I have gone to this place for 7 years now and this past year they have fallen to the bottom of the service rating. They cannot honor appointments, I have had 8 appointments in a row that they booked over, their solution was to wait 45min until the person I booked with was ready, or see someone else I knew wasn't as good. Horrible service with Shit management. My girl had came here for a full set and pedicure with a photo of exactly what she wanted and she was working with John, she showed him what she wanted done and he went off design and did something that wasn't remotely close to what she wanted. After telling John and the manager she was not happy with the horrible job, instead of fixing their mistake they said she had to pay $40 to get them fixed. After she said screw it and told them to just fix it so she can leave, she was working with Ken and he was being overly rough with her hands and he was half assing the entire re do of her nails. It's pretty sad that future nails conducts business this way. read more

I got my dip done on a Friday, and by Tuesday every nail was chipped! It was my first and last time there! I felt so rushed, and the girl didn't even tell me I was done, all she said was go wash your hands, and then I sat back down and looked like an idiot. WORST NAIL SERVICE EVERRRR! I came in for this set (photo 1) and then i told John (worker) i wanted this but no pearls. we had agreed. once he finishes my nails i noticed he added a yellow chrome base (not in photo nor did i ask), which i couldn't see because as soon as he added the chrome he covered it with a matte base clear coat. the 3D flower is way too small. and added extra pink polka dots that i didnt ask for or was in the reference photo. when i was doing my pedicure i paid more attention to my nails and asked for John to remove tne design and John got so upset and tried GASLIGHTINGGG me into thinking the picture i should him had a yellow undertone and that's why he did it. he then went for his manager and his manger again tried to gaslight me as well. he said "you're nails are pretty why change it" and i told him "it's not what i asked for and why am i going to pay $115 for them especially if i don't like them" he then offered me a discount off of their price to change the design (originally $40 but charged me $20). I paid $190 for the awful set, to change them and my pedicure. then once i got a new worker to fix the nails, his name is ken and he was bad too. he was so upset i was pitting him to work! he was doing my nails in such a bad way and manner. ken was aggressive throughout the entire session. i asked for a pinker base for the white french i got and he didn't change or apply anything. only painted my new french tip set once instead of the two that is done. i usually go to Amor Nails (best place ever) but they couldn't fit me in so i went to Future Nails and never again! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALLLL unless you wanna get gaslighted. read more

Hands down the best salon I've ever been to! It's not as aesthetically pleasing as other salons I've seen but definitely within realm of the norm. They play music based on the type of clientele they have, a good mix of reggaeton, hip hop, 90's R&B , and pop so the vibe is definitely there. I initially stuck with the salon due to great quality provided by Kevin but now I see Rich who provides excellent service. In addition to this, they offer $3 discounts when you pay with cash and you get a free drink (coffee, water, tea, boba). They also have something new where they offer $5 plus off services of $45 or more when you book between Mon - Thurs, but I'm never available then so.... Anyways, just book with them, you'll see what I'm talking about. read more

My nails always end up lasting a very long time! Unfortunately every time I come here with an appointment, I'm left waiting anywhere from 10-30 minutes to actually start my appointment after the scheduled time which defeats the purpose of an appointment and deters me from tipping. The customer service is decent, nothing special but not awful. Some organizational skills are definitely something that tjeh should work on though. And for the price, a little expensive for the amount of time put into doing them, but they turn out decent so that isn't a huge issue. I wish more care was put into my nails before applying tips when I do a gel x full set. read more

It felt as if the nail tech was sarcastically asking if I liked? $69 for both services if fair but not the way they do it here. I did tip him as I did get serviced and he may have been having a bad day but I will never come back here. To top it off they charged my card twice. Hands down the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I booked a no-chip manicure and ended up regretting every part of it. After a long wait, I was finally seated at a dirty table. The nail tech rushed through everything as if she couldn't be bothered. My hands soaked for maybe five seconds before she yanked them out and started cutting my cuticles while barely even looking at my hands. She filed my nails without asking how I wanted them shaped and carelessly buffed my nails while looking around the salon, even buffing my skin in the process. She didn't have me wash my hands to remove the nail dust before applying polish. Instead, she went straight to painting over the debris. Only one base coat and one top coat were applied, and she barely allowed any curing time under the UV lamp between coats. The entire manicure took less than 10 minutes; completely rushed and careless. What made it even worse was being asked if I planned to leave a tip after such poor service. I will never return here, and I highly advise anyone reading this to avoid this place altogether. read more

Then, I went back a couple of weeks ago to get a regular manicure done before vacation. It was at the end of a long stressful day. I was pretty shocked to find out that they don't offer regular nail polish! I've never heard of a nail salon not offering regular nail polish. I went in for a pedi the lady helping me swore up and down I had an ingrown nail I told her I didn't think so because it didn't bother me and she proceeded to cut my nail I am to blame as well for being on my phone not paying attention to what she was doing. She asked me if it hurt and I said yes she continued to cut I asked her to stop and she said she was almost done. My toe was bleeding and she just sprayed what I believe and hoping was alcohol on top held a cotton ball on it to make it stop. I got home and put a bandaid on it. I always have to go back and get my toenails redone and cleaned up because they always miss spots and then my feet are always dry and they don't scrub them as well and they feel really rough at the end of the night after I take a shower.
