They do an amazing job with oil changes, tire rotations, car detailing, and rust protection. They are my absolute go-to for standard maintenance. However, they recently started offering brake repair services, and unfortunately, this is where things went wrong. I recently had them service my brakes, and shortly after, I had to completely pull over on the side of the road because my brakes were shot and making a terrifying noise. When I looked, a wire was completely wrapped around the spring hardware, and the brake drum was warped. I took it back to Twins to have them look at the issue, but they gave me the classic "we couldn't hear the noise" line and sent me on my way. Twins guys, I still love you and I will absolutely continue to bring my car to you for oil changes and detailing. But please, leave the brake jobs to the specialists. If you need standard maintenance, they are great, but I cannot recommend them for brake work. Now I have to get new breaks from some place.
