I compared prices with 2 other vendors and they gave me the best quote. I was requiring a $3,000 print job, so I guess this was not a priority for them for many reasons. I can't tell you how many broken promises I received from my sales representative. We set up appointments to meet, no phone call, no email to let me know he is running late - hours late. You would think the next time we set up appointment, he would honor it...Not at all. He told me he was running late on other appointments (that were more important than me - read between the lines) I let him know it was really jamming up my schedule when he doesn't keep his appointment, and I got more promises saying don't worry, they'll get the job done in time. I've requested paper samples, and it take such a long time to get back from them. When I review them, they are totally different, because he can't get what I chose. I've requested proofs, it takes weeks to get anything back. No return phone calls, except more emails saying they'll call me back tomorrow. Even though I call many, many times to request changes, either no response or more promises that someone will call me. You may be asking yourself why I put up with this much abuse? I thought the sales guy was a nice guy, and I thought we could be friends, so I told him his actions were very unprofessional, just to let him know my thoughts as his customer. In addition, their prices were the lowest as well, and I didn't want to start the whole process over with other vendors. Unfortunately, here I am with only a few days before my move, without any stationary. All I can say is, talk is cheap, and they sure dish a lot of it out! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any vendor.

Came out to fix it which was what they advertise in the 1 year warranty of the container. The shotty work performed could not be noticed until the lubricant that the tech used to help the ease of a "hard closing" door finally wore off in the California Heat. They literally tried to mask the problem. Then when confronted, gave 2 hours of notice, unbeknownst to anyone at our company, that they were going to arrive and fix the door yet again. When nobody was made available to help open the door for them so they could perform the repairs, they then gave a slew of excuses over the course of the next week via email, saying that it wasn't their fault, it was the fact that it was on uneven ground. Mind you the container is in a flat parking lot on the loading dock side of a commercial business. Truly disheartening to see a small business such as this treat our customers so poorly.
