We hired View Crew to clean the windows of our sunroom last summer. Admittedly they did a good…read morejob, cleaning both the inside and outside of the sunroom. We won't list the price here, but suffice it to say we felt it was an appropriate amount. This year we contacted them to do the work again. They replied saying that they no longer clean interior windows. So we asked for a price to clean the outside of our sunroom and the price quoted was 160% more than the price last year to do BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. When we questioned this they stopped communicating. It would seem to us that this company has diversified itself from the window cleaning business to many other "around the property" jobs, such as unclogging gutters, cleaning trash barrels, hanging Christmas lights, etc. Perhaps if they stuck to what their original name suggests (View Crew Window Washing) that this wouldn't have happened. It seems as though they are trying to be all things rather than stick to what they were founded on -- Window Cleaning!

What made me select them was that Their representative who estimated our house LISTENED to our concerns. One of the issues I mentioned to him was the thick ice build up we get on our steps. The building has no fascia and he came up with a way to instal gutters that is working brilliantly. So far no ice. Northeast's office has excellent communication and we were kept informed all the way. Once work commenced on the roof they finished the roof in one day, even working after dark with lights. The next day they installed to gutters over the front and rear entrances and did a clean up. On the third day their supervisor appeared double checking and clearing any detritus that had been missed the second day. My wife and I couldn't be happier!
