I was stopped in Orange County by local police for an Exhibition of Speed ticket. This is a vague, "catch-all" violation that is very hard to fight due to how broad the language of the law is. This review is long overdue. after having a speeding ticket, and paying $367 in bail amount, I tried to fight it myself by requesting a Trial by Written Declaration. However this was dismissed, and I tried to request for a de novo trial, which was also dismissed bc I submitted a few days late (I just got back from an international trip). at this point, I decided to seek professional help and found Randy on Yelp. I paid $295 for his assistance, and he initially stated he would go to court to request traffic school with a de novo trial provided I give him proof I was overseas, to fight the initial ticket. I followed all his instructions, including paying an additional $64 to the court to attend traffic school, and $5 for that actual school itself and providing all requested documentations. All this time, I kept emailing and calling randy to follow up on the status of the de novo trial. At first he was very responsive, but as time goes by, he stopped answering altogether. It became clear to me that after he received the money he had no intention of going to court to fight the ticket in the first place. So in short, I paid $734 for a speeding ticket but would have ended up saving 50% had I just paid it up front. Thanks for nothing, I don't recommend doing business with him. read more
