If I could give this business a one star I would. First, I would like to speak on the unprofessional way the staff talks in the back office. While I was waiting for my jaw to become numb, I'm over hearing staff and doctor ( Dr. Antipov) Discussing other patients (not in a nice way) only to think they may be talking about you in front of others. As well as they went out and partied in a night club, hope that wasn't the night before my procedure?.. Then the actual extraction of my poor teeth, that after a second opinion NEVER needed to be removed. WHAT? Why would you pull healthy teeth? Why not examine after removing the crowns? The experience was traumatic as these teeth were not easy to pull, the assistant who has NO bed side manner kept telling me not to "hit" her? Why would I hit anyone? Maybe now I would, but then I didn't know any better. THEN... the best part... the made me an Essex (a temporary retainer with "teeth" ):to have until I heal enough to start the implant procedure, which they don't tell you will be at least six months. This Essix did not fit. I went back for a follow up to check on the stitches, the assistant tried to get it to fit, but it did not. The office and the assistant told me NO PROBLEM we will refund your money, which I have in emails. Well my friends it's been a year and STILL NO REFUND. Sooo You charge me $1580 to pull perfectly good teeth, then another $350 for NOTHING. WHATCH YOURSELF WITH THIS PRACTICE...they speak Russian behind your back and once they have the money the smiles are gone and so are your teeth...and your money. Shame on you YELENA Varlamova, taking advantage of people in this situation is a disgraceful act. SHAME SHAME SHAME.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION, SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR TEETH...and your money. It is more than apparent that he has a wealth of knowledge in his field but manages to explain clearly to a non medical person such as myself . I visited several dental offices as I considered my options of how to proceed with my teeth issues and Dr Antipov's price point and treatment plan stood out as being by far the most affordable and most promising for me . I was assigned a treatment coordinator named Olga.She was wonderful in accommodating my appointments and explaining my payment options and was always only a phone call away to answer any questions that I had . My technician, Oleg was wonderful beginning with my temporary teeth , right through to my final result.Oleg is truly a craftsman . His expertise, competence and professionalism are second to none . People who have known me have given me nothing but compliments for my new smile .Those who have not known me before are not aware that I have had any work done. I had my bone graft and implant done there, which was very nerve racking to me. I was nervous and not sure what to expect. After a year of saving money and researching oral surgeons in my area, I finally found Dr. Antipov. I just had my surgery less than a week ago. I was so nervous and so scared. I felt ashamed for any dentist to see my teeth .. I cried everyday looking in the mirror at myself and never thought I'd ever get the chance to have a beautiful smile. But after my free consultation at Fusion dental centers in Roseville and meeting with Yelena my coordinator I began having hope of a new smile . My surgery went excellent. Dr . Antipov and his staff did an AMAZING job keeping me comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I am on day four of recovery with minimal pain. I still have a little swelling & discomfort which is normal right after surgery I'm learning to smile again which is hard cause I haven't in so many years.. I am wearing a temporary lower arch all on four denture until I can afford the permanent one. The temporaries do feel and look a little weird, but I understand they're just temporaries and that the outcome will be alot better once I get my permanent ones. I'm going to be patient through the process because I know it's costly. I have high hopes I will have a full complete smile again here real soon with the help of the fusion dental centers of Roseville and the great work that they have done thus far. All workers do not value you as a customer, no one respects your time at all ( you can wait for your appointment in the lobby for 45 minutes and they act like it's totally fine ). All three visits I waited 40+ minutes to get assistance. What is more, they can discuss other patients in front of you, which is inappropriate.In general I had a very bad experience ( I had four wisdom teeth extracted ).The full payment occurs before the procedure and it doesn't matter that something might go wrong and the client may not be happy with the result. No consultation before the surgery about any complications, nobody cares what your post recovery is. Three weeks after the surgeryI got an infection and took antibiotics twice during one month. TWO YEARS after the surgery, I still have a problem with the nerve that was affected during the procedure and it still gives me a lot of discomfort to this day. Doctor Antipov never talked to me in person after the surgery which is weird and unprofessional . Avoid this office to save your time and money. read more
