I told her to do her best and not force him into anything as I wanted to regain trust for future grooms. She was calm, sweet and gentle and after 2 hours my boy was returned to me, happy, gorgeous and groom exactly how I asked her to do. I am very very happy with how well the de-shedding worked for my dog, I have noticed a huge difference in her shedding. Before I couldn't even pet her without getting a handful of hair and I was having to wash my sheets twice a week because the amount of hair coming off of her was unbelievable. She slept on the sheets last night and there is of course still hair left behind because let's face it dogs just shed, but it is very little compared to before. Before the appointment, I gave clear instructions to park behind my apartment and even confirmed with my building that they were allowed to stay for up to two hours. Despite this, they repeatedly called and texted me confused about where to park, sending photos of signs that said "no parking." I reassured them multiple times that they had clearance and there would be no issue. After coordinating everything, I carried my 18-pound cat down 18 floors to meet them in the back alley--only to find that they had left. They then told me they refused to proceed due to the "risk" of getting fined. I was left standing in an alley holding my cat while juggling calls from multiple numbers trying to coordinate between dispatch and the groomers. I even offered to meet them at a nearby parking garage if that made them more comfortable, but they refused. If you advertise service in downtown Austin, you should be prepared to handle the realities of parking in that area. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company.

Moxie sat down with me and walked me through her process, asking questions to give my cat the most benefiical experience possible. We dropped off on a Saturday and got a call Wednesday night that our 14 month old was found passed away in her kennel. We picked both our girls up and got a necropsy done. Our 3 year old was in bad shape with sores on her, covered in urine and 6.5 pounds lighter. We later found out that our 14 month old died from dehydration and possible starvation. She had absolutely no food in her stomach or even small intestines. Please stay clear and protect your fur babies. We have asked for refund and have not gotten it.
