I scheduled an appointment here specifically to receive carpal tunnel injections that were…read moreconfirmed for me over the phone. I already had a full diagnosis from Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, but I wanted injections done locally to get through the holiday season without another 4-hour round trip to Mayo. Before they would even schedule me, they required documentation proving I was not scheduled for surgery at Mayo - which I provided. I also took time off work, transferred records, and complied with every request because I was told injections were available and could be done at this appointment. When I arrived, the nurse practitioner informed me she "doesn't believe injections help carpal tunnel," despite the fact that: They were the treatment I was told I could receive They were recommended by Mayo Clinic physicians I had already discussed this plan with multiple staff members ahead of time When I pressed the issue, she escalated to the supervising doctor, who repeated that "in 20 years, injections don't work for this," completely dismissing both my Mayo diagnosis and the treatment I had been promised when making the appointment. I left without treatment after a short argument with an even smaller human who does not like his language to be held against the common definitions of a word. The early conversation with the NP shifted away from the injections I was promised and turned into her "needing electrical imaging, there is a place next door, oddly enough, followed by recommending treatment like physical therapy--also conveniently located in the same strip mall. At that point, it became very clear this place isn't focused on patient care, it's focused on keeping every possible billable service in their own ecosystem. Bring patients in under one expectation, then redirect them into whatever generates the most insurance revenue. To be absolutely clear: I was refused the injections because the provider "didn't agree" with the treatment I'd been prescribed elsewhere, and that their own staff had promised over the phone. This was a wasted appointment, wasted time off work, and completely avoidable if anyone had been honest up front. (But don't expect the Dr. here to admit that.) If you're looking for a practice that respects medical records from world-class providers, honors treatment agreements, and isn't built on keeping everything inside their billing ecosystem, this is not it. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this office to anyone.

They do not understand urgencies, if request to be transfer to the office they hang up on you. Its sad as a patient we have to be stuck with these ladies that dont care and probably the doctor does not even know of their behaviors. If I am a patient I should be allowed to be connected with the office, no in between of people that does not care. Please Dr. Hudanich take the power away from these ladies and allow patients to speak to the office directly when already established patients. We should get another phone number. Not that call center of woman that does not care (because of course not their love ones).

Prior to treatment, I was struggling with memory issues that were emotionally overwhelming. I often couldn't remember basic things, and at one point, my speech was slurring so badly I felt like crying. Over time, I've noticed real improvements-I'm now able to recall names of movies, conversations, and day-to-day tasks that used to escape me. These may seem like small things to some, but for someone recovering from a traumatic brain injury, they're life-changing. In terms of my spine, I initially had herniated discs, but a month post-treatment, my scans showed they were now simply bulging-definitely a positive shift. I credit this to the stem cells having time to fully integrate and support healing in my body. Dr. Manuel Colon is clearly passionate about what he does, and his staff is genuinely warm and professional. I did have one concerning experience with a nurse who had difficulty finding a vein and unfortunately placed the IV incorrectly, which was uncomfortable. Thankfully, that was a one-time incident, and I didn't have to work with her again. Everyone else I encountered was skilled, kind, and attentive. They also offer amazing facials, which I found to be a great complement to the overall wellness experience. They hold events and invite their customers, which is so thoughtful even though I wasn't able to attend. If you're considering stem cell therapy and are willing to be patient with the process, I truly believe this clinic offers something valuable-both medically and personally. I'm out of state at the moment, but when I get back, if I can find the paperwork. I will post the documentation of the herniation's turning into just bulging. Thank you

He takes his time to talk and explain everything to you. Thanks to Regenerative Sports, Spine and Spa in Orlando, and Dr. Colon's professional knowledge about regenerative medicines I am able to hold a cup again without dropping it, I am able to wear a normal bra and fasten it with no assistance and I am able to sleep so much better! The most amazing thing that I can say is that I have a pituitary tumor and it secretes when I am stressed or when I am in pain, and it makes me forget almost everything. But I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the exosomes are helping me to remember more things and not be as forgetful and not have such a "foggy" mind. I am thankful to God that I found Dr. Colon with Regenerative Sports, Spine and spa in Orlando!

I specifically looked for a doctor with his own practice, that had experience with sports related injuries. The process of contacting the office to schedule the appointment was seamless. There are various date/time combinations available. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was pleasant and the new patient packet was simple and concise. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and xrays were take of my knee prior to seeing Dr. Winters. Although I was there for my left knee, xrays were taken of both knees. Afterwards, I waited about 10 more minutes before Dr. Winters walkd in with my xray scans on an ipad and explained why I was feeling the pain and how to alleviate the pain without surgical intervention, which was not needed. He explained everything in way that was easy to understand and took his time with me while I asked many questions. His patience and thoughtfulness is commendable. My experience with this practice was very favorable and if I wouldnt hesitate to return if necessary.

Orlando Body & Movement Therapy - Great place great staff

Orlando Body & Movement Therapy

ABSOLUTE BEST PHYSICAL CARE I'VE RECEIVED IN MY LIFE…read more BACKGROUND: I've struggled with back pain as long as I can remember, and after hitting my late 30's and spending the last decade in sales, with far too many hours sitting at a desk, I reached a point where I was having trouble sleeping, exercising, and functioning daily...not ideal when you're not even 40. As a former athlete who generally regards himself as a physically capable person, it wasn't just a physical blow, but a mental one. I had let myself go, and my body & mind were suffering for it. I had visited multiple doctors over the past few years - most just wanted to give me a shot and send me on my way, in typical medical doctor fashion - so I kept going back to my old habits, and I was really paying the price. Then, I met OB&MT owner Bryce Ready at a Miles To Go (fantastic charity and OB&MT neighbor) event and thought, "It won't hurt to give them a shot at me." And that's when things changed. PERSONNEL: Bryce's team is supremely skilled; I've not encountered a professional, let alone multiple under one roof, who had such command of the human body and how to not just treat symptoms, BUT ACTUALLY CORRECT THE ISSUE. This isn't like your family doctor who will look at you from across the room, write you a script and send you on your way; Doc Andrew had my issues completely pegged in his initial evaluation and was telling ME my symptoms better than I could explain them to him just by going through his process. And then he explained WHY I'm having these issues, and how they can help correct them with a multi-pronged approach to getting relief in the short-term, and then rebuilding my body to do what I want in the long-term. Quite honestly, this is the exact type of guidance, treatment, and coaching I had been looking for for YEARS. FACILITIES: if you're like me and didn't know what to expect, you'll find the OB&MT office near the back entrance to Universal Studios, so it's an easy location to get to. Parking is easy, right in front. Reception area is warm, as are the young ladies staffing the front desk, bolstered by the presence of their neighbor tenant Miles To Go's offerings. From there, you'll find extremely clean treatment rooms and a superbly equipped large training room, outfitted with all of the gear the team needs and things I never knew existed, like the Iron Neck, which isn't available in my local gyms and would cost me hundreds to buy on my own. RESULTS: I've been utilizing their Hybrid-Corrective program for 2 months now, and I'm amazed at every session. Whether it's deep tissue, cupping, Graston, stretching, and breathing work with Kristin & Pierre; chiro adjustments & check-ins with Doc Andrew; or the intense new exercise knowledge & training I've gotten from Jesse, I leave there each day I visit knowing that I got better - either from instant relief, or the issues we found and worked out (and be sore from for days), or the issues we found and we'll target next. It's exhilarating knowing you're getting stronger & healthier every single visit. Just to elaborate, on the 1st day of training with Jesse, we literally started from the ground up...by checking out my feet & toes. We're correcting toe spacing and literally fixing me from the bottom up. It's a completely logical approach. Jesse blows my mind with his knowledge. On my own, my workouts, sleep, and daily life have improved due to the relief I've gotten from Kristin, Pierre, Andrew and Jesse. I just turned 39 and have a goal to be in the best shape of my life at 40, and this team has me on my way. SUMMARY: I could not be happier as a client. Not only do I leave feeling better, but you feel good just walking in the door; good people, doing great work, in a great atmosphere. Whether you're a mom, professional or youth athlete, trying to enjoy retirement, are just an out-of-shape regular guy like me, you can get help and get on the road to your best self by working with Orlando Body & Movement Therapy. Go get an evaluation from them TODAY.

I established myself as a patient and received the needed surgery. Follow up visit afterward consisted basically of no prediction of complete recovery time, remove the stitches and that's that, on to the next room and patient. Three months Post-Op I learned from an x-ray at CentraCare (on a Friday early evening) that I had a fractured metatarsal in my foot I'd unknowingly walked on in pain for a week. CentraCare gave me crutches and the x-ray disc which I loaded on my computer and took a picture of w/ my smartphone of the severely fractured bone. I emailed the picture to Dr. Ryan's staff asking them to please call me on Monday in regards to pain at the carpal tunnel surgical site in my palm from the crutches and treatment and care of my foot. I had to call THEM on Monday and was told by the phone operator Dr. Ryan was too busy to see me and NEVER received a phone call or email reply from his staff. This is the first (and I hope last) bad review I've ever written on Yelp. I'll end this with perhaps if this doctor practiced better care of his patients and less telling bad jokes that are not remotely funny he would receive the five star review I'm going to write for the surgeon who repaired my fractured foot and I would drive a hundred miles if necessary to see for complete diagnosis, prognosis and simply because he asked what questions could he answer and did so in detail. My neighbor also had a consultation with this Doctor and is not returning to his office either.
