My dog has coughed daily and taking 14 Doxycycline 300 mg quad tabs and also 30 cough tabs. These idiots canceled my future appointments and evidently where barred. They sent a text to cancel us. How stupid this business is? I will be suing if my $126 exam and medication isn't enough and my baby gets worse. read more

Bella's nails hurt the following day, but that's no fault of anybody except me for not having this done sooner. I think the quick grew too long and the trim clipped it. She's much better today and I've babied her lavishly! The groomer is fantastic!! Sabriya was extra sensitive to Bella's blindness and fears about her feet. The next day Bella's paws hurt, but that was her mom's bad--I should have called y'all sooner so the quick wouldn't have grown so close to the end of her nail. She's ok now and walking much better. I helped a friend to get appointment. Few years ago they were affordable. If your willing to pay over 300 dollars for one session. Go on ahead. But the lady on the phone was rude. 120 just to bath then adding 75 for clipping nails to add on top of that. Shame on you. read more

They first time they came, it was awesome! Then I set an appointment for 2 months later..The appointment was at 5pm..They reached outbearlier that day and said they would be on their way at 5:00 p.m. at about 4:45 p.m. I get a text from the young lady saying that she will be a little later today . I asked how late because we had a previous engagement for later that evening . She never text back until almost right at 5:00 and said maybe probably 5:30 not sure , so I text back and ask them to cancel the appointment because that would make us late for our evening engagement . Our evening engagement would start at 9:00 p.m. because of the Easter programming . Our appointment if it had started at 5 :00 would have ended at 8:00 or 8:30 . I also called to have it canceled with the rep on the phone she said she would let the manager know and that she was sorry . About 10 minutes later the manager text me and said that I would be charged a cancellation fee which would be the price of the grooming for both of my dogs since it was not in advance . I told her I was not paying that fee because their groomer had text me 15 minutes before the appointment and we had a previous and great engagement that evening . She went on and on about the contract that was signed online I also went on and on about it should have been noticed further out than 15 minutes for a groomer to cancel and if I was just counseling because of myself then of course I should be charged but not if they're groomer was the one being late . I was not going to pay almost $300 for a regular grooming for my two dogs . read more
