this small place. We tried saag paneer and paneer tikka / butter masala. Took some time for them to bring the food since it was late but we were impressed with the food taste and quality overall. Quantity is less so may need to order accordingly. We waited for 1/2 hour for service it was 3 of us my husband ordered a beer that never came but it was just at the bar for 1/2 hour after an hour of waiting for our food we left I have no idea what it would have tasted like they only had 2 people working and the bar tender looked like family, they have to do better or they are not going to make it. Flavor of the Chicken Tikka Masala was great, but the spice level was outrageous. When ordered through Uber Eats, there was no option to choose heat, so I would have expected mild or medium unless requested. Not the case. This was so hot we all started sweating eating it and none of us could finish a bowl of it. They were fairly stingy with the rice too, so we couldn't even add more rice to tone it down. read more

I have eaten here twice since they opened. I was heading to Denny's in O'Fallon as I noticed Fusion was opened. I thought I would give it a try since I was tiered and didn't want to travel; Glad I did. I walked in and they were welcoming and friendly. they took the time to explain their menu. My wife ordered their nachos and I ordered their chimichanga chicken fajitas with an order of fries. The nachos were huge and the chimichanga was like the size of a small football. everything was fresh and hot. The fries were the crinkle fries also fresh and hot. we had so much food left we had enough for another meal. They even gave us extra nachos to freshen up the ones when we got home. I went to their grand opening Friday May 5th and It did not disappoint. They brought out samplers of their food. They had chicken and beef street tacos, some Indian food which I cannot name but were excellent. A sauce sampler dish which had about 5 sauces from hot to mild and sweet. Great selection of American, Mexican and Indian food. My wife had the Chicken Tikka Masala. She got it spicy which really brought the blend of spices, sweetness of the sauce and a little kick at the end. I had the Carne Asada which was done very nicely. French fries were also excellent and good for dipping in the Tikka Masala sauce. Staff was extremely helpful and polite! read more

Went in on a Thursday afternoon about 3. Bartender just sat there, ordered some nachos, while waiting played the gaming machines. Played the machines did not think anything was wrong, next thing I know the owner is accusing me of playing a machine he had left credits on. I never noticed if I had or had not, had played all the machines. Not sure why an owner would be playing his own machines. Anyway, after this sat down to eat the nachos. Not much to them, the chips became completely soggy on the bottom within minutes. Didn't care for the service, food, or the owner. Won't be back. Give the place maybe 6 months at most. read more
