Beware, I am convinced they use the cheapest least reliable parts, ballasts and lights possible - my $5600 three year old sign looks terrible. When they repaired it most recently for $600 they didn't even verify the repair. The technician had looked through the small openings on the bottom of the letters to see the l.e.d. Lights were working and yes a couple on the bottom did work but the rest of the letter was and is still completely out. What he should have done as remove the cover of the letters as all this work was done during daylight he would have seen how many more lights were out. This was the third attempt to fix the sign. The first technician was disgruntled about having his cell phone taken away (how would I know about that - hmmm) He fixed the wrong sign and ran out of parts before fixing the correct one. Then the second trip appeared to fix the problem - until it got dark out and anyone could see there was still lights out within the sign - then the third technician informed me that the last repairman wired the sign improperly , made the changes , looked through the bottoms of the letters to insure they work and left. Again , not taking covers off to verify his repair instead looking through the holes at the bottom side of the letters . After the third attempt to fix it. I called fx Melissa informed me there would be an additional charge to send someone out and perhaps I was a victim of vandalism- which is ridiculous! The sign is twenty feet off the ground in plain visibility and who would climb up there to disable one letter replace the cover and leave? Fx really let me down - so be prepared for lots of repairs if you do business with them. read more
