Well, this place told me with these exact words that they do not need me. I bought q groupon deal and booked an appointment well in advance, and until then everything seemed fine. As soon as I got to the salon, i noticed it was completely empty and very cheap looking! I, then, realized why they haven't had much luck on their business regardless of the location. I continued to introduce myself nicely and let them know i was there for my appointment and she started treating me as if i was a BOTHER, rather than thanking me for coming. I decided to ignore the impression i was having and continued to show her my voucher. SHE THEN STARTED TO MENTION ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AND HOW SHE DID A MISTAKE WHEN PUTTING THE PRICE ON GROUPON AND IT WASN'T HER FAULT. So, I had already paid for my nails through groupon and this woman wanted almost double the payment AGAIN just in "extra charges" (to remove nail polish, to cut nails, to file) I immediately said this was ridiculous and that she wouldn't be getting any business from doing this and asked for my money back to hear: "I don't mind. Go ahead. Groupon gives u the money back". And felt, once again, that I was a BOTHER! I have been using groupon for years now and I would much rather pay an extra $10 for a deal to get good service then to have to deal with this!

Initially they said this course is all you need and you will be able to work on clients right away, but the first day of class, the instructor gave subtle hints that everyone usually goes for multiple courses and just one course isn't enough. The instructor (owner) was also late almost every day. Said they will be hands on but they just leave you there to "practice" most of the time. Definitely DO NOT purchase any of the machines/products they sell. Standard cost for a top notch PMU machine is within $1000. They charged us $2500 for the stupid machine that doesn't even use universal cartridges which means you can only buy refills from them as they are the sole provider in the whole country. None of this was mentioned in class. The owner is very entitled, arrogant and does not care about your learning journey at all. Please save thousands of your money as I have now learnt there are so many PMU teachers out there that actually care and will teach you better for much less and won't push their products on you rather they will educate you on the best products in the industry unlike this unethical business!
