Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

After buying a replacement bulb (which is getting harder to find as they are "outlawed" now by the folks in Sacramento) I learned that it was not the bulb as the flashing continued. I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to LED rather than chase a second ballast. This was about a 10x difference out of pocket but as I just got paid by a couple of side jobs, we could afford it. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Evan's Handyman Co. Everything from there until completion went as well as I could have asked for. A professional of theirs stopped by, gave me a firm bid, we scheduled time, they called when an earlier slot opened up, and the work was done by 7 minutes after the original start time. The new installation works quite well and we are discussing some other projects I had deferred. Great job Evan's Handyman Co.!

The quote was $600 to flatten the walls for the wallpaper installation (we had orange peel alike texture). When he and his son arrived to work on the walls. They only patched some holes and said that's it. It then came to the argument that that was not how the walls should be prepared for the wallpapers. Johnny offered to skim coat the walls for additional $400. And he was assuring me that the wallpapers can be installed on textured walls, which is not true. I received multiple quotes for the wallpaper installation and EVERY single company said that the walls should be smooth. My advice is when you work with them, record the process/conversation and do a full walkthrough of the steps and the process before they start. What was discussed during the quote doesn't match with the work done. Very disappointed. $600 to patch some holes. The walls are still not ready for wallpaper installation. None of the companies want to install on textured walls because they all say it will bubble up! Now I have to pay extra to the other company to properly prep the walls.
