It went from St George on a Friday to Vegas. From there it went to Glenwood. Then back to Vegas. It is now telling me unknown delivery time and is moving to the next facility. I was told to call the post office and they wont use any other carrier. I am out of my medication currently. Wow!! How's that for customer service!!!! Stephanie was very unconcerned and did not care that I prefer to use a different carrier who will actually deliver my medication. Don't use Stapley Pharmacy!!!

I called that pharmacy and scheduled a Pick up for Saturday after my knee surgery. When my husband went to get my medicine they were closed for covid cleaning. When I called to see if they could get my prescription sent to another store, they just told me I'd have to wait until the next day for the medicine I needed that night. They were not helpful. (Some might say they were down right rude) That is when a friend told me about Brents pharmacy and that they deliver. I can hardly walk after my surgery and have a brace and crutches. My husband works 12-14 hours with his commute. I called Brents pharmacy and they went above and beyond to help. There customer service was superb, they treated me like a friend (not a number or inconvenience)... And did I mention their priced was 50% off the other well known pharmacy? I am switching all my prescriptions to Brents Pharmacy off red cliffs by the mall! They have fabulous customer service! They deliver!!! And they cost less! I am a fan! There's no lounge for people to wait, which makes sense as Target just wants you to shop in the meantime. The vaccination area is just a plastic chair over in the corner and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in ages. Even though there are two registers, I've never seen both open. Even though you might have the barcode for your pick up, it doesn't seem to help at all find your prescription. I have to use these guys because for some of my prescriptions, because they are the only ones that can get them filled. For everything else I go to Fusion Pharmacy, where they know you by name and the price is the same as CVS.

Food, drinks, snacks, supplies, sundries, etc. Prices were comparable to its competitors, but they did have some sale items, digital coupons, etc. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming. Every several month, Bob goes out of his way to make several phone calls to make sure our refill is approved snd ready. We appreciate this kind of customer care. This Walgreens is pretty much like the others-if you've been inside one, you know what the layout…read moreis. I appreciate the consistency and familiarity. This one, however, was not as well-stocked as most others that I have visited. To be fair, they did have the product that I came for, but I saw so many barren shelves and low amounts of inventory that it made me think perhaps they are closing soon? Or maybe I came before the shelves were to be stocked. I take it back-the layout is not as familiar as I would have preferred either. The line to queue up to check out starts toward the back of the store, backwards from what your intuition would be. I made the mistake of going the wrong way, as did a few other patrons. It made a slight awkward interaction when it came time for the cashier to serve the next person in line. We figured it out, but I could imagine that it could be improved. However, I was able to get in and out, barring the slight check-out confusion, with the item I came to purchase. So it ain't all bad.
