Scheduling with Fusion Electric was super easy. The gentleman on the phone explained that the technician will provide an estimate and complete the work the same day if I agreed with the estimate. Art and his helper Brad, were assigned to my job, they were friendly, super knowledgeable and accommodating. Art and Brad installed a whole house surge protector and enclosure, both of which I supplied. they also conducted a safety inspection and as a result tightened the sub-panel breaker wiring as well as sealed a hole in my panel with silicone caulk. Finally, I asked Art to provide me with a rough estimate on an outdoor Tesla pedestal charger and plan out how we might possibly do the wiring. He took the time to explain what I needed to do beforehand and told me about the supplies I needed to make sure the conduit in the concrete is easy to feed the particular gauge of wire needed. The Fusion Electric team is AWESOME!! The whole team makes you feel as if you are their only customer--the service level and execution is top notch. They handled significant electric work on our boat dock and several trouble shoots in the house and well as safety upgrades to the panel and a few circuits. They also completely rewired a condo for us in Kingsland after the 2019 floods. They are timely, fairly priced and really know their stuff. I hired the Fusion guys to change out a breaker box in my 1975 home. They worked hard all day in the heat, were completely professional and polite, and kept me informed throughout the process. They coordinated their work with the electric company since the power had to be completely cut-off from the house. They replaced the panel expertly with no damage to the interior wall. They cleaned up all debris inside and outside. And the best part is the job was finished in less time than anticipated and at the low end of their estimate beating a competitor's estimate by hundreds of dollars! Highly recommend this outfit! We have been dealing with Bryan and his crews, both at home and at my bank office, for over 10 years. This time I called Bryan on a Monday afternoon (Presidents day holiday) about some work needing to be done on a rental property. His crew met me the next morning at 7:30 am, went over what needed to be done, and added some good suggestions of things I missed. We have used Bryan a number of times over the past 10 years or so, both in an emergency (storm downed tree on power line), for small jobs, and for regular maintenance (at my Bank branch). Most recently just a week ago we had an issue with a recent remodel of a rental property a light fixture sparking and throwing the breaker! Called Bryan, his guys were there the same day and fixed the issue (worn insulation on wire in light fixture shorting out breaker) in less than an hour. Friendly and efficient as always!!
