Once ordered the shades came in rather quickly, and within a couple of days, they were being installed. The installers put in 8 shades that were installed very high in my open living room area. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours, and it was done very efficiently in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality you get in return is on another level. Bryan wasn't just the installer, he's also the owner. That alone gave us peace of mind, knowing the job would be done right. All of our shutters were custom-made from scratch using durable, long‑lasting materials. The transformation was huge. Once everything was installed, the difference was night and day! The new white shutters replaced our old, flimsy blinds that never fit properly and were missing pieces. We dropped small claim case as he finally refunded our money back and he waited last minute until the night before the court date. He wasted so much time, headache, time away from work, & so much stress. Long story short, Tony keeps harassing us to remove our review which illegal to do. He even threaten us that he will come to our house if we don't remove our review ( see photo of the text message). This is very uncomfortable. We already blocked him but somehow it goes through again in iMessage. Tony cussed out my husband when my husband left the yelp review. For some reason, he was able to remove my husband's review or was hidden under more reviews. Luckily, he was not able remove mine. I want to keep mine to give feedback and warnings to customer of our experiences with this business. This is the purpose of yelp review and we can freely do a review especially when it's our honest feedback. Tony has not been honest with us since Nov 2024 and we lost our trust with him. It is very disappointing because he did okay last installation but this time, it was nightmare, delays our plans, wasted so much of our time and money. We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person.
