Tony starts with a visit and a site survey, from there he listens to what you want from a design perspective. He will tell you what is and what is not possible keeping in mind the city ordinance and the forces of nature (sun, wind, rain, etc) and then suggest a cover that will work for your project and budget. Once the design and engineering is done, then he submits plans to review and once they are approved your patio will be installed between 1-3 days. My patio is 55 feet by 15 feet and was installed in 2 days. Tony is a true multi generational talented experienced builder and patio's is all he does. He takes great pride in his work and charges a very fair price for his work. My patio has electrical, fans, drains and two fewer posts to make patio seem very open concept. He was the only person that I got a bid from that seemed so well-versed in the permitting process and all of the structural requirements of our city. My patio was built in 1985. Very old and VERY not up to code. I knew I needed it to be replaced but I also knew I didn't want to incur the cost of wood, which is VERY expensive. I looked in to alternatives and decided on alumi-wood. Even the man who gave me the estimate for my new wood patio ( over $12,000) said HE would get alumi-wood if this was his house. He has this calm voice that helps me relax when spending big money. While he was at my home giving the estimate he drew up what it would look like on his iPad.
