i'll try to make a high-level quick but stay away. This place is a joke. No on-site staff or anything no on-site laundry everything that's in the description is a lie. Now let's start on the stay in the experience... We got here there were no towels in the room we asked for towels. They said we wouldn't get any till the next day because their laundry service is offsite and they didn't book enough for that day. That was just the beginning two days later no service third day. They told us they'd come clean our room they never showed up. We came back from a fishing trip and there was a do not disturb sign on the door. I didn't make a big deal about it or say anything until the next day when I seen a female cleaning lady walk into another room, grab their do not disturb sign and hang out on the door and take a picture and walk to the next room and do it again. I went and addressed this with the staff he couldn't believe they couldn't be bothered to care. In a second to keep up on the staff here they don't seem to care much about keeping anything clean. All they do is stand around and socialize in their closets and their cars. getting high the whole time. And given no care to the guests. we booked this through Sam's Club travel as a luxury resort. It couldn't be further from that. Onto the rooms both toilets leaked one toilet is not even attached to the floor correctly. Fell off of it and it broke completely. The staff still couldn't be bothered to care. They told me they won't have anybody here from maintenance for another 24 hours and that's it 5 o'clock in the afternoon told him at this point I don't care you can take care of yourself as I am leaving the next day. If it weren't for the fact that this was the Fourth of July weekend and there were no other rooms around we were completely walked off. The pool is a joke. The people are a joke. They allow complete lawlessness around here. The front desk guy is too afraid to go say anything to all the people that are doing drugs and playing loud music at the pool. It was also described as being exclusive to the area, but everyone from around here using the pool cause it's one of the only ones opened as well as Fishing off all the docks not that we're complaining about that we're OK with it, but it was just told us that the private property was exclusive to the guests only. rooms overall we're not the cleanest. The pool was pretty dirty. They did address that they said the pool pumps were broken. There was an unfortunate situation with a child in his bowels in the pool and they did nothing about it so I advise staying out of it. The lady I complained about it was pretty irate with the staff, and they didn't care about like my experience experiences as well. we had spoke with a few other guests as well and they weren't happy with the place either. Another family from out of town checked in and told they were going to be charged an extra $125 for arriving and wanting a room before the 4 o'clock check-in time. read more

When I arrived, I noticed the building did not look anything like the pictures that were shown on the online booking websites. I almost didn't even go in, but I had booked it already so I went into my room. The first thing I noticed that the lock on my door did not work properly. It didn't have the extra safety lock. It would not even turn. Then I begin to notice the appliances were scratched scuffed rusted dented, and had handprints on them. I opened the cabinet. The dishes were super cheap and sparse at best. I opened the drawers and there were dirty pots and lids again only a few were even available to use an all of them were dirty and scratched. I walked over to the living room room, and every piece of furniture was stained with multiple old stained the arms of the sofa and chair were stained and worn. Every doorway and door in the place had stains, running down it where he had just not even been wiped with dings and paint chipped off of every surface. I walked into the bedroom. They supposedly have a Egyptian cotton sheets. The polyester comforter is super cheap. The sheets were damp to the touch. I walked into the bathroom. The shower floor was disgusting. The wall was moldy. If you look at the mirror in each bathroom, it's got rust chips all the way around it. There was not a single room in this condo that I felt was clean, sanitary or livable. It was late at night and I was traveling alone so I was afraid to change places, fearing it might be even worse. I DoorDashed clean sheets. I left early the next morning without even using a single appliance or the shower. I reported everything both to Expedia and the front desk. No one did nothing to make it right. If I could give them zero stars, I would it is the most disgusting room I've ever been in. read more

First off let me say that Kevin is the hardest working man at the resort and also the reason I'm giving it 4 stars! When I arrived naturally the first place I went was the on-site pool. Kevin was the only one working and took my drink while I was in the pool, but was also the actual (and only) bartender! Food wasn't being served just yet but he said he could provide chips and salsa just to keep us until 4pm. Around 3:55 he came over and said he could take our food order if we wanted to still order. This to me is a display of true customer service/experience. He remembered that we wanted food, he's not only making the drinks but also serving drinks to everyone at the pool and also helping with umbrellas. Amazing. Ok so aside from Kevin, the resort is one of the nicer ones on the strip in Treasure Island. The rooms offer at least 2 bedrooms with a full kitchen. It has all the dishes you need and an array of cable stations. Housekeeping comes daily as it would in a hotel. There is an on-site restaurant and bar. My only complaint would be parking. It is very limited but they do have an overflow lot which is about a block away but not very lit so if you are coming back at light it could make you feel uncomfortable. I do love that they have a golf cart that will take you up to .50 miles away. This covers many restaurants, the beach and Walgreens! Very nice perk. My wife and I were very much looking forward to staying here. We booked this resort in particular after hurricane Helene. We fully expected that the town and possibly the resort would be damaged or under construction after the hurricane. We were fully prepared for that and had no problems potentially dealing with some inconveniences. When my credit card was successfully charged and we received our confirmation for the stay we figured everything must be operational and normal at the resort. The day of our arrival we called to ask about an early check in and the employee was confused, saying that the resort was closed indefinitely to the public. Our reservation was in the system, but we were told to stay away from the property. - The resort's own website mentioned nothing of the closure - The Expedia listing was still up and made no mention of the closure - Our credit card was charged for the stay - We received multiple emails from the resort itself confirming our check-in and what to know before we show up. At no point were we informed by any means of communication that the resort was closed. Not to mention they still happily took $2000 from my credit card, despite no product or service in exchange. This "reputable" "high end" resort actually tried to scam us. The manager took no responsibility and blamed the screw up on Expedia. The reality is Expedia is simply a host site. It's on the property to update and modify listings. As a result of this property's ignorance to update incoming customers and refusal to refund us or apologize, I had a $2000 charge on my card (for 11 nights) that I am in the process of disputing, left without accommodations and 11 days of travel completely turned around. I am disabled and travelled 2000 miles from Canada to be here and was left without a place to stay. My wife is a travel agent with a large company specializing in Central Florida destinations. We were hoping to give a lovely, positive review of FUSION. Because of their lack of hospitality and communication, they are now on the "do not book" list for the entire company. We enjoyed a lovely stay at Fusion Resort Waterfront Suites in July 2025 for 6 days. My comments are a mixture of positive, negative, and hopeful aspects of the experience. Positives: The room was indeed a waterfront view from the main living space, master bedroom, and deck. Watching the sunset each evening was a plus and meals on the deck were delightful. Watch out for the birds, though, because a seagull swooped in and grabbed a sausage link from our plate. This seemed to invite other birds to survey our location for a couple of hours. The kitchen area was well stocked, and the bedrooms and the general living space were nicely furnished. We unnecessarily bought a coffee pot, so ask the front desk before you purchase something because they may have items you need in storage. Also, if you want to attach technology to the television, bring the appropriate cords for your devices. There is no beachfront at the hotel, but the beach is a little less than a half mile from the hotel and the beach parking lot is convenient. The pool and whirlpool at the hotel were very refreshing and generally not too crowded; a benefit of staying in a smaller hotel. Hotel staff were very accommodating, especially Megan, the afternoon/evening desk host, who accommodated us when we asked to change rooms upon arrival. Negatives: (1) The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, something we complained about after the second night. No response. After the third night, we insisted upon a new mattress, as one of us sustained scars from the metal poking through the mattress. When we complained more vigorously, the hotel sent someone to check the mattress. Wonder of wonders, the mattress was upside-down on the bed, and we had been sleeping on the underside of the mattress!!! Housekeeping staff were very apologetic and corrected the problem, and the right-side-up mattress was very comfortable. (2) The housekeeping supervisor was a new hire and just getting acclimated, which meant we had to ask almost daily for additional towels and to have the kitchen trash emptied. Hopeful: I've been intentional about calling the facility a hotel, as it functioned more as a hotel than a resort. It has potential for becoming a resort, but the vibe is not there. I saw that they once included a water service, but the bottle was empty and calcified. There was coffee in the lobby. Music was playing in the pool area, but there were no other opportunities for entertainment. The rooftop lounge area, for example, would have been a great space for a jazz ensemble or drinks and a dance party on weekends. There are several nice seating areas on the grounds, so consider a guest host who could facilitate engagement. Also, since there is no kitchen, room service and meals were not available. Perhaps a catered meal or an evening hors d'oeuvres gathering would add the resort feel. The SIPS portion of the hotel's signage was missing. Make this hotel a resort, please! I recommend the hotel because the prices are reasonable enough, especially for a family or group stay. But do not expect a resort. read more

I stumbled on this nice hotel while searching for a few nights in St. Petesburg that was near the beach. I've stayed in Residence Inn in Tierra Verde and was looking for similar options. I wanted a nice balcony view for fresh air, updated room with standing shower and modern. This hotel got all of them PLUS double the size with 2 separated rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room for similar price as Residence Inn. I was glad that I tried this location and it was well worth it. The only complaint was the sensor of the AC unit has water in little pipe and even with just a little of it, the AC unit will stop running. The front desk and the maintenance guy were very responsive. The did the trick and I saw how they did it so I took care of it myself rather calling them 1-2 times a day for it. The issue will need to be fixed but it was minor to me and was easy has I just needed a paper tower to wipe the water of the sensor area. There was one incident that a few of immature individuals went swimming and talking loud at 4am in the morning. Initially I thought someone was in their balcony partying this early but after 30 mins of turning, I finally found the issue when I looked out the big glass door. I called the front desk and the gentleman said someone jumped the fence again. He came within minutes as I watched from my room and cleared them out. Other than that, the hotel was great for where it was located and how large it accomated the 3 of us. :-) read more

The only Treasure Island I've ever experienced in all my years was the classic book, and the Las Vegas hotel. Both left me yearning for more Treasure, however I never had the right map. Well Yelpstars September, 2020, I was kidnapped to the real Treasure Island in the beautiful state of Florida by a sexy Portuguese Pirate who married me, and let me tell you this gorgeous Pirate has the real Treasure map. We landed at Fusion Resort. As you pull into the parking lot, Fusion appears to be high end condos or timeshares, however it's a hotel. Sir Edwin greeted us in the parking lot collecting all our bags and escorted us to check-in. Edwin advised we can borrow the Hotels complementary beach cruiser bicycles, but he wanted us to take full advantage of the Treasure Island sunset in a few hours. Edwin told me he would cart us to the beach by golf cart for this experience. Entering our suite I was blown away. All rooms at Fusion have a water view with two giant sliding glass doors, full kitchen, and are two bedroom two full bathroom suites. Fusion hotel is brand new, just completed in late 2019. The large balcony allowed me to snap a video of multiple dolphins playing just a hundred feet from our balcony in the inlet. The pool and dock are beautiful. Finally, I had all the needed Treasures! I consider myself pretty well traveled. I've stayed at a lot of beautiful five star places. But this 6 or 7 story hotel in the City of Treasure Island doesn't get any better. The room, service, pool, and views are just something other places can't give you unless you are willing to pay over 500$ a night. The staff here must have left their other jobs at the Ritz-Carlton because everyone I encountered from pool boy to reception was all about service. Edwin stole the show however with this hospitality and service. Fusion has a restaurant and rooftop bar on scene with live music acts on the weekends. If you are looking for a small beach town feel, great new place to stay with views, and an easy walkable or bikeable area, Fusion Hotel at Treasure Island is the X that marks the spot. read more

Wow!! Walked up to this hotel and I was struck by the modern details, such as Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit and other chairs/tables facing the inter coastal. Their dock doesnt seem to be finished, however their staff told me it was in the works and will be completed in the next few months, which will be a delight to boaters in the area. I was able to try to Rosemary Elderflower Martini and this corn salsa that wasn't on the menu. My husband tried the wings and a few types of beer. Hey had domestic, import, as well as some few local beers. We were able to take a free tour to see all their 2 and 3 bedroom suites. We can't wait to come back with our kids and Update: we are finally here for a stay, amidst covid. There are hand sanitizers in the elevators for after you touch the button! Room is super nice and clean, perfect for a family of 4! The staff is awesome. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday's but will be open tomorrow. Can't wait. read more

I have been coming to Treasure Island for the past 20 years to visit my husband's family. We have stayed at many resorts in both Treasure Island and on St. Pete beach, hoping each time would be the place we would go back to for our extended stays. Hands down, the FUSION Resort was like winning the lottery after 20 years of overpriced properties that are old dirty motels disguising as a "resort". The FUSION is new, clean, hip and beautifully appointed. The two-bedroom standard was huge. It had floor to ceiling windows and opened up to a private balcony that looked over the beautiful pool, boat dock and intercoastal waterway. We have always stayed directly on the beach, but I loved the view of the bay so much more. At night, the boats, water and pool are lit up. When you stay directly on the beach, it is pitch black after sundown. The hotel is located in the heart of Treasure Island, an easy walk to all of the restaurants, bars and beach. If you don't feel like walking, they will take you to your destination on their golf cart. The staff is genuinely nice and will go out of their way to help you. I left a few things in my room and sweet Missi called to let me know she found them. The only thing that I would say that was missing was a bit more water pressure. But I will take more time in the shower than having a bathroom without AC like the popular "resort" down street on the beach. I am happy we finally found our slice of paradise and a retreat from visiting with family while we are in the area. We will be back. read more

I just got married here on Thursday 1/5/23 and we spent the week in their presidential suite! I can't say enough great things about this locale as a whole and the friendly staff who work here!! As a wedding venue: Perfectly located on the main strip In Treasure Island, walking to the beach, and naturally beautiful on its own. We had a Thursday night wedding and base rate for 50 people to host the ceremony and reception was $4000, which fit comfortably into our budget! The venue can accommodate up to 100 people. Lori, the event coordinator, was wonderful and very easy to communicate with in the months leading up (we live out of state but I grew up in Gulfport and my family is still there). The planning was easy and day of our vision came to life! The location is so naturally beautiful and has a back-up plan if you were to have rain on your big day. ALSO there are decorations available like a circular gold arch, privacy hedges, etc all available at no extra cost to use. Everything is set up and taken down FOR YOU! What a dream. We were able to have our professional photos taken all over this naturally beautiful property. Our ceremony was water-side on the first floor with our reception on the top floor. It is just so naturally beautiful, everyone was impressed with the space and our dream of a simple and elegant event came true! The food was DELICIOUS we went with the taco bar because It was fun and also accommodated our vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free guests! Fusion was SO receptive to modifying the menu to meet our needs and even created a chips and salsa menu item for our cocktail hour to fit the theme! Family members traveling Into town were thrilled to stay in the spacious and fully-equipped condo-style rooms, each with an amazing view. Day-of, the team was ON TOP of things and so very KIND and FUN to have at our reception. BED BUGS found at Fusion Resort!!! Our friends flew in the night before our planned stay and they left in the middle of the night. Their daughter found bugs in her bed. We canceled our room the day of arrival because who wants to stay at a resort with bugs!!! We are still waiting for a refund of $551.30. The manager offered a gift card for another stay. We were big fans of another resort property in the area, but unfortunately, the upkeep of the other property lead us looking for other resorts to take our business, hence how we ended up here. We come to Treasure Island (TI) about once a month and always stay over for the night. Fusion Resort caught our eye when we came down last month and we loved their location and decided to give it a try this month. Overall, we love the space. The rooms are either two bedroom or three bedrooms villas. Great space without being overwhelming. Reception is on the second floor which was a little confusing as you park under the resort. Our check-in experience was great, very friendly staff, answered any questions that we had, and even let us know that even after we checked out we could still hang out around the resort using the pool or the bicycles. That was one perk that we both look forward to using in the future, is the fact that you can get bicycles from the resort to ride around treasure Island. We immediately went up to the room to check the room out, which is customary for us before we take our bags up. On first impression the room look very clean although it did have a distinct smell of fish. Our Assumption was that the previous guest probably cooked fish in the room of some sort. Thankfully the smell did not linger. When we went out onto the balcony we were slightly disappointed to find cigarette butts on the balcony. The resort itself is non-smoking and there is fee for smoking in the rooms or on the balcony. We went back downstairs and notified the front desk team who sent housekeeping up to the room right away to clean the balcony. We did not return to the room until later in the evening and as we were getting ready to throw something away in the trash we noticed that the trash underneath the sink had not been cleared from the previous guest. Given the late hour the night we chose to just take a picture and showed it to the front office staff in the morning. We did receive an immediate apology for the manager of duty. There were a few minor other little things in the room but nothing major or would deter us from not staying there again. We brought these items to the attention of the management to ensure that it was taken care of. The restaurant is only open on the weekends as is the rooftop bar on the six floor. When the bar is not open you are able to take your own beverages up and enjoy the views which I highly recommend as they are stunning. They do offer room service but again it is only available Thursday through Sunday. Overall, we plan to give the resort another try. The pool area looked beautiful and they have several boat slips as well. Our biggest concern is the rooms are all set up to be sold as condos so we don't anticipate that it will remain available to stay over very long. read more

I was so excited to stay here but was quickly disappointed after arriving. The pool and hot tub have been broken our entire stay, and the employees did not care at all to fix it. We were obviously upset because one of the main reasons we stayed here was because of the "awesome" pool. The employees at the front desk (mostly the females) were pretty rude. When we explained that we were upset because of the pool, the non-existent "rooftop bar" and the restaurant/bar not being open our entire stay, all we got was a sorry! We payed over 300 dollars for the amenities so of course I would like a small reimbursement. The manager couldn't even be bothered to show up when 3-4 people were all complaining about the same thing. There were some good things though, the location was nice, the view was beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. But NOT worth the money for this so called "resort". I come here whenever I'm in town. Most of the staff are amazing like Kevin and Lisa. I think there needs to be more staff working to assist guest at the pool. Kevin was bartending, waiting on the guest, setting up umbrella, grilling. And he did it all with a smile. It needs a raise, he was amazing. This was also multi tasking. The rooms are really great for families with 2bedroom, 2 bath units. They are a little pricey tho. The pools close at 9pm which seem early when on vacation. I suggest having adults only from 9pm to 11pm. There needs to be more entertainment at night. The parking is limited. After going out to dinner, I cam back and there was no where to park. There is an overflow lot a block down the street but it is very dark and just doesn't feel safe. I would suggest they install cameras and flood light. While hanging out by the pool, which the water was warm and amazing, there was nothing eat until after 4pm which was weird since no food is allowed in the pool area. All in all, I love the view and the rooms. The patio is great to sit and look at the view. The top sky bar and entertainment needs improvement. Whenever, they do have an event at the sky bar the guest have to pay. There are things they can improve upon. read more

We only came for food and view- we did not stay at the hotel. If you're going here for food - don't. Save your calories for something good and go elsewhere. If you're dropping in for drinks and the view, give it a try. Ambiance- the view is excellent. Beach to bay views from the 6th floor bar. Service - very good. The waiter was very friendly and explained some of the kitchen issues. See below. Food - uggh. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and burgers. I was in a burger mood and saw they had burgers on the menu. Thought we'd try a new place. Mushrooms - fine. Burger - awful. There is no choice of temperature . The server said the kitchen cooks everything in an oven. The burger is well- done. No choice. That is totally unacceptable to me, the burger and the steer that gave it's life to be that burger. The patatas bravas that accompanies the burger were ok- nicely flavored paprika aioli. Visited several months back during the summer to hang out at the pool. Called to get details and said as long as we bought food and drinks we could visit the pool, fair enough I thought. Pull into the garage and a security guard walked up telling me parking is $20. No one told me that when I called and would have been good to know. Get to the pool and order margaritas. The lady says she is new and literally took 30 minutes at her little portable bar to make them. I can only imagine she had to Google the recipe because when I got them they were the worst margarita that I have ever had and I have been drinking them for 35 years. Based on that I was scared to try the food. The pool was packed full of kids and I somehow had the image in my head that it would be more of an adult environment. So, just shortly left and never returned and that's a shame because I live just down the street. Hotel guests are a captive audience, but if you want locals to spend money there during the off season, you really have to give them a reason to. read more

They don't smoke food everyday but when they do (3 days of our vacation) we had to close our two sliding doors all day because our unit filled up with smoke. This hotel was very convenient in size for my family of 6. We had a two bedroom and 2 bath with water pool view. Upon walking in I did notice that the floor was a little dirty they should really mop between guests. The sliding door has a hazard rail at the bottom which could make you hurt yourself so please be careful. I don't know if you could really call it a resort though. Although it is nice $500 a night is a little overpriced. We lounged by the pool which is a little small and no one ever came by and asked if we wanted anything to drink or eat but you can't bring outside food or drinks by pool. The front desk staff is pretty friendly gave us plenty of information about the area and the shuttle service is a nice addition. You can literally walk to plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I really appreciated the washer and dryer in room very convenient but I would suggest a small collapsible basket for laundry. The pillows really need and upgrade but the beds were comfortable. The elevators had no air ventilation were super hot each time we got on one. The bar is great and everything we tried on the menu we actually enjoyed. The bar staff were pretty friendly. We loved everything about Fusion. The rooms are huge, have amazing views and are outfitted with everything you would have at home. The staff was so accommodating and willing to bend over backwards to ensure my wife and I were always having a great time. The restaurant is more like a cafe but the food is fantastic! The pizza was surprisingly delicious, but our favorite was Fusion's Cuban sandwich... it was much better than the famed Floridian Cuban Sandwich place just steps away from the resort. If you a boater like us, they have large slips for grabbing food/drinks or for staying overnight. read more

This place got a one star only because of the ambience. The food is terrible. I had a Panini sandwich which is in the picture with one small slice of meat for over $10. Someone else had a bowl of mac & cheese for $17. What a shame because we are always looking for A new place to go. read more

‼Beware‼" This place should change their name to no fun resort! If your looking to relax and have fun DO NOT stay here! There are rules and fines and fees for everything you do and the staff is watching you like a hawk so you will inevitably be fined a few of some sort upon check out. They only have two and three room suites but offer only one spot before they charge you for extra parking, so all everyone in your party better cram into one car or if you do drive separately you have to park your own car as there is no valet so you are paying to park your own car. No outside food or drink at the pool but you will die of thirst and starvation before anyone comes around to serve you. The bar/restaurant is a joke your over paying for the same cheese plate I saw at Publix. I never felt more uncomfortable in my life until I stepped foot in this property, their "security guard" is creepy and watching the guests waiting for you to slip, they are not there to keep you safe and secure they are there to hope you screw up a rule so they can charge you. I will never stay here again, the staff is rude and unhelpful! read more

Rooms were great for our family of five. Everything was very clean and felt safe during these Covid times. The one issue we had was when we were checking in at 4:30 the room was not ready. Check in was 4. Was told more than once 20 more minutes. Room was eventually ready at 6. Honestly I felt we should have had something done for us in that situation as it was after a 22 hour drive to get there. We ended up having to change rooms anyhow due to the key card not working. Other than the first day all was fine. The views are beautiful and location was great. We were there during the week so we did not experience the bar or restaurant. My kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub temp was off when we tried to use it. It felt the same temp as the pool. read more

This place is an amazing place to visit by water! All that you need is right there by the (handicap accessible) pool including showers, bathrooms, lounge chairs, a small beach, handicap accessible spa, drinks, and food. They also have beautiful docks and a great staff. When we pulled up to the docks Jennifer was right there to help if we needed and she was extremely friendly. Later, I met the dock-master Dean and he was also extremely friendly. At the moment, docking is no cost (they did mention that soon there will be a small fee, but it will be taken off your bill at the bar, restaurant, or even the gift shop). Kevin is the food and beverage director and wow, what a pleasure it was meeting him! Not only was he interested on how to make things better for the experience, he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. If I could say one thing, this staff is definitely looking to make the guest experience as pleasant as possible. The bartender Claire is the best! She was also very friendly and made amazing drinks. They weren't too strong, but not weak either. Their drink prices are lower than you would expect for such a nice place and the location. The cook was on point with his food. We tried the fish spread and the chicken sandwich (very reasonably priced) and they were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a waterfront relaxation spot with a great atmosphere. ** The docks are not handicap accessible at the moment but they are under construction** read more

Don't waste your money staying here, there is nothing special at all, and calling it a "resort" is laughable. To start, the rooftop bar isn't what we expected. We've been to Hotel Zamora and Karol which has an awesome one and we were expecting something similar. Instead it was a roof with some chairs thrown around and a portable bar - no decor, no real vibe. It felt like an after though or like it was mid-construction. Not even a built in bar... c'mon. Do yourself and go to Zamora or Karol instead (for the bar or the hotel!). The rooms are ok, but again nothing special, no wow factor, nothing that would ever make me say, I've got to stay there again, especially since it's not even on the beach. The pool closes early... around 9. We are a young couple and wanted to head to the hot tub and pool after we came home from dinner and were annoyed to see that we could not. Vibes restaurant, which is more of a small cafe, has a boring menu with a high price tag. They say they have fun exotic style foods, when truly it's just a knock off of every other beach bar around. There is nothing different or exotic - I would love to what credentials the culinary brains behind this menu development has. If you haven't gotten my drift by now, my recommendation is that you go/stay elsewhere! read more

Sure it's beautiful on the outside but the customer service and hospitality is what's going to run this place into the ground. While we were on a bike ride, the management went into our room WITHOUT consent and took pictures of our items... this place is sketchy. Beware! read more

This resort is very beautiful room super clean, beautiful resort. I give this a one star review due to not given the correct information about being charged extra $20 per person per night for a two bedroom suite for more than two people was not informed very upset. We have a king bed and a queen bed and they state it's only fit 2 people! How?? Very upset! read more
