This is coming from a long time loyal customer. Some major discrepancies with the service being provided in the recent year. The integrity of work quality has gone down & they no longer stand behind the work done. I had screws missing, air filter box was loose and never put back correctly, and according to what they charged it took way longer to do the job than it should have. Super disappointed. read more

Shame. The place is well stocked with cool quality stuff but most of the guys that work there are unfriendly and unhelpful... especially the young guy technician who is pretty smart but def has an attitude and makes simple things complicated & expensive. One exception, the parts guy is good. I'll pass on this place hereafter. read more

My car breaks at the most inopportune times!!!! The wonderful service department at drivers fx ALWAYS puts up with my ridiculous, over dramatic self, and fixes my Car for an amazing price one time I was getting ready for work and my car wouldn't start....they actually sent someone over to charge my battery so I didn't have to pay a tow truck! They never do more then they have to or over charge me for things that need to be done. I can not say enough wonderful things about the people at this establishment! They are beyond wonderful and again they never make me feel like the crazy person I become when my car gets all wonky on me! Chris, Scott and the rest of the service team are awesome. I've been going here for years and have never felt cheated. I've even left a few times without having to pay for repairs when the dealership said I needed them. I'd take it in to Drivers because I knew they'd quote me an honest price that is always much less than the dealership but they'll turn me away because the repairs weren't necessary at that time. Their honesty is always appreciated and I never second guess them when I'm given a quote. read more

Okay, for all of you confused about what mechanic to take your car to...the answer is FX Automotive. These mechanics were so honest, knowledgable, and even took the time to show what parts the previous jerk mechanic had said what needed to be 'replaced'. Also, they have a store connected to the garage; with another staff who is also ridiculously knowledgeable and helpful. They sell everything from racks to attach to your vehicle, wheels with an amazing array of colors, to car products for the obsessive lunatic who loves to keep their car looking amazing. Seriously-go here. I will never worry about where to take my car again when it needs fixing. read more

I give carport FX a One star just based on one thing customer service guy behind the counter is awful I went in there and he would not help me with anything the woman behind the register who's very nice is just a cashier and she was helping me as much as she could what is guy just stood there and looked at us like we were even existing!! read more

This is the only place I take my SUV and diesel pick up truck to be worked on. They're honest and fairly priced. And they stand behind their repairs. They do my routine maint as well as really big repairs. A lot of people who live in my neighborhood use them as well that's how I found out about them. read more

Great customer service. Had a problem on Rt. 78 on a Saturday at 1:00pm. After stopping at two other service places that didn't have time to help me, these guys took my car right in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. Had me back on the road in an hour. I could have been waiting until Monday if I hadn't found them. Another place would have seen an opportunity to gouge someone just passing through and in a tight spot. Price was very reasonable and I suspect their normal rate. I would definitely use them If I lived in the area. read more

Outstanding service, I have a 2006 Ford F-150 Lariat 4x4, which had a few problems, that I knew of the following, rack and pinion, wheel hub bearing, balancing issue, all of this I was quote $4K from my local mechanics which I had them service my truck for years, I couldn't do $4K so I came to FX Auto they quoted me at $1,500 the rack and pinion, the wheel hub bearing and the balancing and alignment issue, ever since my truck runs great no more issues and now I bring it to them, they are honest, hard working people, they saved me money and time, all was done in about a days time. Oh and my rear differential was leaking they fixed that too. I ended up saving myself $2,500 couldn't be a more happy customer. read more
