Not very user friendly for members and their guests. They probably should consider finding a better guest policy or staffing longer hours to cater to guests. Of note: (posted after owners response) your 1 star review is specifically for your limited hours and how it doesn't benefit the member. It's a bit ridiculous to expect people to cater to an 11am-6pm staffed hours, most people work during that time frame, again your staffed hours are unrealistic to your policy. But thank you for the novel ....justifying the lack of customer service you provide to your members.

While cancelling, I am told that I would be charged a $60 cancellation fee. I asked the purpose of the fee, and was told that it was in the contract. I did not recall any such wording, so I asked if he could show me where I signed my name to such an agreement. As he attempted to pull up my contract in the computer, he tried to justify the fee by saying the fee wasn't as bad as the other gyms. When your only defense of an unscrupulous practice is to point out that other places are worse, you should change your practice. I left after he was unable to pull up the contract, and I will definitely not return.

I said why not give it a try I walked into Grateful Heard Studio in Crestview. It felt so welcoming I met Gracie and she was so nice she helped me get started. The class was so good she gave tips and advice. The classes vary in experience level I'm a 0 level I do 3 to 4 1 hour classes a week. I could go on & on. The bottom line Yoga was exactly what I needed. Walking is good but Yoga works my mind and my body. I started feeling stronger, my last 10 lbs fell off, and my energy level skyrocketed. We dropped in and the coach got me signed in quickly. Not enough room for big groups and lifts combined with pull ups but it was a nice place to stop and sweat with fellow CrossFitters.

I emailed the owner, Jess Fisher, and set a time and date to come in for an evaluation and to discuss a training schedule. Upon arriving at their location, I was surprised to see everything locked up and no cars in the lot. A bit confused, I called the number from the website and heard a recorded message that the 'cellular subscriber was not receiving calls at this time'. Feeling annoyed, I wrote an email to Jess Fisher explaining how upset I was that he did not show up for my appointment. I explained my disappointment but was not rude or profane in any way. I said that I did not understand why he would turn down business in this way. Literally fifteen minutes after I sent the email, I received a call from Jess, who very rudely told me that he 'did not have to explain' to me why he was not there, and that he felt that we would not 'have a good athlete-trainer relationship!' Absolutely unbelievable! I have no idea if these people know what they are doing as trainers, or if they care at all about providing a legitimate service. All I know is that I simply tried to sit down with them to discuss a training schedule, and they completely and utterly blew me off, and were rude as hell to me when I asked why. Crestview Crossfitters, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague! I would give ZERO stars if I could.
