probably the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy in the 20 years. I've been picking up prescriptions. The pharmacist was rude and yelled my personal private information at me which is completely against HIPAA law. I complain to the pharmacy at another time, and I was told that the head of the pharmacy would give me a call and I never heard from him. I would definitely never ever go back here. This place is a mess! They're only open for a limited number of hours. The lines can be up to 20 minutes long. It's snakes back into the main shopping area of Target. There's no lounge for people to wait, which makes sense as Target just wants you to shop in the meantime. The vaccination area is just a plastic chair over in the corner and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in ages. Even though there are two registers, I've never seen both open. Even though you might have the barcode for your pick up, it doesn't seem to help at all find your prescription. I have to use these guys because for some of my prescriptions, because they are the only ones that can get them filled. For everything else I go to Fusion Pharmacy, where they know you by name and the price is the same as CVS. read more

With all the prices of medication going up, no one following up and the side effects of new medication I'm a little apprehensive about taking anything new. Some things are needed as life sustaining but out of reach monetarily. CVS seems to be unstable right now, but the techs are wonderful and helpful, the one here in St George UT wouldn't be much without them read more

I see a lot of bad reviews, not sure why. We've used this location on and off for years. On and off because we move around. I know it's inconvenient to have to walk into Target, but my review is on the service. I called to verify my Rx had been filled at this location, now the phone recording is annoying, but most are. I spoke with Josh (I think) he double checked my account and verified it was there....... However, I then received a call from him about 30 mins later and he said I had a couple Rx that we're being filled in an AZ location and asked if I'd like to have them brought to the UT location. I had only called about the one Rx and he went above and beyond to ensure I got all of my prescriptions! That is why I give them five stars read more

Rude. Very unprofessional. When we asked for the managers name, Scott said he was the manager. We asked for the name and number of the person above him. He reused. Implied we couldn't find it. We replied we most certainly will not stop until we find it. Late prescriptions. Unfulfilled prescriptions. Asking for proof of injury because didn't believe the RX from my doctor in nyc (where I'd gone for surgery and was in the very full sling when we went to pick up). Switching tomorrow. read more

CVS Pharmacy - the entrance to the store - Drugstores Near Me - SAINT GEORGE, Utah

Beware! Never used this pharmacy before and had a prescription transferred there. Called in to make sure they had my prescription savings card on file which I have used numerous times at other pharmacies without issue. Spoke with Mike who said he was the pharmacist who outright refused to try to input my savings card information. Mike was extremely aggressive and rude towards me as a patient despite the fact that I continued to maintain a friendly and calm demeanor. When I asked Mike why he was behaving unprofessionally he told me to go complain and hung up. I am so completely shocked by this behavior from someone who is supposed to be a health care professional. How are you interacting with patients who are suffering illness and just trying to get the prescriptions they need in this abusive manner? read more

Everything I expect from a pharmacy and a little more. They are extremely prompt. Typically I use the app to check status. I've yet to wait more than an hour from the time my provider authorized the medication. Usually there is a line. However, the line moves quickly. Several times I've arrived while my medication was still "in process". Those times they have immediately expedited the medication and had it ready within 15 minutes All of the staff have been polite and helpful. read more

I went to Walmart to drop my prescriptions but the pharmacy tech told me to wait at least for 3-4 business days because it was out of stock. I couldn't wait so I drove here instead (first time). Luckily they have them here, I waited for a little bit while browsing at Target. (This CVS Pharmacy locates inside Target). It was a nice visit, I was happy for getting my prescriptions as needed. I had a prescription electronically sent over to CVS. Within 15 minutes I received a message from CVS asking to submit my current insurance info. Great, I thought, no delays in pickup while they verify my coverage. Afterwards I get a message stating that my order is ready. I head to CVS only to find they didn't bother to enter my insurance info and processed the order at full retail price. It takes another 15 minutes to reprocess my order. In the checkout process there is no mention of opting out or in of the marketing spam that is to come. ~A week later the repeated CVS texts start trying to get me on auto prescription renewal. There are no instructions on how to opt out, so I have to look it up online. After I opt out of SMS, they switch over to calls. The online instructions forward me to customer service, which entails 20 minutes of hold time. So in total 35-40 min of my time wasted due to their incompetence and aggressive marketing. This was hands down the worst pharmacy experience in my life. From a customer service standpoint Target made a huge mistake in outsourcing their pharmacy to CVS. read more

If I could I would give them - stars. We arrived at like 8:45pm to pick up my boyfriend's prescription and the girl told us come back in 5-10 minutes. So we left to get my prescription somewhere else literally not even 10 minutes away. My boyfriend goes back at 9:00 to pick up his prescription and they closed. He went to talk to them and this guy goes "Yeah she told you that like what 20-30 minutes ago?? And he said no literally like 10-15 minutes ago. The guy then remarks back with "well she told you we close at 9pm". Never NEVER did anyone tell us the pharmacy closes at 9!! Workers really had the audacity to make a smart ass remark when they never told us they closed at 9pm. They are so rude at this pharmacy. read more

Again, cvs in target in st George is a terrible pharmacy. First off, they are refusing to fill a prescription for a diabetic device to check my glucose readings. They asked for a pre authorization which my dr. Gave them, and then they wanted proof that I'm diabetic and dr gave that. They keep asking for more stuff. They are very rude and they even hung up on me. The staff that works there are assholes and morons. I have never had any problems with other cvs pharmacies. Please folks, don't do business with them. I feel like they don't care about their customers. Plus they lied to my husband. They told him that if the dr wrote up a prescription for the device they would fill it. They didn't, again they want more stuff. I gave them a 1 star, but if I had my choice they would get zero stars read more
