Lindt chocolates and truffles are REALLY GOOD. I'd say they're between Godiva and See's. I don't often treat myself to them because they can be a bit pricey, but honestly if you come here and use their bulk deals to mix n match a bunch of flavors, it's much more affordable (then you only need to use self-restraint at home and have a chocolate or two a day). Or if you aren't picky about flavors, they do have a clearance section that's usually up to 50% off. The employees here are always kind to me when I stop in. Nine times in ten they'll offer you a sample truffle, so if I'm at MoA, I'll admit I usually swing by just to get a free one... LOL. But I also like looking at their seasonal offerings-- you know, all the fun holidays like Christmas and Halloween and Easter and such-- because Lindt does a good job of creating cute tins or boxes for the chocolates to make them extra special (fancy chocolate is already special enough but put it in a cute ornament and that's over-the-top cute!). Yesterday I saw they had an advent calendar that you could choose to fill with whichever truffles you wanted for each day's reveal! Such a clever concept! The shop isn't large but doesn't need to be. There's deep wells of all the flavors in their vibrant colored foil wrappings to browse and drool over. And the smell is amazing. read more

Stopped in the Lindt Chocolate store while visiting Mall of America. So many wonderful flavors to choose from and the displays are so nice. The associate advised to fill the bag to a specific spot so I did. When I got to the checkout much of it was removed because the bag was to have been flatter not wider. Tasty yummy chocolate, Lindt Chocolate shop has it! I'm glad we stopped by. They had flavor you don't find at regular stores. We bought an assortment of different flavors and are so excited to try them all out. Staff wasn't super engaged but friendly enough. I joined their rewards club, which I didn't even know they had. I walked out with 40 points for purchase less than half of that. 60 more points and I'll get $5 dollars off! I'll be back since I love the taste of Lindts and now knowing they offer so many flavors. I remember my aunt introducing me to Lindt truffles many years ago. I've always loved the milk & white truffles which are a seasonal flavor. They used to be out only for Christmas but now I see them out for other holidays as well. There's so many other flavors of truffles to try as well. I was hesitant to stop in here because it's so hard to find good dairy free chocolate but OH MY GOD I'm so glad I did!! They had a oat milk chocolate bar and a oat milk salted caramel chocolate bar and they were absolutely amazing!! I specifically came to Minnesota to visit Mall of America, and the Lindt store was one of the stores I wanted to visit. (Visiting from California.) I have never EVER in my life, come across a Lindt store until now. That's because there's none in the West Coast. Look all the goodies!!! As soon as I walked in, I was just so amazed by all the colors of each wrappers of the candy. So many different flavors; 27 to be exact! I was in awe... The workers there were very helpful, and there were options on how to purchase. My husband & I chose the tube that can hold 20 candies. Of course, we had to take advantage of getting different flavors. The store is amazing, and very decent sized. I would be in trouble if that was in my hometown, because I would probably go there every week. LOL So glad I came to visit. Now, I can finally say I have been to a Lindt store. read more

Excellent service and people who come here are connoisseur and they are serious. They offer a free chocolate to try as a courtesy to people who are buying. Those are looking I'm not sure if they get any free chocolate. They remembered me after I came back 15 minutes later. And they took good care of me. Very nice very polite. Service is like five stars hotel. The ladies here do a good job. No attitude. I tried the new pistachio flavor, not bad, for some reason I'm always looking for stronger pistachio flavor. Clean place. Even the lady asked for a mask for her little child, and they accommodated her and gave her new one. How thoughtful. It was one of my best Christmas experience in recent years. A STORE FULL OF CHOCOLATE THIS IS AMAZING. No, for real, though. It's a giant store full of Lindt chocolate. They offer a free sample when you come in, and judging by how much the store associate knew about the chocolate piece I was looking at, they're trained in chocolate and the different kinds of Lindt chocolate. But really, a free Lindt Truffle was reason enough to stop into the store. The Lindt store offers all of the flavor varieties you wish you could find in stores but can't. There are probably 20+ types of different Lindt truffles, and you can buy them a piece (65 cents each) or buy them in bulk bags to make your own "favorite treat bag" while also receiving a discount on each piece. They don't just have the individually-wrapped truffles, though. They also have other types of Lindt treats. There are the "fun" Lindt brands (can't remember the name), Easter chocolates (at the moment) including bunnies and whatnot, full-sized chocolate bars, gift sets, and more. If you've ever seen Lindt make it, it's probably here in the store. Sales associate was super, duper helpful. She talked to me about the different types of chocolate, saw me checking out a chocolate-bunny for Easter and let me know they made matching "eggs" for the bunny, and when I expressed disappointment that you couldn't buy individual truffles and only could do bulk, she let me know that they did have individual ones you could buy. Awesome! (A full bag of truffles near me is dangerous, but I can manage a couple.) They also have a free rewards program that qualified me for a free chocolate rabbit if I signed up (so I did). If you plan on going back soon, fill out the survey on your receipt and receive a coupon for 12 free truffles next time you spend $30. (That's this month's coupon anyway) Unlike the Godiva store in the mall, none of the Lindt chocolates here are freshly made. All of it is packaged up and ready to take home with you if you want. It's just a retail store for Lindt. Cute little store, and I love that it seems to be the only place I can pick up a couple, high-quality Lindt chocolates without having to have a full bag. I have a love for chocolate that could give "My Weird Addiciton" a run for its money. Almost. I'm not THAT obsessed. But I do love chocolate, good chocolate. Lindt is good chocolate! There are only 3 Lindt stores in the USA - Texas, NY and MN. Please oh please bring one to CA (San Francisco to be exact) The sale person was super friendly and explained the pricing. $7.50 a 1/4 lbs. There were so many choices that are not available in the stores near me so I went a bit crazy! I love their white cocoa with krispies, creme brulee ones, hazelnut and milk chocolates. They also had a great deal on Halloween ones, since Halloween was over it was 75 pieces for $7.50 - awesome deal! I bought it home as my souvenir and prayed that my suitcase wasn't going to go over 50lbs! My wife and I decided that we should check out this place and we were glad that we did. There was a good offer on for 3 bars of chocolate and we couldn't say no. I was responsible for favours at a friend's bridal shower, and we wanted something classy but not too expensive. I was pretty clueless, but the Lindt people were helpful. For 2-3 truffles plus a favour box per person, I think we ended up with really fantastic favours (at about $2.50 per person, which was about half my original budget!) One warning - I'd recommend taking a calculator and figuring out the cost per-truffle to ensure you get the best deal. When I was there, the big bags were on sale, but were more expensive than some of the other purchasing options. read more

If you find yourself in the cesspool known as the Mall of America, just stop here because it's Lindt Chocolate, folks. And holy hell, you can get a fat variety of Lindt truffles (plus a free one for walking in the door!). This is one of those stores I used to scoff at, because it's the mall and I felt it was a filler store. How wrong was I! The only way I could consider this store as a filler store is in my heart...because it's just that good. There are literally islands of chocolate within the store. You have your truffle island (that's where I hang out) and a fancy European island (which is a bit more spendy too). (Sidenote: I made that sound way too extravagant for how big the store is...) They run awesome specials during holidays on their truffles and also offer a loyalty card. This is now a routine stop during trips to the mall, even when I'm there solely to walk around and "look." Forget Godiva Chocolatiers. Go here. This is the real deal, Swiss chocolate. But then again, I only like European style chocolate. Oh, how they trick me so into buying chocolate because it is wrapped in gold paper and moulded into animal form. They are just SO cute. I can't wait until Easter rolls around so I can stock up on all those cute chocolate bunnies, until then the gold reindeer (which I have only been able to find at the Lindt store!) will have to do. They even have this chocolate card that lets you get FREE CHOCOLATE after you reach a certain point level. If you are just looking for a chocolate fix you can stop in and they will probably hand out a complimentary truffle of some sort. Great chocolate store. read more

If you don't know Lindt quality, go and give it a try. The chocolate is soft yet not stick, and it has a true European chocolate flavor. In terms of variety, you're better off buying the truffles at a Lindt store, but if you're in the mood for a chocolate bar, then I'd say go to Walgreens cause you'll find a better deal there. Best experience I've ever had at Lindt was today, all thanks to Val who works there. I was with a friend who was looking for a high quality dark chocolate so of course we came here. Val gave us all sorts of samples (of the bars), described the tastes in details, talked about what type of wine or food goes with this certain kind of chocolate, asked lots of questions to determine what flavors we'd like better, suggested others to try, I mean, he seriously spent a good 40 min with us answering questions, comparing chocolates, samples, and just being a fantastic person.
