We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

Paws Landing exceeded all my expectations from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, there was a personalized welcome message on a small board, which immediately made us feel at home. The clerk who greeted us was very professional and took the time to carefully note special considerations, while also ensuring that every item we brought for the stay was accounted for and returned to us. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. I'm so happy to have finally found the perfect place for my babies. Thank you, Paws Landing, for providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. We can't wait for their next stay!

I am extremely disappointed with our experience…read more Our dog is a very anxious dog, but she has never shown aggression toward people or other animals in our care. After boarding her this time (we've been customers there for years), we were told she displayed behaviors such as growling and was no longer welcome to return. What I find most concerning is that this facility also promotes dog training services, yet there was no effort to discuss what may have triggered her behavior, offer recommendations, suggest training options, or work with us on a plan for future success. Instead, we were simply told not to bring her back. I fully understand that any boarding facility has the right to make decisions based on safety concerns. However, anxious and fearful behaviors are not uncommon in boarding environments, and I expected a business that offers training services to have a more knowledgeable and supportive approach. As pet owners, we trust boarding facilities to care for our dogs during what can already be a stressful experience. Rather than feeling supported, we left feeling judged and dismissed. If your dog struggles with anxiety or fear in unfamiliar situations, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about how those behaviors are assessed and managed before booking. We'll gladly be taking our business elsewhere and won't be back with our current dog or any future dogs.

She came for an initial visit prior to our vacation to introduce herself, meet us and our pups, and find out their routines. She was extremely friendly and genuinely excited to meet us and out pups. While we were initially hesitant to have someone in our home everyday, as soon as we met and talked with Ginger, all of our concerns disappeared. During our vacation, for each visit, Ginger sent us a long narrative about how the visit went, bathroom info for each pup, how they ate, and issues, and included a collage of 10 to 15 pictures of our pups. This was every visit (3 times per day for 10 days)!!!! When one of our pups got sick, she cleaned it, when one has leaky eyes from allergies, she took care of it. She even hand fed one of our "entitled" pup when he refused to eat with the others like he doesn't when we are home. She went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be using Pet Gal in the future. I would recommend Ginger every day and twice on Sunday! She is the best and we were lucky to have her!!!

The two Pet Gals working with our dogs are Donna and Rebecca and they are simply wonderful with the our three. You could tell from the very first introduction visit that the dogs loved these ladies and we see it in the pictures we get after visits. The service is very convenient to use for booking and they go above and beyond to help you in those crazy situations that come up such as happened to us of the recent holidays. They are very affordable; especially when you consider the investment they put into their sitters. All sitters have had background checks. There are quite a few choices out there but after quite a bit of research and trying a couple other service, Pet Gals is for us.

She also came to us thinking other dogs were food not friends (she needs to hear the sharks in finding Nemo again apparently.) After nearly 4 weeks of board and train, Cammie is learning to peacefully (and obediently) coexist with the littles. I am so proud of my pup and in awe of Marissa and Nina for the profound difference in Cammie's confidence and ability to follow direction. She is so happy with her new found calm state that all I can say is that I wish I had dropped her off sooner!! They come to you to pick up your pup and provide progress reports along the way. We adopted a Belgian Malinois from a local rescue and started working with another trainer as soon as we brought him home. I can't tell you how many times I tried to walk this beast and would come home crying because "I will never be able to just go on a leisurely walk with him!!" We then met a man with a malinois also who raved about Nina, so we decided to give her a call. Ladies and Gentlemen, not only does our dog now have amazing recall, he walks beautifully on a leash but is actually able to be an off-leash dog most of the time! Having a working breed dog is not something that most trainers are used to working with (and no, a lab isn't the same as a malinois). Nina knew exactly what to do with our pup and gave us all the tools we needed to make him a happy, well trained dog.
