In the good old days you were able to buy a pound /half whatever of chocolates nope now it's a plastic tray count. The selection is reduced but thankfully they added forever shelf life cotton candy and Necco's...use to really like this place but 0 thought was given to carrying over any atmosphere or creating a new one. I could have broken a tooth on this!". He says, "Oh well." I say, "OH WELL???". He says, "That's what I said." I say, "Well that's not a very good response from a customer service perspective." He says, "I couldn't care less." I say, "Well that's very clear." He ran a credit to my card to refund me.
