Melissa, I appreciate your response but quite honestly it isn't the insurance companies fault that you did not present a treatment plan nor did you have me sign anything regarding cost. Instead you yourself responded with "you're double covered so I'm not worried about any out of pocket cost on your end". Dr. Khodai's office provided excellent coordinated dental care. I have been coming to his office for years for my cleanings and felt very comfortable having Dr Khodai place my crown. My treatment plan required coordinated care with oral surgery and orthodontic care over the course of 2 years. I was concerned if I would be happy with the results or if things would get lost in translation between the offices. I'm pleased to say I'm very happy with the care coordination and the results. His team was always very polite and accommodating. I felt reassured in Dr Khodai's coordinated management and communication between all the specialists. That was the best dental experience I've had so far. From scheduling the appointment, to the look and feel of the office, the Hygenist and the doctor. All of it was orchestrated very well. In and out in one hour. Painless. Literally painless, she gave me some numbing gel for my gums. Plus, a hot lavender towel for your face and hands?! Major win. Lastly, asking if I'd like a towel over my eyes while getting the cleaning, is a nice touch. read more

I really like this dental practice. I was so nervous after having the same dentist for the last number of years. Enchanted is really modern, the hygienist was really general. Dr. Tabar met with me for enough time to get my questions answered. I really feel like he listened to my concerns and gave me options, etc. The front desk ladies are very friendly as well. There is a shared waiting room with other offices. There is coffee available and lots of seating. I can't say I am excited to go back (I fear going to the dentist), but I'm glad when I do that this is my dentist as I know I am in good hands with great all the great people working here. read more

Long overdue with my review. Let me start off by saying.. I would recommend my dentist to anyone!! I got introduced to Dr. Khodi and his staff years ago through a friend and have been diligently going every 4-6 months for my usual check ups/cleanings. This time I went in with my niece with an emergency situation. My niece had a RT done at her primary dentist and never got a permanent filling so her RT front tooth broke in half and was hanging on by a thread. The dentist she goes to has a waitlist of 4-5months for every appointment due to them accepting medical insurance. I have tried to find my niece a better dentist but with the limited insurance dentists that medical provides it is near impossible to find one. I took my niece in to see Dr.Tabar who is part of the team at Enhanced Dental. He was gracious enough to take a look at my nieces tooth free of charge to see if there was anything he can do to salvage the tooth. Dr. Tabar took some X-rays and came up with a solution. We are forever grateful to Dr. Tabar for his generosity and to the team for taking care of us. From the front desk to every dentist/hygienist in between, I love this office and recommend it to anyone who is seeking a trustworthy, reliable and kind staff to take care of all of your needs. The office set up is user-friendly, with a comfortable lobby, where you can wait until called and enjoy complementary coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and a packaged cookie. Once inside the office, the staff is always welcoming with a personal greeting, letting you know they were expecting you and are glad to see you. My Hygienist, Lisa, always asks about my husband, who is also a patient of hers, and our grandchildren, so the experience is personal. My dentist, Dr. Tabar is also very friendly, efficient and thorough, and both he and Lisa are quick to explain what they see, and ways for me to take better care of my teeth. At the end of the appointment, you are given a gift bag which contains toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, a lip balm, and chewing gum! Excellent dentist and staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dentist is a great listener, explained everything clearly, didn't rush my first time appointment and eased all of my fears. We worked out a plan on what to fix first so we decided on getting fitted for a mouth guard, determining if I need a root canal, planning an implant and cleaning. I also had X-rays. The office is beautiful and relaxing. I'm not thrilled with the parking lot, but I never have been and that's not on them! One just needs to be careful! I'm so happy I've chosen them for my new dental office. My husband will be going to them too. read more

I moved to the area and needed to locate a new dental team since I could no longer go to my prior dentist who I had been with for over 20 years. Needless to say, I was apprehensive in seeking out new care. From the moment I walked into the office I was impressed. They have a great front desk team and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. No old style cramped waiting room, this is more of a space than a room, with comfortable seating and a large television, so you feel like you are in a living room or lounge. . . Because of a particular issue that required surgery, I have seen several of the staff, and Dr. Tabar to identify, schedule with a periodontal surgeon, and eventually rectify the issue. Everyone has been spectacular in their work. Professional, friendly, efficient, and just overall an awesome team. It's like going to see friends as much as it is about dental work.
