The good: My neighbor recommended this company to me because she used them for two lawns she had at two different properties. She had the lawns for over 4 years and said they held up well. They have a two year warranty where they'll come fix any issues you have with the lawn within two years and said it should last at least 15 years. Lisa Lasure sure is good at her job. She's incredibly responsive and on top of all correspondence. She isn't pushy and she gets the ball moving so quickly. I called to ask when the estimators were coming and she told me they were about to be at my house in 5 minutes. It was remarkable. Then when I decided to say yes to the project she said they could come in 4 days to install it in one day. My neighbor also told me that they had the best price compared to other competitors and that they made good use of every square inch of material to save her money. I got the Kodiak blend which is the fuller blend. I got quotes from other companies and they matched it. It looks beautiful and definitely made my backyard feel more lush. My daughter is enjoying it. You can make payments by zelle or check. There were leftover rolls of turf we got to keep. The worker told me sometimes uses left over scraps to picnic at the beach. The bad: I wanted the Kodiak lushness but in gecko coloring but they didn't have this option. It took longer than I expected to get a second quote when the price was adjusted because we didn't want rock removal anymore. The interesting: The turf is nailed down and you're instructed to water the edges of the grass in order to allow the nails to expand, rust and be less prone to slipping out. read more

The recent Eaton Fire dropped a raft of burning wood chips that pock-marked all of it with circles that melted the plastic. Scroll forward to April 2025 - they replaced it all for very little extra from the original install. As I did in 2016 I insisted they leave their company logo and staked it there for 3 months.
