Like many others on this list, I hired Randy to represent me for a speeding ticket that I have received last year. I'm typically not one to review people, however once I paid him to represent me it was very difficult to be in contact with him. He also lost my case and never updated me. Adding myself to the list of people that Randy's flaked on. Started with an email, no reply. Waited a few days and noticed that he posted on IG so I follow up with a DM. One week later, I get a response asking for my name/number. Still no call. A few more days pass and I see another IG post so I comment (along with someone else) to let him know we still haven't heard back. He finally replies to my DM claiming to have called and left a message (lie). Another week goes by. Another IG post so I comment again as it seems to be the only way I can get him to respond. I was referred to this service thinking they were legitimate paralegals open and ready to help you with any case you brought them. Even when I already did most of the work for them, all one of the associates had to do was furnish my proof of insurance at my court date provided to rectify any issues and that wasn't even done. I haven't been provided with any updates as it says in FYOURTICKET's contract that you will receive updates before and a week after. I was looking for a lawyer to contest my "red light ticket".
