Last night, my MIL called a " big name" plumbing company in an emergency situation and after 10 minute of snaking the drain, we were told that she had a collapse pipe and that she would need to dig up her yard and possibly part of her home in order to repair it. My mother-in-law was beside herself in tears and the fear that she was gonna have to spend 10k+ in repairs. I had used reliable sewer and drain in the past for my own home and knew that I needed to get a second opinion from him! I called him first thing in the morning, and he came out early afternoon same day! Within minutes, he was able to give us the wonderful news that we did not have a collapsed pipe and that it was just a bunch of tiny roots. He put the toilet back on for us and got her all back up and running! He also noticed that our shower drain wasn't right! It had always been stuck half way since we moved in over a year ago but my MIL never thought to really fix it! He took a look and fixed it quickly! I am so thankful that I came across reliable sewer and drain and will no longer let anybody in my family use anyone else!

Not bad at all considering the company is Madison County based. The tech was super friendly and courteous (and didn't at all mind are pups wild behavior upon his arrival). He was able to quickly determine that the issue was our thermostat kicking on the A/C rather than the furnace. From there, he took a look at our digital thermostat and recognized that the issue rooted from some settings misconfigured in an internet reset. He fixed those issues AND rewired the set up to prevent it from happening again. All told, the visit lasted maybe 30 minutes and the issue was diagnosed and repaired. The real kicker? As I pulled out my checkbook, I was told that the entire visit fell under diagnostic service, which was being offered free as part of a promotion they were having! Many other companies wouldn't have thought twice and charged us hourly rates for the rewiring that took a matter of moments or, at the very least, tried to upsell me on a bunch of services we didn't need. So, we greatly appreciate their honesty! So, in conclusion, if you're looking for a good, ethical company with reasonable rates (not to mention awesome deals and promotions), quick service, and courteous techs, then don't think twice about calling Meldon HVAC! Worst customer service EVER! We hired Estes Excavation and…read moreDrain to do the inspections on the well and septic of the house we were purchasing. We aren't sure they ever did an inspection on the well or the septic because we were supposed to receive the inspection reports for both services and we never received either one. We tried calling Estes but they never answer their phone. Our agent tried calling them but they never answered any of his calls either, nor did they ever call any of us back. They had no problems taking our money though. We paid for a home warranty when we purchased our home because there were things that didn't quite work right when we purchased the home. We found that almost all of the faucets leaked. When we contacted the home warranty company they told us they were sending out, you guessed it, Estes. They gave us a window of between 11:00 and 3:30. We waited that whole time for them to show up but they never did. We called the warranty company the next day to let them know Estes never showed up. We were told that Estes reported that they didn't find anything wrong with the system (plumbing fixtures). Well of course not, you'd actually have to show up to find something wrong with the system. So the warranty company told us they would, again, be scheduling for someone to come out to address the issues we were having. Lo and behold Estes took that call and have us the same window. And again they never showed up and didn't call to let us know what was going on. This time we called the warranty company asking them to contact Estes to confirm the appointment. However, Estes never answered the warranty company's call either. Then we called again after the service window letting the warranty company know that, once again, Estes never showed up nor did they call. In conclusion we wouldn't refer anyone to.this company to do any kind of work because they don't show up and they don't answer your call yet they don't have any trouble taking your money.

They were able to repair it without digging up the yard with there trenchless tools. Very cool and they cost was surprisingly within budget. They offer financing to help cover any costs.
