Being that we have young children (with friends) and multiple dogs on our property, Greg advised and I agreed, to go with a thick 100oz premium turf that could withstand high traffic and rough n tumble dog play. The estimate was less than I expected, as we had some turf put in on a previous property a decade ago and I remember it being quite expensive for a smaller square footage. That being said, he gave me the quote on a Friday, and he and the crew were installing by Tuesday morning bright and early. Greg has been running his own business for the last 8 years, and it shows. I would highly recommend Greg Abrams and his crew for your artificial turf installation. Greg was prompt and professional in quoting and submitting a bid for the turf project in our front yard. He offered a clear itemized breakdown of costs in writing to us within 24hrs of visiting and measuring our property for the estimate. He came prepared with turf samples so that our estimate could be as accurate as possible. When we decided to add turf to the parkway at the last minute, Greg was flexible and helpful. One thing I appreciated is that he did not try to up-sell different products and services to us; rather, he was professional and courteous and asked me what we wanted to do with the yard- client satisfaction is a high priority for Greg. He began the job quickly, and to our delight, finished the job of installing the turf in only two days (a medium sized area in our front yard and a long parkway). His crew was friendly and professional. They were also clean and picked up at the end of the day's work. We have been saving for a while to install turf in our backyard and to build an area for a propane fire pit. I got a few quotes and while Greg wasn't the cheapest his responsiveness, listening skills and genuine appreciation for his customers reviews on Yelp helped me make my decision. Once I contacted Greg to pull the trigger I wanted to meet one more time to discuss some small changes. We set an appointment that I unfortunately had to move to later in the day. It wasn't an issue. Greg fit me in and was more than helpful (even listened to my Dad opine on turf installation in AZ). Greg had a cancellation and was able to fit us in early. He and the crew were respectful, efficient and did a wonderful job. They completed the whole backyard project in 2 days which included turf, rocked areas and building a small retaining wall. Greg encouraged me to order my materials for the rock and retaining wall through Carlesons in Thousand Oaks and to go place the order myself as it would be less than his markup costs. I couldn't be happier. My wife and kids have been outside since the job was completed and we did our first backyard camping this weekend on the turf. I can't recommend Greg and his team enough. I found Greg at Future Turf while researching several turf companies for our yard, heck I even looked at Costco as they sell turf by 15 ft sections. I called a few companies for estimates and Greg was the first to call back, out of the three others I called only 2 got back to me at all? I just used this company to put artificial grass in my backyard for my dogs. I can't tell you how happy I am that I used this company. Greg, told me a time he was going to be there or when he was going to call and he did every time. His professionalism and knowledge really made me feel comfortable with his explanation. Now, when Greg and the rest of the team showed up they went right to work and didn't stop until they were finished and they did so in the dark. That to me said that they get what it takes to do a great job and they did just that. One note, after the grass was installed I went to turn on the sprinklers and found out there was no pressure in the line. I called my sprinkler guy and he told me that he had to cut the new grass to fix the leak. After the sprinkler guy did his thing, I called Greg and he came back and repaired the cut the sprinkler guy did at no charge. I met with Greg and was impressed with his knowledge of the types of turf there was and knowing I had dogs showed me the exact grass that would be durable and last the expected life of the turf. Low in behold his recommendation was not the most expensive turf as I expected, but one of the lower cost of all my samples I was shown. Seems he cares for his customers and isn't into selling the wrong product just to make a larger sale. Greg is very tentative and answers the phone when you call and is willing to answer any questions I have and answers e-mails tentatively. Cindy and I called Greg to have him look at our yard and give us an estimate.He came over that same evening with six samples of artificial turf.We selected the turf we wanted and he told us he would have an estimate that evening.Three hours later we received the estimate.We liked the numbers and asked how soon he could do the job. It was not a huge job (approx. 500 sq. Ft.) My issue was that my current turf seemed to be buckling and had roots growing under it so it was very uneven. Called Future Turf based on all the great reviews. Greg responded in a quick professional manner. First thing he said was " Your turf is in good shape. Do you want me to just fix it ?" I thought that this spoke volumes about his honesty. He offered to quote to fix it and to replace it. I thought that since he will have to dig it all up anyway ... just replace it. I highly recommend Greg. I called Him on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Imagine my surprise when he not only answered but was willing to drive over an hour for an appointment at 9am on a Sunday! I have a huge yard (almost 4000sqft) and he able to give me an accurate, very reasonable bid while he was here and started work on the following Tuesday! Greg was always (and I mean always) professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We had some snafu's (that, to be fair, had nothing to do with Greg but with him being willing to take on a job so far away) and he always handled the setbacks with grace. This is the first time that I have had to deal with companies that sell artificial grass and I had the best experience with Greg Abrams and his crew from Future Turf. Not only was my turf delivered early, but when the job was scheduled the work began to install the turf. Greg and his crew work efficiently and were not only professional, but polite and accommodating. I had artificial turf put in my dog run and around the outside of the dog run as well. I just had Greg from Future Turf install my synthetic lawn yesterday. It has been a pleasure dealing with Greg and his workers from start to finish. I like dealing with the same person from first bid, through explanation of the process to beautiful finished lawn. Greg's workers were amazing too. My 8 year old grandsons were here during the install and wanted to help. They gave them a shovel and taught them how to dig and were so patient. One twin worked with them for hours! I had called a couple of other companies with good ratings on Yelp and they never even bothered to respond, because apparently the size of our front yard was too small.
