After an initial scheduling problem, I made extra effort to be on time, or early. I was rewarded by having to wait, often for 10-15 minutes, to see a therapist - making them late in keeping my appointment. They seem to feel they have the right to communicate with my surgeon, giving him reports that he found to be false during his examination. Another example of the lack of professional practice standards. Arrogance and a lack of professional practice standards make this a poor choice for physical therapy.

Before Mary, nothing worked. My back always hurt me. But, Mary did an amazing evaluation and her treatment is excellent. She has taught me how to properly move my body so I don't get aches and pains. She has kept my back pain free for 10 years. She's also worked on my broken arm last year and my twisted ankle the year before. I now sit properly, walk properly and sleep properly. Who knew I had so much to learn. She concentrates on the central nervous system which a lot of physical therapists don't. It's key. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARY HART AND 'The Hart Technique.'

My therapist, Rene', was a pleasure to work with. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt the exercises she gave me to do were spot on for the problem I was having. I appreciated the fact that she didn't just tell me to do something and walk away. She stayed with me and monitored my form and offered correction when needed.
