I was injured in an automobile accident in April of 2016. I hurt my neck and upper body. After a couple of days I was persuaded to seek the advice of an attorney. After checking Yelp, AVVO, and Super Lawyer, I called Josh Fogelman. From the very beginning, Josh was genuinely concerned about my health, and my health was first and foremost throughout. After looking over some initial physicians' reports, he determined I had a legitimate personal injury case. Every time I had a question, I emailed him and got a response immediately. After about a year he referred me to an attorney in his law practice, Mark Farris. At first I was apprehensive. After I had a face to face meeting with Mark, I was completely reassured. I could tell that Mark had read my entire file. After our meeting, I knew that my case was in expert hands and that I really did have their entire team on my side. An impressively drunk driver flew through a red light last spring and totaled my car, leaving me miraculously minimally injured (some soft tissue and knee tendon inflammation). The problem was that his insurance, being the typical no name insurance company they were, were dragging their heels in reimbursing me for my losses. There are always losses; missed work, medical appointments, etc. I finally got fed up and found out about Josh, right here on yelp.
