We hired View Crew to clean the windows of our sunroom last summer. Admittedly they did a good…read morejob, cleaning both the inside and outside of the sunroom. We won't list the price here, but suffice it to say we felt it was an appropriate amount. This year we contacted them to do the work again. They replied saying that they no longer clean interior windows. So we asked for a price to clean the outside of our sunroom and the price quoted was 160% more than the price last year to do BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. When we questioned this they stopped communicating. It would seem to us that this company has diversified itself from the window cleaning business to many other "around the property" jobs, such as unclogging gutters, cleaning trash barrels, hanging Christmas lights, etc. Perhaps if they stuck to what their original name suggests (View Crew Window Washing) that this wouldn't have happened. It seems as though they are trying to be all things rather than stick to what they were founded on -- Window Cleaning!

Recently I gave window cleaning to a good customer as a closing gift on an upscale condo with a southern exposure and lots of large -DIRTY- windows. The job was progressing beautifully until the last window and apparently one of the two pegs that holds the window in place when tilted open- malfunctioned and the window was accidentally broken. It took a couple weeks, but FISH took the window without argument and had it repaired. They were wonderful in keeping me informed on what was happening and brought the repaired window to install the day it was ready. It was very unfortunate, but the manager and the office staff were wonderful communicators and my clients who bought the condo were delighted with the job which was done and the repair. As good as new. This was rare- but tells alot about the customer service and shows you are in good hands with them.

We had several other contractors who told us wehad to replace the entire side of the house, even though it appeared the damagewas in one specific area. Rorrie said they could fix it without having to rip everythingout. We had a few calls before the work was done where he explained everything in greatdetail (and with great patience). The work itself is complete, and the siding looks great. Theypulled back the areas that needed work, replaced the plywood that was rotted,and even helped buttress some of the framing. They then covered everything backup and repainted. At the end, they also walked around the house to point outany potential things to watch out for or that need attention. I definitely plan to use them again to fix any future siding issues that come up! Great work at a very good price! Highly recommend!
