I got ahold of Mr Fesler and was assured he would put my yard back to my satisfaction. he has never called written or contacted me in anyway. I have been contacting the city of Anderson of the problem. Finally, today I come home to a mess of straw in my side yard that appears to have seeds with many more tractor tracks in the part that wasn't damaged before along with large rocks all through the strawed part. I informed the city/county drainage offices. I cannot mow rocks and ruts! I am a 65 year old man that I believe am taken advantage of. By the way. The mud that has been washing through my yard all spring and has clogged an underground drain. (drainage office has no record of the drain) it's formed a sink hole in my yard. I was told I couldn't fill in the sink hole of the undocumented drain! as it carry's the water from the entire back side of the neighborhood! Yet Feslers can throw gravel mud pieces of the street in the drainage ditch that feeds it!

i had a backed up toilet on one side of my duplex office building and the first service tech could…read morenot figure out the solution. Over a period of two seperate days, I believe they sent every employee except their owner and office staff to assess the issue. Finally, technician Grant figured out the problem after a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. Good man! I was concerned about the cost of the repair after the first few hours of not being able to correct the issue. So the next day I drove to their office with the original architectural diagrams of the building and went over the plumbing diagram with Matt. I let him know that at $140 per hour I was very concerned about the cost of all the time spent by everyone. Matt stated that they would be fair on the cost which ended up being $1700! Actually I paid for a lot of technicians to come out and tell me they couldn't figure it out. Grant did solve the issue after a few hours of digging out a new trap. Thanks again Grant! I did call the owner Scott and explained my thoughts on the service and he did lower the bill to $1400. Not a pleasant experience with Royal Flush and quite expensive on paying for most employees ineptness.

I treat each company that comes out with respect; we discuss the various aspects of the job and how the job will be performed. Ultimately, we end up in salary (project cost) discussions. COMMUNICATION Wyatt and Son's was incredibly impressive. I used the Yelp projects system, and communication was seamless. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Replace a Bradford 50g water heater (leaking from the top) 2. Replace a Kenmore water softener that was 15 years old. 3. Fix a 40' run of 2.5" kitchen sink pipe detached from the ceiling due to the strap cables, held in by nails, used by the original installers. It wasn't draining anymore and was full of gunk. TECHNICAL INTERACTIONS I'm an incredibly technical person and engineer. I research everything from plumbing, electrical, carpet, etc. I like to know how things are installed and how they work for the simple fact of educating myself to get the best use out of everything. Barry and his son answered every question, and I never felt disrespected. While Barry has an opinion on specific equipment, which people should have, he walked me through the "whys" of arriving at his conclusion. Barry's approach demonstrated his openness to educating others and learning himself. I appreciated our time. PRICE Wyatt & Son's Plumbing price is incredibly competitive. There are a couple of things I look at: 1. How much am I paying for parts? 2. How much am I paying for labor? Parts are a commodity. You can find every price for every item online. I'm not a fan of companies who mark up their prices. I have to pay sales tax on parts, and every dollar added is more money out of my pocket on taxes. FINAL DECISION The decision came down to Wyatt and Son's Plumbing and another company. Nothing is worse than telling a fantastic candidate/company they won't receive the job. I had no joy in sending the message to Barry, and still, as of writing this review, I'd have Barry out in a heartbeat to quote the next job; there will always be another. TO THE READER Wyatt & Son's Plumbing must be a part of your quoting process. Their professionalism is top-notch, their interactions and knowledge are excellent, and their pricing is incredibly competitive, way cheaper than the large companies. A technician came out and inspected it. He said he needed to turn water off to the whole house but probably would run into a problem with the shut off valve, and recommended that be replaced also. The total bill was going to be almost $1000. I wanted to think about it so paid him $85 for a service call and told him I would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime I spoke with a friend who has some plumbing knowledge and he told me how to make the repair. I didn't need to shut off the water at all. It cost me less than $6 and took about 5 minutes. I definitely feel I this technician was trying to swindle me. I called the owner and asked to speak with him to give him a chance to rectify the situation, but after leaving a message because he wasn't available never got a return call. I would avoid these people because now I sincerely questioned their honesty and/or competency.
