i've been going to this dental office for two years now and cannot say enough good things. they have been so welcoming and kind. the hygenists, front desk staff, and dr. douglas and kloss are all great people I actually look forward to going. they've cured my dental anxiety by thoroughly explaining each procedures that I would need or not need. & they are flexible & understanding with my pain management requests. I would be weary of the negative reviews you see here about overcharging and unnecessary work. that had been the complete opposite experience i've received. if you're uninsured their in house plan is incredible. Don't be fooled by the friendly staff... they're profit driven and will recommend overly aggressive treatments when best practice it to monitor and stay conservative with treatments when possible. They'll justify it to themselves at night by saying it's better to be preventative, but preserving your natural tooth is what's better and delays more serious treatment. Thanks to S Douglas I've had SIX CROWNS done within a year when a fillings would have done the job. There's a reason why there is a business team when you're done with your visit. Because this is a BUSINESS And they are profit driven. They'll pressure you and make you feel bad for not getting these treatments done. They increase the price of literally everything. Look at your bill they are cheats and criminals. Don't walk run away from this business. Insurance companies won't pay for the stupid things they charge you and you'll be the one having to fork over the money for it. This is a delayed review from service performed on July 15, 2025. Life got busy and time got away from me. I feel compelled to let the community know what happened during my son's cleaning so people could be prudent in selecting a dentist as I selected Heritage Oaks based off of prior Yelp and Google reviews years ago. My son went in for a cleaning on 7/15/25. During his cleaning with the hygienist his lower fixed retainer broke in two places. My son said the first bond popped and then she kept cleaning and the second bond popped. She called Dr. Douglas in for advice and he decided to cut half of the retainer out. Upon checkout Heritage Oaks gave us a quote for a replacement retainer (not a fixed retainer because they don't do those). I opted to wait and said I wanted to speak to my son's orthodontist first. I wanted clarification of what happened during the hygienist cleaning so I called back later that same day and asked for Dr. Douglas to call me back. I was told he would by the following day and that never happened. I continued to follow up with emails and another phone call to the office manager. This carried on for a MONTH!! Dr. Douglas would NOT speak to me about what transpired in the office. He turfed communication to his office manger. My orthodontist told me that if we would have called them and gone in same day the cost of fixing the retainer (re-bonding it) would've been $60, but because Dr. Douglas cut half of it out it ended up costing us $400 because Dr. Douglas left the retainer unrepairable. We asked for partial reimbursement which he denied. Mind you this is a fixed retainer bonded on each tooth. I have had a fixed retainer for 34 years and have had no issues. These last a LONG time. He had told my son during this incident that things like this happen and that his retainer was almost five years old. Yes, accidents happen, but I worked in a dental office years ago prior to my career and I could surmise what happened, but couldn't discuss with the dentist because he wouldn't call me back. I have never received such poor service from a professional in my life. It's totally crazy that he would not return my calls or emails. If Heritage Oaks replies to this I DID sign a HIPPA waiver and have documentation to prove it. I was in the office when my son was getting his cleaning. There are no excuses for the unprofessionalism and lack of communication Dr. Douglas decided to have over my son's care and treatment. Anyway, this is my community service post. My wife and I wanted to change dentist back before covid, so we started shopping around and that was a task for sure. We went to a new spot every six months till we found Heritage Oaks Dental about a year ago. This is the dentist office we are going to stick with. They have excellent customer service and make things extremely easy for someone like me. I do not keep track of my appointments till I get the text and then I am ready to go. When you walk in everything is super clean and I have never not had an appointment start late. Everyone has certain things they look for, but I am guessing you will love this place. read more

We are so excited to have found a dentist with integrity, excellent communication, and actual concern for our dental health!! We were impressed with the high quality of the office and the professionalism of the entire team. Since we are self-employed, we do not have dental insurance. Dr. Ben Kloss has an "in-house" dental plan that was perfect for us and it was more than reasonable! I have had several crowns and fillings replaced with Dr. Ben and each time I am impressed with his sensitive touch and commitment to excellence. My bite has never been better! He even "equilibrated" my bite which no other dentist took the time to do and now my TMJ feels so much better. I can't sing their praises enough! Absolutely love this place! I've had to come in 3 times already in the last 2 months and am impressed by the level of professionalism here. I had a crack in my tooth and needed a root canal ASAP since my nerve kept getting hit when chewing food. I can now finally chew food normally and am so thankful for the efficiency of this office! I also appreciate the efforts to not extract teeth but instead save them if possible. I've seen some reviews regarding not wearing masks- the office follows placer county covid requirements and isn't breaking any rules. I have been seeing Dr. Douglas for about a year now and I just finished my treatment plan and I have nothing but positive things to say about this office. Everyone is very welcoming and Dr Douglas always calmed my nerves and made me feel very comfortable. I came in needing a lot of work done, I had a huge fear of dentists and avoided them for years but Dr. Douglas never judged or pushed me into any treatments I didn't want to do. He is an overall amazing dentist and truly does it all, he removed my wisdom teeth, did fillings and root canals and I am very happy with all of the work he has done on my teeth. 11 months ago UNNECESSARY DENTAL WORK I took my family to Heratage Oak dental for general dentistry. I was told by Dr.Ben kloss that I had reabsorption in one of my crowns and that he needed to pull it out and put in an implant. He told me that he was a dental restoration expert and that Dr. Shane Douglas would be my general dentist. Doctor Ben kloss pressured me to have my tooth removed and an implant put in for over a year. I was told that if I didn't the bone would erode and then I would not have any options. I would have to have a bridge which was far inferior. After a year of being frightened into this procedure I finally consented. My life has been a nightmare ever since. After Shane Douglas placed the metal rod in my face Ben Kloss put in the New crowns to replace my old ones. He took the teeth out of the Box put some glue on them and stuck them in my head. That was it.. He could not dry fit them he did not shape them or do anything to them. One was placed below the gum line and you could see the top Of my tooth the other one was placed millimeters higher So they were completely and Uneven.they were crossed over in the back an extremely thick and bulky. Now when I speak I spit I cannot pronounce words properly The teeth are a completely different color than my actual teeth So I don't want to smile but I can't smile because the teacher so bulky that my lip sticks to my teeth and curls under if I do try to smile. And worst of all I am in constant discomfort there is extreme pressure in my bone and in my teeth. It is constant torture all night and all day it's difficult to sleep I wake up in the middle of the night and cry. They took absolutely no responsibility for any of it in fact they tried to make me feel as if it was my fault. I have seen 5 dentists and the Roseville Granite Bay area and they are all horrified and want to know who did this to me. I went to Dr.Bannai Who is wonderful and he shaped them and them for me a little bit more bearable but it is still constant misery. I filed a complaint with Delta dental and when they requested that the Heritage oak dental refund my co-pay Heritage Oak filled an appeal! After ruining my life they wouldn't even give me my co-pay back! Delta dental Sent me to a dentist for evaluation and he was the angriest at what Doctor Ben kloss and doctor Shane Douglas had done to me. I was told that the dental work was in fact completely unnecessary the dentist said it was a tradgedy. Delta dental refunded the cost of My crowns so that I can have them done by a competent dentist. But the metal rod that Shane Douglas placed in my head will torture me for the rest of my life. Shane Douglas and Ben Kloss are incompetant, dangerous and heartless. They do not care about their patients. Be more careful than I was keep yourself and your loved ones far away from these so called "Dentists". In response to the reply from the dentist's office this is false I was made to pay in full Over $4000 up front before any work was done. When I complained about the dental work they told me I owed them $600 more for missed appointments for my son. Appointments that I never made and was not notified about. Rather than showing compassion or taking any responsibility for the appalling damage they did to my teeth and my life There reponse was to try charge me more money And apparently wreak more havoc and my life by trying to send me to collections. I never heard a word about owing them more money until complained. What youhave done is shameful and sicking. I trusted you both!! It was truly the worst Mistake I have ever made! Last week, I had horrible pain in my wisdom tooth and it was probably the worse pain I've had in my mouth. Freaking out because I didn't know what was happening. My family called Heritage Oaks and they got me in within two hours which was shocking that they could squeeze me into there schedule. I was in pain and scared on what was going on, they gave be direction on what was happening, what to do next, and how it will all happen. They took amazing care of me and scheduled me in to get my FOUR wisdom pulled as soon as possible. Only 4 days later, I was back and they wasted no time and I was ready for surgery. Even though I'm in pain from my wisdom teeth being pulled, I never have to worry about them again. Moral of the story, the staff made me feel comfortable and safe. I hate the dentist. There's no way around it. So much so that I neglected going for nearly 5 years. I didn't do my regular cleanings or anything. After a while, I kinda just accepted defeat, and felt like going back to the dentist would only lead to embarrassment of the damage I had done over the years. And my oral health was not in good shape. And honestly, it's still not. But...after several visits to Heritage, and some honest, but caring conversations with the incredible staff there...I know there *is* a path to oral health. It's going to take discipline, and time, but I know I have a team of people who want me to see the other side. If you haven't been to the dentist in a while, and you're debating going back, just go here. And be honest about where you're at! The embarrassment and avoidance will go away and you can start being proactive about your health. Many of the staff are Christians too. Praise God for good dentists and good dental companies. The reviews are true!! They are amazing!! I had gotten severe excruciating pain on Sunday afternoon... after taking tons of ibuprofen with no relief, I went to the ER as I was in so much pain... they said I had an infection that needed antibiotics and that I needed to follow up with a dentist... Anyways, I was up all night in horrible pain... I was desperately looking through reviews trying to find a dentist as we had just moved from San Diego a few years back, and I came across heritage oak dental. I gave them a call at 7:45 and they were able to get me in at 8:30. Dr. Kloss was amazing and got me out of pain while we were trying to figure out the best course of action. I needed two emergent root canals and he was able to get me in that day for one and the next day for my second. I have huge fear and anxiety of dentists and they were able to get me in for two root canals and it was virtually painless. I even got to watch my favorite shows on Hulu (score!) I am now writing a review after having my procedure done this morning and I am pain free for the most part. My teeth are a bit sore which is to be expected and which their staff warned me about, but easily controlled by ibprofen. So thank you to Dr. Kloss and your entire friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and got me out of pain. They truly went above and beyond for me (a new patient- someone they had never met before.) My appointment was set for 9:10am, I was seen at about 9:25 due to one of the Dentist's leaving early because his wife was in an accident. So I completely was ole with being seen a little later. The office is very nice and well put together. They even have a kids play room area for when you bring our children in. The staff is very friendly and possess excellent customer service skills. I am coming from Western Dental which has never been my favorite so I am glad that I was able to switch my dentist office and that I chose this specific office. I came in for a cleaning and checkup. I really loved he 360 X-ray scan it was pretty cool! When Dr. Benjamin Kloss came in he introduced himself, cracked a joke and taught me how to read my X-ray of my teeth. I thought this was prettiness intriguing because I have never had an experience like this one. I do not know of any dentist that will sit you down and teach you the basics of reading your X-ray of your teeth. I will definitely continue my daughter and I, dental care at this location. If you are in search of a dentist and team that calms your nerves, gives above and beyond customer service and makes you feel like you are part of their family the moment you walk through the door you have found them! I originally went in because I thought I had a few cavities but after Dr. Kloss (pronounced like floss with a K how fitting is that!) thoroughly reviewed my x-rays and examined my mouth he confirmed I didn't have any cavities I had just been grinding my teeth down and needed to have a few spots filled along with a night guard to prevent it from happening again he took his time explaining the whole process and they even x-rayed my jaw (included in their initial exam) as I thought I had tmj all these years and found out the pain I had was from grinding/clenching (Bruxism) which was a huge relief and such an easy fix. I actually asked the doctor several times while he reviewed my x-rays if he was 100% sure about his finding and he joked that he would love to send his kids to college with my bill of all the cavities I think I have but he wouldn't feel right doing that which I appreciated so much because the last doctor I saw elsewhere was a nightmare I hate to say anything bad about anyone but he filled what he said was several cavities without numbing because they had run out and diagnosed me with tmj then asked me to write a 5 star review as they had lost a lot of staff/patients and needed to fill their books (wished I knew that prior to booking). It was so painful and overall terrible experience I was scared to go back to the dentist preparing for a huge bill again. Back to the amazing experience I had at Heritage Oaks the doctor was so easy to talk to I was able to ask as many questions as I needed to without feeling rushed that he needed to get to the next patient and he explained everything so that I could fully understand. The staff went out of their way to answer all of my questions about anything and everything including insurance coverage. I just felt so welcomed and comfortable for each of my visits. You can tell the team really loves working there those I encountered had been working there for years and it shows in the genuine care they have for the patients and the way they treat one another. One of my favorite things while I was having my cleaning and fillings I was able to where head phones and watch a movie of my choice which relieved so much of my anxiety. They gave me a $50 off card too that I was able to use towards my visit. I also wanted to add I was originally going to go someplace else that someone recommended that was closer to my home I tried for several days and left multiple voicemails and never got a call back. When I called Heritage Oaks which was also recommended Corina answered right away. As I shared I thought I had cavities so she was going to book me for an emergency visit for their first available but I shared I also need a cleaning and I have 6 month old twins so it's hard to get in for multiple visits so I would be willing to wait for a full evaluation Corina put me on hold and rearranged the schedule so that I could be seen as soon as possible for a full evaluation which was the start of them going above and beyond. When I came back for my night guard fitting I was running late I called and Kelsey answered she was so understanding letting me know to just make it safely. Some offices would have canceled if I was 10 mins late. They also let me know ahead of time it was totally okay to bring my little ones for my night guard fitting which was huge for me making it possible for me to come in. When I arrived Kelsey opened the door for me before I even made it to the door so that could push my stroller in which was so kind of her. I also wanted to add for children walking age they have a little area for kids in their waiting room as well. Both doctors and some of the staff I spoke to all have children so they try to make it as easy as possible for their patients. Reflecting back on the first office not answering I'm so grateful they didn't or I would have never found Heritage Oaks. I hope those of you reading this love them as much as I do. We are a military family preparing for a move in November I wish I would have found this amazing place sooner after being here for 6 years so anyone reading this I am writing this review in hopes that I can help another family find them sooner than I did. SOOOO, I am going to out myself for this but it has been a hot minute since I have been to the dentist. When you grow up with the same dentist your whole life, who is a family friend, it is hard to find someone to trust. I had also convinced myself that I would have to be knocked out for ANY type of service because just talking about teeth makes me nauseous. I explained this when making my appointment and the woman taking the call was VERY nice and assured me my needs would be met. So I went to my first appointment, in literally a decade, and It. Was. AWESOME! I never thought I'd say that about the dentist but it was such a relaxed environment and Dr. Kloss went over every tooth with me, while looking at the x-ray. For someone who was once told they had 8 cavities to fill and their own dentist later saying there was one...trust was an issue. Not with these guys! I could actually SEE what was going on with my teeth. Lastly, the unbearable pain and discomfort I was expecting never came! Even when I had my cleaning the hygienist, Samira, did such a great job but it was virtually pain free. Been back since then for fillings and same experience, if you want you can watch anything you want on TV through headphones although next time I think I prefer to listen to what's going on while they work on my teeth :) read more

I seriously cannot say better things about Heritage Oak Dental. I have always dealt with bad teeth. No matter how often I go, I feel like I always need some sort of work done. Even with two dental insurances this can get quite pricey... But Heritage Oak helped me know exactly what my costs would be as well as let me choose when and how I would like things done so I could make it work for my budget and time. On top of them being helpful financially, their staff are amazing. I'm greeted like they've known me forever on the phone and when I walk in the office. They make my family and I feel important and like a priority each and every time we need to come in. The ladies behind the counter who do the payment side of things are equally as caring and really do everything they can to make your experience as easy as possible! All that was just for the regular services I needed but after today I'm even more impressed! My husband was diving in a pool and broke his front tooth. He was in immense amounts of pain and could hardly speak. I called Heritage Oak first thing this morning and they had me bring him in IMMEDIATELY. He was all fixed up and pain free within an hour!! He came home telling me nothing but great stories and hilarious comments about Dr. Kloss and his team and how much he enjoyed his time and then he even scheduled another appointment for just a regular check up! (This is coming from a guy who hates the dentist and never goes). If you have anxiety about going to the dentist this is the place you need to go. They are high tech, efficient and will always make you feel at peace with their Netflix (yes Netflix while they work on your mouth and you have the remote to choose your shows) and happy smiles every time!!!! I am disgusted by Heritage Oak Dental. I have been a patient with them for a couple of years now and have always been pleased with my service. I went in for my routine cleaning in October and was disgusted to see that not a single employee or patient was wearing a mask. When I walked in the front desk employee was not wearing a mask and the other patient waiting was not either. I then looked around the corner where the other four or five employees were working and not a single employee was wearing a mask or face covering. Then the dental assistant/dental hygienist came out to call the other patient waiting in the waiting room and she wasn't wearing a mask either! I was appalled and frozen on what to do. When my name was called by another maskless dental hygienist/assistant, I knew I had to leave and no longer be a patient at Heritage Oak Dental. I informed her that I would need to cancel my appointment due to them not following safe practices with COVID. How can a medical group not be taking this pandemic seriously? They are dealing with peoples mouths! It is absolutely horrifying. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had! I had a early morning appt at 730am so there was only one other person waiting and I was seen right after I finished my new patient paperwork. I didn't wait long to see Dr Kloss after my X-rays were taken. He is a very personable Doctor and quickly brought my anxiety level down by taking the time to talk story and educate me on my X-rays and overall dental and gum health. I work in the medical field but dentistry is not my speciality and I appreciated the knowledge he shared. Dr Kloss made me feel like I was his only patient of the day with the amount of time he spent with me and even stayed to do my cleaning himself! I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered before I could even ask! My appointment was for a root canal on Tuesday June 9 at 1:00. Here's the backstory leading up to that. My wife and I have had a dentist and office that we love for about 10 years. However, in this instance due to our insurance not covering my root canal it was going to be costly. I had to get a second opinion and one that took Blue Shield. I have worked in the Healthcare industry for over 15 years and around dental as well so I am extremely selective and pay very close attention to everything in the office environment from registration and check-in, to back office, to providers and billing etc.. I look for cleanliness, organization, timeliness, attitude and professionalism. If you fail in any area, then I don't care what the visit cost me, I'm leaving and will probably trash you in a review. To say I'm picky is a serious understatement. I read reviews before going as did my wife and checked on provider credentials etc. etc. For the most part seemed pretty good and I did not find what might appear to be "fluff" reviews where their friends and families or someone they pay added reviews with some generic "oh they were so great" BS that you have to look for these days. So here's the bottom line. When I first went in they had to "squeeze" me in because I first needed an eval before just scheduling me for a serious root canal. They warned me that it might be a bit of a wait. I get there and first impression is.....darn the office looks clean and organized, greeted right away by friendly front desk staff, got all my info and asked me to sit in what was a very nice and uncrowded waiting room. Yes, they were wearing masks, all of them and believe me I saw the reviews about not wearing masks so I checked every freaking staff member in there. Within 5 minutes I'm asked to come in. I mean they squeeze me in and I wait 5 minutes or even less cause I got there early. Every person from that point on is friendly, helpful and professional. The doctor even takes multiple sets of x-rays to make sure that what I really need is a root canal. I'm thankful for his due diligence cause who wants a darn root canal if they don't need it (I already knew I did but nice to have him double check). He explains everything to me about the procedure. He is thorough and very friendly. I go to front desk to schedule and they work to get me in a couple of days later cause I'm already on antibiotics with infected roots and this thing hurts. They show me the complete bill so I know exactly what I'm paying and what insurance pays etc. The bill is literally half what my previous estimate was. I come back two days later and they are right on time and immediately take these 3D type x-rays with what I'm sure is a very expensive piece of equipment to make sure they have a very detailed picture of what is going on. They get me into the chair and the dental assistant (I know that's the wrong term so apologies) explains everything. She is awesome and friendly etc. Here's the best part, I'm thinking this thing is going to be a horrible, painful experience but it was the antithesis. He numbs me up with multiple shots, all of which I don't even feel. During the entire process I feel almost nothing. This is a major root canal also, down both sides of a molar. The assistant and him work together like a well choreographed dance (I told her that). No joke, she anticipates what he needs and I'm paying so much attention to how they work together that I'm not really even focused on all the drilling. Needless to say, feeling much better now and going in for the crown next week. If anyone thinks I'm going to take this much time on a Saturday morning to write this novel of a review because I've got "skin in the game" somehow, you are sadly mistaken. I am the first person that would love to write a bad review and complain about horrible service but in this case (so far) I have only great things to say. read more

Who likes going to the dentist? I DO!!! Honestly, I enjoy going to the dentist. I never had a bad experience growing up going to the dentist. As much as I enjoy going to the dentist, I know how hard it is to find a good one. The last time I went to the dentist was years ago, and I didn't care for that dentist. I was feeling some tooth pain the other day and asked a co-worker where she goes, I mean we pretty much have the same plan so that eliminates wondering if they take my insurance. I made an appointment and they got me in the next day. X-rays and pictures went really well and Dr. Kloss was amazing. He was very personable and explained everything. Not that I'll remember it all, but it's nice to get a bit of education on your teeth aside from the usual lecture of making sure you floss everyday. We came up with a dental plan that works for my insurance company, isn't that sad? Oh well, such is life. I'm definitely a fan! read more

I had been a dental patient for about a year at Heritage Oaks. I waited this long before I decided to post a review. Often times a Dentist and Staff can seem great on the first assignment. However, I must say after numerous visits, this is the very best dental team I have ever visited. They're highly professional. Dr. Ben is totally awesome. A perfectionist with extraordinary bedside manners. The staff is friendly and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. Now my entire family of 5 are Dental patients at Heritage Oaks. They have provided Child Orthodox(Braces) for the kids and Root Canals for Dad. They are just simply the best. They have earned an easy 5 star rating for me! read more

Best dental experience ever. I went to Dr. Douglas for my braces and had them taken off last month. Every time I went in they did such a great job of explaining what they were going to do before each treatment so that I wouldn't be nervous of what to expect. The staff is always friendly from the front desk, assistants, doctors, and schedulers. They are all wonderful. I went in today to have my teeth cleaned for the first time since having my braces removed. Annette always does such an awesome job keeping my teeth clean and educating me on how to continue proper hygiene at home. After the cleaning, Dr. Shane checked on my retainers. After cleaning the retainers and evaluating my teeth, he let me know that I only needed to return for regular cleanings. I'm a little sad that I don't need to go back on a monthly basis like I did during my orthodontia treatment but I look forward to my next appointment! read more

One more update. So anyone who knows me will know what a big deal it is for me to add a photo of myself rather than one of my furbabies. Thank you again to Dr. Kloss and everyone at Heritage Oak Dental. This transformation is truly LIFE CHANGING. If you have a fear like me I am telling you just call you won't regret it. The hardest step for me truly was picking up the phone and calling and then just walking through the door that first time. I am telling you virtually all my paralyzing fear was gone after that first visit. I am warning you though just be prepared, if you are like me you will cry happy tears, a LOT of happy tears. I don't know anything about Heritage Oak, but do have a word or two to say about Dr Douglas. The text is copied from a review I wrote years ago but filed under a previous business name; it's not like there aren't enough five stars already on this site, but I'm happy to add this other: I am not an easy dental customer/client. When I went in the army they took pictures of my mouth to use for the basic training you-don't-want-to-look-like-this poster. Then they assigned me to a dentist who made and installed a perfect set of uppers and lowers and I wore them non-stop for forty years. A bad tooth and some worse repair work and I stopped even trying to wear the fixtures about three years ago. Toughed it out, old guy now and nobody's looking anyhow. Okay, bad movie and evidence that my food intake wasn't getting the full digestion routine. Stop. Looked for a dentist, only requirement: someone I'd never seen before. Found Shane Douglas, gave him the tough guy story: keep it simple, fix the tooth, set me up with the standard partials, grateful, etc. He said, sure, no problem, and went to work. Very professional, careful, thorough... Thought it might be good if we capped one of the better if overworked front teeth, "that would be a smile maker" he said. Okay, I say, trying not to appear too vain. The rest of the story is short and easy to tell. Dr Douglas made the fixtures like they were art or jewelry. Great precision. The caps are perfectly natural looking, and the fit and function, chewing and tasting, are so good, eating is becoming an adventure again. And the smile part, he had that right, too. I know. Prior to Covid, the only issues I had with this office were the strange extra billing practices other people have mentioned. However, during Covid and even at the peak of Covid there was zero masking or social distancing going on and when I asked them about it they said it would violate other people's Hippa rights to require masks. The employees didn't wear masks either! No thanks. Not willing to support this business anymore. Roseville Dental Group has taken the virus seriously to this day and so now our family goes to them. I got the very best cleaning from them as well today! Sorry, Heritage Oak, it sounds like you made a bad judgement call or maybe you got more business from not requiring masks in Placer County. read more

Was not wearing a mask to my appointment and neither was the staff. He had incorrect information about my health and dates. I would not recommend going here as my family and friends have had similar over charging experiences. After meeting a former employee of this office, she made it very clear that they do tend to over charge and over bill and I have seen many other reviews similar to my experience.
