The work was completed promptly. The communication was great. The work was done well. Owner and employees encountered were polite, professional, friendly. Experience from start to finish was pain-free. The ONLY reason for not giving Flower Hill 5 stars is they do not accept credit cards. That's right, if there's no insurance involved you're writing a check or paying cash. When you're paying out-of-pocket for damages... sticking it to a person's bank account really rubs salt in the wound.

I went there and told them I needed a new tire. The nice gentleman at the counter asked to look at it, and turns out it's superficial, tire is fine. Any other place would just replace it and try to sell me 3 more! My dad once got a crazy estimate on his car and we brought it to American auto. He didn't need half the work and the price was less than 1/3 of the quote he had gotten. I very highly recommend them. They play the long game in business and are not out for the quick buck. Your choice really is to either pay for the diagnostic or pay them for the parts and labor. You don't know what the parts and labor are going to cost and even if you can't afford it, they will still charge you for the diagnostic. I don't think I will ever use them again and don't recommend them.

I was watching this mechanic throw my belongings around from the trunk of my car and throw the hub cap. A short time he he was coming to the front to speak with manager. Thus indicated a problem . I went up to the front and said what is the problem ?? He said your brakes are metal to metal I said well there was nothing wrong with them when I pulled in . Now I mentioned to the manager I was there one month ago and you said my brakes are fine . Now I am metal to metal ??? I have not been anywhere. Curt Said well sometimes if the car just sits this causes You to need brakes. How much is that , he gave me an estimate of 575.00 and says I may need routers which would cause more. I drove to my home with my brake pedal touching the floor . Although it was not this way when I pulled in. I believe this mechanic damaged my brakes . Robert was very honest to go as far as to let us know it was cylinder 6 misfiring but it was 1/2 hr before closing time so couldn't go further. Robert allowed my wife to stay in their waiting room with our dog during the extreme heat and even closed in the area so the dog could be loose. Suggested a pet friendly hotel 6 miles down the road. Unfortunately, no vacancy so we limped along further and further away, trying to find a room for the nite with no luck, making going back to the garage in the morning not feasible. Had we been close enough, we would have definitely returned. Even tho we couldn't get the vehicle fixed, we were grateful to experience someone willing to help. Thank you Robert!
