I felt so rushed, and the girl didn't even tell me I was done, all she said was go wash your hands, and then I sat back down and looked like an idiot. Hands down the best salon I've ever been to! It's not as aesthetically pleasing as other salons I've seen but definitely within realm of the norm. They play music based on the type of clientele they have, a good mix of reggaeton, hip hop, 90's R&B , and pop so the vibe is definitely there. I initially stuck with the salon due to great quality provided by Kevin but now I see Rich who provides excellent service. In addition to this, they offer $3 discounts when you pay with cash and you get a free drink (coffee, water, tea, boba). They also have something new where they offer $5 plus off services of $45 or more when you book between Mon - Thurs, but I'm never available then so.... My nails always end up lasting a very long time! Unfortunately every time I come here with an appointment, I'm left waiting anywhere from 10-30 minutes to actually start my appointment after the scheduled time which defeats the purpose of an appointment and deters me from tipping. The customer service is decent, nothing special but not awful. Some organizational skills are definitely something that tjeh should work on though. And for the price, a little expensive for the amount of time put into doing them, but they turn out decent so that isn't a huge issue. I wish more care was put into my nails before applying tips when I do a gel x full set. read more

I came in for a regular mani/pedi. They kept referring to Gel. I had to say it 3-4 times No Thanks. They then tell me I can only get clear polish for my mani, ok fine. It felt as if the nail tech was sarcastically asking if I liked? $69 for both services if fair but not the way they do it here. I did tip him as I did get serviced and he may have been having a bad day but I will never come back here. To top it off they charged my card twice. Hands down the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I booked a no-chip manicure and ended up regretting every part of it. After a long wait, I was finally seated at a dirty table. The nail tech rushed through everything as if she couldn't be bothered. My hands soaked for maybe five seconds before she yanked them out and started cutting my cuticles while barely even looking at my hands. She filed my nails without asking how I wanted them shaped and carelessly buffed my nails while looking around the salon, even buffing my skin in the process. She didn't have me wash my hands to remove the nail dust before applying polish. Instead, she went straight to painting over the debris. Only one base coat and one top coat were applied, and she barely allowed any curing time under the UV lamp between coats. The entire manicure took less than 10 minutes; completely rushed and careless. What made it even worse was being asked if I planned to leave a tip after such poor service. I will never return here, and I highly advise anyone reading this to avoid this place altogether. read more

No regular nail polish - Pretty disappointed! I discovered this place a few months ago and though I found a hidden gem. Then, I went back a couple of weeks ago to get a regular manicure done before vacation. It was at the end of a long stressful day. I was pretty shocked to find out that they don't offer regular nail polish! I've never heard of a nail salon not offering regular nail polish. I went in for a pedi the lady helping me swore up and down I had an ingrown nail I told her I didn't think so because it didn't bother me and she proceeded to cut my nail I am to blame as well for being on my phone not paying attention to what she was doing. She asked me if it hurt and I said yes she continued to cut I asked her to stop and she said she was almost done. My toe was bleeding and she just sprayed what I believe and hoping was alcohol on top held a cotton ball on it to make it stop. I got home and put a bandaid on it. Highly dissatisfied with the service I recently had here that if a zero star was an option thats exactly what I would score. I've been going to this place since they opened. I now live in Joliet and that's how loyal i've remained to make the commute all the way back to my hometown just because thats how much I loved going there. I made an appointment on 9/20/25 for 3 pedicures and mani followed the same process as always. My mother my sister and I plan a date there to get their services together, they all know us by now, but this time we were ignored and what turned out to be a reserved appointment was also ignored they were mainly focused on filling up their chairs that they ignored our appointments and then had the nerve to ask us to wait longer we waited more than hour until it came to the point where we left after we saw a few other customers being seated for their services after they walked in after us. Got a dip manicure Thursday and within three days, I had to go back twice to get them fixed. And it's still not correct, frustration! The front desk customer service is okay, but #12 really needs to work on his technique. This pic was taken immediately after I left. 11/14. I called yesterday and they told me to come in today. Don't go here! I got a terrible fungal infection on my hands from getting a manicure here! For context, I don't get my nails done often at all (so it couldn't be from anywhere else) but was starting a new job in May and wanted them to look nice.
