Location is everything they say. Well, location here is perfect! It's right on the beach. Typical beach hotel, place needs a bit of updating. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Cafe right on premise. They are sweet too. Don't forget to stop by the bar. Alli and Ramsey are there and if they don't make you feel at home, not sure what to tell you. Great bartenders, plenty of personality and good drinks. Don't forget to drink around the board.

Had to use our beach towels to feel comfortable sitting on the sofa

This wasn't the worst stay but not the greatest. The furniture was VERY dates and dirty, dining room chairs and sofa needed cleaning. The TV wouldnt stay on. The front desk staff was great (esp Jules). She's the only reason this place didn't get a negative zero.

This hotel sits right on the beach so you have a beautiful view of the beach. The pool is nice and has a hot tub. I think that the other side of the hotel has a baby pool.. the room we were in had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. They use bath and body products which smell wonderful. The kitchen was roomy with a washer and dryer.

The hotel is okay. All rooms you have some view of the beach. The room service doesn't exist. But I want to add that there is a drug problem on the island the woman in the front desk was tweaking she couldn't finish what she was telling us and kept making weird movements with her face. The same with the lady that we rented beach chairs with. She was twitching and couldn't speak either. It was hard to make out what she was saying and couldn't stop moving her hands. I wouldn't come here again it's scary to have people like this working here especially coming here with kids. People on heavy drugs are unpredictable.

When I say this hotel is right on the beach, I am not exaggerating. It is RIGHT on the beach, with a private access through the pool and patio area. It was quiet, clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed walking right out onto the beach, and the beach was not busy at all! We were able to find a sand dollar and some shells. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk team was very friendly, and the lady who checked us in offered us a top floor with a great view. I would 1000% stay here again!

We had a warm welcome from Kayla at the front desk and a very efficient and informative check-in. Really nice smile and genuine hospitality. If you are in a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom, you have one car pass for the group. If you have a three bedroom, then you can receive two car passes. Due to its small footprint, parking is limited but sufficient. And the room was absolutely spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and everything was in working order. Very comfortable and a cool respite from the unrelentless sun. When leaving the unit, it is recommended to always draw the blackouts to help conserve the energy and the AC's function. You'll be glad you did. We did not get a chance to utilize the pool, but it looked like it was being put to good use with lots of happy people. It was easy to walk out to the beach so we utilized the beach every day of our stay. The hotel is easily walkable to John's pass Village and all the restaurants and shops there. The breakfast served each morning was fresh and tasty and always well-attended by the hotel guests. I would recommend getting there earlier versus later to avoid the crowds (7-10 AM). In addition to Kayla, Gavin was quite friendly and helpful at the front desk. All around, the the associates we encountered in any of the areas of the resort were engaged and interactive with the customers. Quite a guest-centric team. Remember to take your room key with you anytime departing your unit as it is required to enter both the beachside building as well as the front desk/lobby building. A 10 out of 10 stay!!!

The pool deck is whimsical with floats and the beach is right across the street. What a treat. The jets in the spa (hot tub) are well placed on mid-lower back and ankles which was appreciated! I think the pool was salt water or least wasn't overly chlorinated and still seemed clean. Only concern was that the "hot tub" was not at all hot. It was slightly warm to room temp. Shouldn't it be 102 or even better 104 degrees? Overall- great experience. Keep up the great work with healthy restaurant food options and the positive staff members!

Unfortunately, the noise level significantly impacted our stay. We were in Room 28, and directly behind the room is a hallway used by staff from the upstairs bar. Throughout the first night, we heard a heavy door repeatedly slamming and staff using rolling carts to transport trash. The noise continued until about 3:00 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. The next morning, I expressed my concerns to the front desk. He was polite, apologized, and said he would pass the information along. However, the noise resumed again the following night. Around 11:30 p.m., I stepped into the hallway and observed someone pulling trash on one of the carts; they did not appear interested in engaging when I tried to address it. Closer to midnight, after another loud door slam, I spoke with a different staff member who was very receptive and respectful. After that conversation, the noise level did decrease. I understand that hotel operations continue behind the scenes, but for a property positioned as an upscale boutique experience, I would expect better late-night noise control -- especially in rooms directly adjacent to service areas. The hotel has a lot of potential, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, due to the repeated overnight noise disruption, I would be hesitant to stay in that location of the property again.

While service is a huge component, the location is fantastic! There are so many hotels on the beach, but they aren't nearly as close to the water. We fell asleep at night to the sound of the waves and woke in the morning to watch the dolphins splashing in the gulf. The room was spacious and allowed us to make lunches and snacks without stepping all over each other and the beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. After staying here, I just cannot understand how this Hotel got good ratings. You can see the pics below to see what we stayed in. Upon arrival, there was bacon on the counter, the stove was NEVER cleaned. The toilet had brown crude inside and brown drips out. The fire sprinkler, overhead, was filled with gunk and dust...hopefully it would work if need be. The door to get out onto the balcony constantly stuck and I had to muscle the heck out of it to get it to open. The toaster was filthy & there were dead bugs on the ceiling. I tried to book elsewhere, but everything was full. I tried to relax, but could not because I knew what was around me. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable...and I stayed out of the room all of the time. The Coffee Pot popped the room breaker twice...and when the 2nd maintenance man came in (the 1st one didn't even know where the circuit breaker was), it actually sparked. He replaced the coffee pot with one that was covered in dust and dirt...I didn't use it. Did anyone EVER teach these people how to clean. The pics prove to me that they do not care about the rooms. There were many more things than presented here, dust on everthing, carpets not vacuumed - - but I just cannot waste anymore time on this. Each time I went to the front des, I was not even greeted, and the people behind the desk did not really seem to care...and why should I have to complain. This room should have been clean for me. Isn't that what I am paying for???

There's hardly a lobby, just a small front desk but if you have a car you park under the building and walk in through the back. It feels very wrong and is definitely an odd setup. However, the hotel is very clean and well-kept overall. The room was nice, if not setup a bit strangely as we had a 2-bed suite that had the longest hallway I've ever seen in a hotel, just to get to the kitchen. The view on the balcony is incredible, of course, but I wasn't overly impressed otherwise. They have a pool but it's pretty small and gets crowded fast. If you don't get seats at the pool early in the morning you might not be able to find some later, especially if you stay over a weekend. There is a private access path to the beach but I clocked that it is at least .3 miles from the hotel to the beach- you walk far less just parking at public access. They have a small bar where you can get select drinks and a few food items. But it's not much- you are relatively on your own in that regard otherwise. The rooms do have a kitchen but I know the majority of people don't want to cook while on vacation. You also can't really ask for a variety of drinks from the bar- we asked for one not on the menu and one sweet bartender was going to help us figure it out until her manager, a blonde lady, made a huge fuss over it not being on the menu. It was very unsavory how she acted and even other guests at the bar during my that time noticed how uncomfortable it was. This woman was also just not real friendly working at the front desk while we were there either. The maintenance guys were great and keep everything in great shape- mopping the pool area every morning, making sure the path is nailed down and everything is in order. They are also very strict about parking- each room gets one car to park onsite and they send emails pit about it nearly every night. It seems really inefficient and like there has to be a better way to system that. Overall we had a good stay but I don't think I'd come back. There are so many other beachfront resort options, and for the price and what you get not too sure that it's worth it unless you got a really good deal.
