I paid him good money to fix a garage man door, and it still hasn't worked right. First, he did a shortcut and replaced part of a door frame, saying that's all it needed and it didn't work, but he still charged me anyway and said it was good, which it is obviously not. I explained it to him how it did not work, and he brushed it off. I have to throw my shoulder & hip into the door every time to get it to latch, after I paid him to fix it and he said it was good. I also had him put a security gate on the man door to my garage, and it was not done right despite my extensive preparation with extra materials that I paid for, all brand, new materials, primed and painted and prepped for him, at the job site, and he brushed it off, saying it was unnecessary. He was wrong The security gate swings into its own frame, always has to be yanked out. It's ridiculous. I showed him and he brushed it off. Hey Jack, this is your many times client that referred work for you from other friends of mine, and we all paid. if you feel like coming back and fixing your bad work, let me know, and I can modify this review. They came out to assess the project and were confident they could restore everything. Before moving forward, I took one of the panels to a powder-coating shop, and they confirmed that the metal could be saved. Ramos removed all of the panels, completed the necessary repairs, handled the powder coating, and reinstalled everything. I am extremely happy with how the project turned out. Several other welders looked at the job and did not want to take it on, but Ramos got it done. I also hired them to fabricate a new double gate that matched the existing panels, and it came out beautifully.
